We have never been to Hash before and my son recommended it, we check in and waited for a table for 2. After 40 minutes I went and checked with the hostess how much longer she said they were waiting for a table. So we waited some more, after we saw atleast 10 parties go in ahead of us and it's been an hour and 10 minutes I went back up and asked hostess again. She said they are waiting for table still. There were 3 tables that we saw on the patio for 2 empty for atleast 30 minutes and still empty when I went . Just insane, so I told take us off list and we left to finally get some breakfast. Went on a Saturday morning around 10:45am and there was no wait for our party of 3. Food was superb and atmosphere was certainly a cool vibe. There is literally a DJ playing music during brunch, so it's loud but not overbearing. While we didn't have one, the Bloody Mary Bar looked amazing!! You can literally put 100+ items on a Bloody Mary! Our food was delicious - we got the Best Fu**ing Birria Hash and the Carnitas Hash.. both super good! Our son got the kids scramble (2 scrambled eggs with fruit and/or hash brown patty). As a warning, the kids eggs (and all eggs for that matter) come with Old Bay Seasoning on them. Not ideal for kiddos, but they were kind enough to remake them for us. Definitely recommend! read more

My grand daughter who is 1 was so fascinated by the place. The dj was great. Food and service was really good. Will definitely come back. Only thing i noticed is the chef is a little reluctant to use spices. Food did lack the next level as far as seasoning. Heat is a critical aspect of food .... Not temperature heat but spice heat. First off, a HUGE thanks to Hannah, the store manager, to whom none of this would be made possible. She went out of her way to coordinate arrangements for our large group, making our arrival, seating, and experience seamless from start to finish. Nia, our server, went above and beyond to deliver EXCEPTIONAL service. EVERYTHING was flawlessly executed and on-point. Probably one of the most thoughtful, joyous, considerate servers I've encountered in a long time, anticipating our every need...well in advance...and all with a sunny/comedic disposition to boot! She's the kind of gal you want to have her join you after her shift. As for the restaurant itself... From the moment you encounter the property, they got you with a dispenser of lemon ice water, to their 3-sided bay "Build-Your-Own" Bloody Mary bar, their "team-oriented" wait staff, presentation of (reasonably-priced and large portioned) plates with HUGE array of food and beverage menu items. It made our ladies outing so memorable and special! The only constructive criticism received from our group was the music (level was at night club volume and made it extremely difficult to carry on conversations at the table. We did ask for it to be turned down, but our request was denied. PLEASE NOTE: This observation has no bearing on our decision to return. We'll definitely be back! I went to this has when they first opened and it was great! Too loud, but no problem. I ordered the birria hash, as Birria is a favorite of mine. It was awesome that day, along with the consume, quesadillas, diced potatoes. However, every visit since then has gone down. Yesterday, I convinced my husband to go back. We sat at the bar and waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. I had to walk over to the hostess stand to ask for menus. Finally, a bartender gave my husband a menu, while I was at the hostess stand. She didn't ask if he even wanted water. So we wait another 10 + min for any of the 4 people behind the bar to take our order. Then, the Birria hash comes out. Potatoes are lazily cooked whole and just pressed into the bottom of the pan, which okay, I can get on smashed potatoes, but these were flavorless, except for a ton of salt. The meat was good, but again, no flavor. The don't give consume anymore, so I wouldn't call this birria at all. Just roast beef w potatoes. I couldn't taste any birria flavor at all. We waited another 20 minutes for the check. The canola donuts were great. If you can stand the wannabe/ loud club music early in the morning, I'd go for the donuts only. Too bad, this place was great at opening. But I guess that was short lived since the news was there that day. read more

Have heard great things about ga about the Chandler location so when Hash came to Gilbert, I was excited to try it, unfortunately I can't say I was pleased. We went in a Thursday morning so no weekend crowd. Our server, Theresa, was amazing, but some of the food was subpar. I ordered the Hash Grand slam with my eggs over medium. The eggs were no where near medium as the whites were barely cooked and The potatoes are heated frozen potatoes. I asked to have my eggs recooked yet they came out exactly as the first.....RUNNY !!. Theresa gave me a message from the kitchen that if I want my eggs cooked with whites cooked and a medium' center I need to order my eggs 'medium well'. I have owned a breakfast restaurant in the past and never heard this term. There are definitions to eggs....over easy is runny, medium is a SLOW run and hard is hard. If I sent my eggs back asking again for medium why would the kitchen send them out exactly same way they just cooked them, do you think they would realize I did t want that!!! This is a rave in a restaurant. Verrrry trendy spot, beautiful inside, and every aesthetic promises for fancy, fun, fusion foods. However, in my opinion, it doesn't come close to meeting the extreme hype. Super cool vibe, and friendly service, but very noisy and they seem to employ a lot of people to just decorate the place with their presence. I saw a lot of beautiful employees moving very slowly or not at all... for over an hour. The food was the biggest disappointment; it didn't match the expectation or atmosphere at all. The menu descriptions did. The food did not. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with a fried egg over very hard. The egg was sunny side up and so runny, I couldn't eat it. The bacon was good... especially the "Millionaire Bacon" adorned with gold flakes. After a few bites, we didn't eat our meals, and nobody bothered to ask why. A few patrons were blatantly rude and entitled - probably something to do with the beautiful drinks they serve for the breakfast crowd. This place attracts a very particular and specific type. I prefer something more casual and friendly. Definitely for the younger, neurotypical crowd. read more

This place was poppin on Sunday! We had the best time here. Yeah it was loud as hell but it was fun. We didn't have a wait at all and there was 8 of us, maybe good timing on our end but nonetheless I was impressed we got mimosas.. obviously my mama got the flight and shared it with my grandma, I got the peach mimosa, and my sister got the bad idea. All of them were great! Mine I feel lacked flavor of the but it was still good. Food was on another level I got the chilaquiles, not as spicy as I hoped but the flavor eggs were perfectly cooked! My mom got the Lox Salmon Benedict, she was highly impressed, she didn't send her eggs back and that speaks volume. My grandma got the Avocado Toast and I was jaw dropped when it hit the table. It was STUNNING! The fried onions on top were the best touch. My sister got the Sexy Toast... it was just that. Sexy and delicious! My littles got the Chicken Strips and the French toast sticks. The food wasn't much better- my Birriria was some of the plainest I've ever had. I'm used to a spicy lightly sauced meat and it came out dry with sauce on the side which had very little flavor. I'll start with the ambiance. The music was so loud that I could feel it in the seat and on the table. Too loud to have a conversation with my son sitting next to me or anyone else for that matter. We were a party of five and got sat at a table meant for four so space was cramped. The food was decent but not enough to make up for the ambiance. The only good thing I would say about this is our server was attentive and the food came out quickly. They have an online waitlist that said would be 20-30 minutes for a table inside. We arrived 25 minutes later and the server said it would be another 20-30 minutes..?
