Lots of hashes - two birria hash and one chicken hash. Great portion and lots of flavor, I love the potatoes and how they cook them. The omelette was delicious as well. Wish they served more potatoes with the omelette. Staff is always friendly and gave us great flavor recommendations on the mimosa flight

This place was the ultimate brunch meeting spot. A true backdrop for the best selfies and foodie pics with all the girly girls. Such a fun place with a BYO (Build your own) donut and separate Bloody Mary Bar. Making it a great place to celebrate a birthday or really just a day with your besties. The server was helpful and recommended some tasty items to make sure our first time was noteworthy. Everything I ordered was delicious including the Billionaires Bacon.

We came here on a Sunday around noon, and this place was packed! We added ourselves to the waitlist and were told that a table would be available in 25-45 mins which was totally fine. About 5 mins later our table was ready! It was great! It was super busy and it took quite some time for a server to stop by our table. We put in our drink order, and the next time our server stopped by we put in our food order. The drinks took forever to come out, as did the food. Our drinks were dropped pretty much right before the food was. Mimosa flight: bartender's choice of 4 different mimosas on the menu. They were all just okay, and mostly juice - we couldn't taste any champagne whatsoever. Avocado flight: this was really yummy, I liked the sampler of different types of toasts and would get this again. It was $18. They had an extensive menu and everything looked good. The interior was cute and campy and fun. The service was fine, they were just so busy. One thing I really did love was the parking! Huuuuge parking lot which is rare for a lot of brunch places in town!

I would call this a disco brunch place. When you walk in and hear the music and see the disco balls you know it's not a quiet place for brunch. Near the front of the restaurant is a bloody mary bar and a donut bar. Amazing! But remember you're in Utah so the bloody mary bar isn't open first thing when the restaurant opens. We got there early so there was no wait but as it got later in the morning there appeared to be a wait for a table. We started with the Boujee Biscuits which is a fun trio of biscuits with a mix of toppings. One has berries, one has cinnamon and sugar and one is salted caramel. Quite a fun start to our brunch. The biscuits were very salty but still tasted good and the sweetness of the spread helped tone down the salt. My main dish was the Avocado Toast Trio. A mix of sweet, savory and street as described on the menu. One had ricotta, brushetta tomatoes and basil. Another had whipped cottage cheese, hot honey and red pepper flakes. And the street one had elote, hard boiled egg and queso fresco. Flavors were really nice and complimentary with each other. The portion was small and I'm glad we started with the biscuits. Service was prompt and attentive and food came out rather quickly as it was ordered. I would go back and check out this place again to experience a few other dishes.

We went to Hash Kitchen after hearing buzz about it. Unfortunately, we were less than impressed. The service was good; we went on a Sunday morning and overall received food quickly considering and had a kind server. One plate at the table did arrive 5-10 minutes than all other dishes but we observed miscommunication occur between servers and food runners that likely contributed to the delay. Our server brought us biscuits on the house because it was our party's first time there. Biscuits were good. I ordered the chile relleno benedict. It looked like it would be amazing but the flavor was lacking. My partner ordered the hash fried chicken benedict. He noted it tasting like flavorless "mass" and did not want to finish it. We ordered the banana split french toast to share and ultimately took it to go because it was large and we were not hungry after the way the meal went. When we did try it, it was fine but the filling was extremely sweet, which can be assumed based on the description. I do not know what the others in our party ordered - they also did not enjoy their meal unfortunately. The menu is quite extensive and honestly a bit overwhelming. I think they would be better off trimming down their offerings and focusing on perfecting what they choose. The location itself is very large and can definitely accommodate large parties. There is plenty of free parking behind the building.

Honestly one of the best, most unique benedict's i've ever had. We also got the breakfast tacos and really enjoyed them! Service was definitely spotty. Luckily, the manager came over and ended up serving us for the rest of our breakfast. We are from out of town and wanted to try the bloody mary bar but they don't serve alcohol until 10:30 in Utah, so we were too early. overall very good experience

Great spot for brunch for big groups! The birria casserole was absolutely delicious. The brunch menu has so many tasty options definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for a brunch experience!

    Mimosa Flight

As an update. The food is still delicious. Nothing quite beats the birria hash. The servers are attentive. My issue is with the mimosa flight. I've ordered them a few times now and every time they seem to be worse (more juice). I asked about it the server stated that it's due to Utah alcohol laws and only being able to serve one drink at a time. So your are getting ONE serving of champagne split into 4 cups with juices added. Paying $7 more than their regular mimosa for more juice. They should not even have this as an option on the menu if the laws interfere with what's being served. Seems like a money grab.

It's a vibe here! High energy with DJ playing music at the booth. Good brunch spot with a unique concept--BYO (build your own) Bloody Mary and donuts. Ample parking in back of the restaurant. Staffs are attentive, energetic, and helpful. The space is divided into three dining areas--high-top bar tables, regular dining tables, and booths. The DJ booth is set up near the main dining table area. The place is clean, spacious, and filled with nostalgic decor. For drinks, I tried their Bloody Mary and golden ticket--both without alcohol. It was a fun experience to build my own Bloody Mary. Seriously, that's a meal itself. I was getting full just drinking that. For food, I tried billionaires bacon, fruit board, sexy toast, breakfast potato tacos, carnitas hash, Birria hash, French toast, pancake trio, and packed BYO donut to-go (thank goodness). Idk how I was able to manage to try all of that, lol. I was ready to dance off all the calories I ate that day. My favs were breakfast potato tacos, Birria hash and French toast.

    Soggy chilaqules
    Melinda P.

The service and ambiance were fine. The food was fancy looking but poorly made, at least my dish. Since when are chilaquiles served so that every single tortilla chip is soggy before you even start to eat it? The chicken on top was not very tasty and the egg was just okay. I had to dig out from under the pile of soggy chips to get to the bland pinto beans. I would never order this dish from this restaurant again and it's a dish I have loved many times. As for other menu items, they were too fancy & odd for my group. No one loved their meal, though I think my choice was the worst. The food presentation seemed to be the focus, not the taste. They look pretty but they aren't necessarily tasty and definitely not worth the price. When you use their check out system you pay a fee. They also default to saying that a 25% tip is the most popular option and present you with 20%, 25% & 30% tip options. It took us all a minute to find the custom option and pay the tip we found to actually be popular with our group. Just go somewhere else unless you're going for an Instagram pic it was disappointing.

This place was amazing! My husband took me here for Mother's Day' brunch and it couldn't have been better! The only complaint I had was the music from the live DJ was a little loud so we all were talking very loud to hear one another. Our food was amazing! Everything we had was so good but trying to decide what to get was almost impossible! Everything in the menu looks amazing! I will be back very soon!

Hash (not sure which, but my friend cleaned plated it).

I've been eyeing this place for awhile now and so glad to finally try it. Had the Cristina's Tamale Cake Benedict and just this alone would have me coming back! Of course you can ever just have 1 mimosa, so why not a flight? Next time will be a BYOBM and BYODonuts excursion. Place is a but loud, but if you go closer to 1:30ish, the noise dies down. Service was terrific. Thanks for a fabulous meal!

Going in, I was impressed by the story being told, with burgers that seemed to be top quality, made with a combination of Snake River Farms and ground chuck. The fries were lightly fried once in beef tallow, and then fried again when you order them, similar to Belgian style. Everything sounded like they were super thoughtful so I was looking forward to greatness. What I ended up with was, well, "good". This is of course, a bit subjective I guess but while the burger was decent and had a nice bit of pink inside, (also, shout out for the bun they used which was absolutely perfect to be honest), it tasted a bit dense and preformed, so biting into it gave you a bit of a "quarter pounder" taste instead of being super juicy and loose consistency, if that makes sense? The fries were fresh and tasty but perhaps a bit more limp and oily than I would have preferred, as if the oil temp was a bit low? Still, I'm nitpicking because it was still really good but if you're reading between the lines of my review, I think I was expecting something exceptional that you would want to drive out of your way for given the obvious attention to quality that they strive for, and ultimately realized that Just Burgers was, ummm, Just Fine.

It's the place where I had my first glass of Turley Zinfandel (education alongside), and the place I will always return for my favorite Wagyu Beef Stroganoff (a comfort from home, but upscale). This one delivered with large, firm, expertly seasoned portobello & forest mushrooms over wide, freshly handmade pappardelle pasta that soaks up rich beef stock (a touch of black pepper) blended with crème fraîche. A generous portion of wagyu is tender and rich. PRO TIP: Mix then let it sit & marinade a minute - flavor pays in dividends. For dessert, a Valhrona Chocolate Pudding topped with whip cream and Maldon flake salt - exquisite, but expensive. I informed her that we had a reservation under my name, John, but she simply looked at her list, seemed annoyed, and told us to wait anyway. While we were waiting, we watched several parties of two arrive after us with reservations at 8:10, 8:15, and even 8:20, and they were seated before us. After waiting about 20 minutes, I went back to ask how much longer it would be. I was told it would be another 20 minutes. I reminded Carleigh that we had a reservation, and her response was, "Oh, you did?" She then asked for my full name and phone number, looked up the reservation, apologized, and immediately escorted us to a table that appeared to have been ready the entire time. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Reservations are made so guests don't have to wait behind people who arrive later. It felt like our reservation had been completely ignored until I spoke up a second time. Whether this was poor organization or a lack of attention, the level of service at the front desk was unacceptable. We came looking forward to a nice family dinner, but the experience started with unnecessary frustration and left a very poor first impression. I sincerely hope additional training is provided so this doesn't happen to other guests.

Seven Brothers has a unique vibe that immediately makes you feel welcome. The Hawaiian-inspired energy, friendly staff, and relaxed but lively setting make it a perfect spot whether you're grabbing a quick bite, meeting up with friends, or bringing the whole family out for a casual meal. There's a warmth to the place that feels genuine, and it sets the tone for everything that follows. The food is absolutely the star of the show. The burgers are huge, juicy, and packed with flavor, clearly made with fresh ingredients and a lot of care. Every bite feels satisfying, from the perfectly cooked patties to the soft buns and well-balanced toppings. The fries are crispy and seasoned just right, and the portions are generous enough that you definitely leave full and happy. The shakes are also a must-try--thick, rich, and indulgent, they pair perfectly with the savory menu items and really complete the experience. Service was another highlight of the visit.
