My daughter got the bruschetta avocado toast with a poached egg, the avocado was super creamy and the bruschetta was incredible she said especially with the balsamic drizzle. My mom and I split the chimiques the chicken rings As amazingly flavorful, the crunchy chips their green sauce was tangy hint of spice the pickle onion was so good. Only negative is need a little more chicken. The lemon ricotta pancakes were crispy and fluffy. The sauce was acidic and sweet. I would say it was almost to lemony was super amazing. It was nice you could do a half order. The presentation was great on everything. Our server was sweet and friendly and made great recommendations she did have tables in the bar and in the main room which made her really hard to cater to our table she forgot out drink order. We had a reservation and still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. We had a large party but what's the point of a reservation if you don't get seated sooner than walk-in's? The place was very busy. The service showed that. A cold brew took over 20 minutes and a second ask to get. Waited 30+ minutes for food then had to wait another 15-20 minutes because they got my order wrong. I still ended up with over cooked/burnt eggs with carnitas underneath. Thankfully they comped my meal because everyone else was practically done with their food before I got my plate. Another growing franchise in Utah and this one is unique and offers great food options. They have have great and friendly service. It is always bustling and has a friendly and fun vibe. They have great adult drink selections as well as some amazing food choices. Each meal I have had here has not disappointed. The only weakness I feel is there house brew coffee. It isn't very strong, but they do offer some great fresh espressos style coffees. They even have a Bloody Mary bar you can make your own drink. If you haven't been here yet, do go. We came here on a Sunday around noon, and this place was packed! We added ourselves to the waitlist and were told that a table would be available in 25-45 mins which was totally fine. About 5 mins later our table was ready! It was great! It was super busy and it took quite some time for a server to stop by our table. We put in our drink order, and the next time our server stopped by we put in our food order. The drinks took forever to come out, as did the food. Our drinks were dropped pretty much right before the food was. Mimosa flight: bartender's choice of 4 different mimosas on the menu. They were all just okay, and mostly juice - we couldn't taste any champagne whatsoever. I would call this a disco brunch place. When you walk in and hear the music and see the disco balls you know it's not a quiet place for brunch. Near the front of the restaurant is a bloody mary bar and a donut bar. Amazing! But remember you're in Utah so the bloody mary bar isn't open first thing when the restaurant opens. We got there early so there was no wait but as it got later in the morning there appeared to be a wait for a table. We started with the Boujee Biscuits which is a fun trio of biscuits with a mix of toppings. One has berries, one has cinnamon and sugar and one is salted caramel. Quite a fun start to our brunch. The biscuits were very salty but still tasted good and the sweetness of the spread helped tone down the salt. My main dish was the Avocado Toast Trio. A mix of sweet, savory and street as described on the menu. One had ricotta, brushetta tomatoes and basil. Another had whipped cottage cheese, hot honey and red pepper flakes. And the street one had elote, hard boiled egg and queso fresco. Flavors were really nice and complimentary with each other. The portion was small and I'm glad we started with the biscuits. We went to Hash Kitchen after hearing buzz about it. Unfortunately, we were less than impressed. The service was good; we went on a Sunday morning and overall received food quickly considering and had a kind server. One plate at the table did arrive 5-10 minutes than all other dishes but we observed miscommunication occur between servers and food runners that likely contributed to the delay. Our server brought us biscuits on the house because it was our party's first time there. Biscuits were good. I ordered the chile relleno benedict. It looked like it would be amazing but the flavor was lacking. My partner ordered the hash fried chicken benedict. He noted it tasting like flavorless "mass" and did not want to finish it. We ordered the banana split french toast to share and ultimately took it to go because it was large and we were not hungry after the way the meal went. When we did try it, it was fine but the filling was extremely sweet, which can be assumed based on the description. I do not know what the others in our party ordered - they also did not enjoy their meal unfortunately. The menu is quite extensive and honestly a bit overwhelming. I think they would be better off trimming down their offerings and focusing on perfecting what they choose. The location itself is very large and can definitely accommodate large parties. As an update. The food is still delicious. Nothing quite beats the birria hash. The servers are attentive. My issue is with the mimosa flight. I've ordered them a few times now and every time they seem to be worse (more juice). I asked about it the server stated that it's due to Utah alcohol laws and only being able to serve one drink at a time. So your are getting ONE serving of champagne split into 4 cups with juices added. Paying $7 more than their regular mimosa for more juice. They should not even have this as an option on the menu if the laws interfere with what's being served. Seems like a money grab. read more

The service and ambiance were fine. The food was fancy looking but poorly made, at least my dish. Since when are chilaquiles served so that every single tortilla chip is soggy before you even start to eat it? The chicken on top was not very tasty and the egg was just okay. I had to dig out from under the pile of soggy chips to get to the bland pinto beans. I would never order this dish from this restaurant again and it's a dish I have loved many times. As for other menu items, they were too fancy & odd for my group. No one loved their meal, though I think my choice was the worst. The food presentation seemed to be the focus, not the taste. They look pretty but they aren't necessarily tasty and definitely not worth the price. When you use their check out system you pay a fee. They also default to saying that a 25% tip is the most popular option and present you with 20%, 25% & 30% tip options. It took us all a minute to find the custom option and pay the tip we found to actually be popular with our group. Don't let the cute "Make your Own Bloody Mary Bar" fool you. We were very disappointed with our recent breakfast visit, especially since we have had positive experiences at this location in the past. Service was painfully slow from the start, and it took about 15 minutes to just to receive coffee and water. Who knew that asking for a minute or two before placing our order was a big mistake! When our food finally arrived, it was cold. I ordered the Americano Scramble, which was underwhelming, with cold, dried-out scrambled eggs and a small portion of potatoes. My son ordered the Mexicano Omelette, which was also served cold and was missing expected ingredients, including jalapeños, with very little chorizo. This did not seem to be limited to our table. Three nearby tables also experienced long waits and cold food, despite it being a weekday and the restaurant not being particularly busy. By chance, the manager did check on us, which we appreciated, but the overall experience had already been disappointing. She seemed shocked that our experience was free falling. I asked her if the presentation was acceptable and if she would actually eat my Americano Scramble - she replied "No" and apologized. We were hoping for a hot, pleasant breakfast, but left extremely dissatisfied. Given the cost of dining out, we will not be returning or recommending this restaurant. read more

I ordered the Huevos Rancheros and didn't like them at all. There was nothing even slightly "Mexican" about them - bland and under seasoned, first of all. They consisted mainly potatoes, which weren't the slightest bit crispy - just small baked potatoes, essentially. I asked for over easy eggs, and they came over hard. Ugg. There was no salsa on them, no beans, no sour cream, etc. And they were drenched in pickled onions and carrots - which is great for tacos or what have you, but not for a breakfast item, IMO. I know they were busy (Sunday brunch) but after delivering our food, our server never came back to check on us. Otherwise, I would have returned my Huevos and ordered something else. Absolutely unbelievable experience with Hash Kitchen. I left my wallet at this location and was originally told by the previous manager that they HAD my wallet and were holding it for me to pick up. When I finally came in to retrieve it, suddenly nobody could find it. Staff told me they "weren't sure" if the cards had been shredded, which is insane considering this contained personal property and sensitive information. I then spoke with the current manager, who told me he was new because the previous manager who found my wallet was gone. He said he would contact IT, look into everything, and get back to me after the weekend. That was THREE WEEKS AGO. Since then? Nothing. No follow-up, no accountability, no answers, and nobody at this restaurant or corporate will return calls or help in any meaningful way. So to recap: * Your staff confirmed they had my wallet * Your management lost it after taking possession of it * Nobody can explain what happened * Nobody follows up * Nobody seems to care The level of disorganization and irresponsibility here is honestly shocking. Losing a customer's wallet after confirming it was in your possession is bad enough, but completely ignoring the situation afterward is even worse. At this point I'm filing a police report because this has gone far beyond a simple "lost and found" issue. Do better. read more
