I asked for some salsa that never came and the food took awhile - which would be fine but I ordered the potato tacos and by the time I got them they were soooo soggy!!! It was a bit gross to be honest. A better way to serve them would be to put the eggs and sauce on the side so the tacos remain crispy. The server never came back to ask me how I was doing or if I needed anything. Not once and I've been here for over 30 minutes. Such a bummer! Came here with my parents. We ordered our coffee and meals. The coffee came out cold... we had a hard time tracking someone down to tell them hey the coffee isn't hot. They brought us a new coffee.. then out comes our plates. Chilaquiles were ice cold and I mean ice cold like it had been sitting in the fridge. Went to Hash Kitchen for lunch yesterday. I have heard good things about the mimosa flight and it did not disappoint. The kiwi was my favorite! If I had a day to commit to drinking I definitely would get the flamingo mimosa which has an entire bottle of prosecco in it. For my entree I ordered the smoke salmon eggs benedict. SO GOOD! There is no better food and drink options for breakfast and lunch. We splurged and got the cannoli donuts for an appetizer and I don't think I have had a better dessert/donut/cannoli in my life -Yum! For larger parties I would give it a 5 star rating for the fun vibe and experience but for smaller get-togethers you almost need to sit outside to be able to talk over the music (again, the music is a plus for groups). We started with the mimosa flight: strawberry, pineapple, blueberry and kiwi. ALL of them were out of this world good. I got the avocado toast, but this is not the avocado toast one would be used to. To be honest, I thought it was good but I wouldn't order it again. I enjoy a thick spread of avocado with a sprinkle of sea salt, and this was more of a light topping with a more generous portion of pork, crispy lentils and a fried egg. It normally comes with a bacon jam AND bacon too but I got it on the side which I'm happy I did. I just had to order it to see what it was all about. WARNING: it's the messiest thing I've eaten in a while. My fiancé got the smoked salmon frittata, which was good but the salmon was dry and slightly too fishy tasting. My one true disappointment was the music. I've seen the business owner or manager (not sure which one) respond to other complaints about this and say it's only on the weekends. Come during the week and experience our "alter ego". Lol, um okay? Or maybe just turn the music down sliiiightly so that my ear drums stop liquifying. I came straight from the airport hungry & ready to dive into some food. The wait for a seat wasn't bad, but don't be in a rush if you're coming to eat there. We waited at least 15 minutes after every exchange with our server, although he was very nice. To start, the portions are HUGE. But I think that's their thing. The French toast was just not good. It tasted like bread. Nothing French toast about it. The pancakes were okay though. I wouldn't reorder them, but they hit the spot. I did the build your own omelette option which was huge, but it was actually real good. The Benedict was just okay, but the potatoes were bland. Overall I don't think I'll be back. Not for the faint of heart or a quiet family brunch. Their mimosa options are great, very creative. Food is good but not the best. Our most recent visit was made unpleasant by an undercooked Skillet (base of corn bread was raw dough) and at least 20 flies swarming around.
