Marco was very responsive, very professional, and very detail oriented. He used the results given to us by an inspection we'd had done, and went around the house bit by bit, taking note of each item mentioned -- numbering and photographing -- and included everything in his estimate. He replaced forty year-old wood balcony railings, and also repaired damaged stucco, matching the paint colors to finish the repair. We were trying to get the work done quickly in order to have photos done by a certain date, and Marco did his best to work with our scheduling. From start to finish Marco was friendly, professional, and always focused on customer service. He painted the house facia, gutters, downspouts, exterior metal doors, and a patio structure. They prep'ed by power washing and applied two coats of paint to everything. Our house was only about 10 years old so I had the builder provided documentation on paint brand/colors used. I asked Marco to buy the same brand/color and it turned out not to match after starting. He and his crew worked with me to get an accurate match. His price was vary reasonable. There was a lot of cut in required against the stucco and I found no overpaint of the stucco. At the final inspection, I pointed out a few very minor things and he didn't hesitate a second to fix them. I emailed him, texted and called him about 4 months ago to tell him that the exterior paint of my home was peeling when i wash it down with water. I never got a phone call back to fix this issue. I had my house painted at end of april and beginning of May. I followed up on Dec 12,2019 and no reply. Not good business practice. Service is only good during the painting and does not back up work if something goes wrong a few months down the line.
