This place sucks. I asked for gel manicure removal and now my nails are severely damaged, with ridges and weak spots. The work was sloppy and rushed. I had my gel pedicure removed elsewhere and there was not nearly as much damage, so I'm certain it was the method of removal that was too harsh. Even during the process, it was very obvious that the technician didn't care about what she was doing - she was unfriendly and hurried. Very disappointed! This was my first time here and I came in for a Mani/pedi. Brenda was my nail tech and she completed both my nails and toes in 30 min. There was barely any scrubbing and when I asked why she wasn't scrubbing the bottom of my feet she said it would be an additional $8. She did not take her time cutting my cuticles and lotions my arms after painting my nails so my cuticles and hands were dry. First time coming here and last. I asked for a simple gel manicure and pedicure, the color I chose was white for both hands and feet, nothing fancy, pretty simple right? I also asked for a top coat of glitter for both hands and feet, mind you I KNOW for a fact there are gel polishes and regular glitter polish. They proceeded to tell me that it would cost 5 dollars for powder glitter for my 30 dollar basic pedicure. I agreed. I also wanted the same for my hands to match my toes. She said 5 more for hands. lol. She proceeded to convince me to do glitter ombré or just glitter on the nail bed. What?!?! I told her no thank you, I want glitter on the entire nail. She tried placing literally a few pieces of glitter on the nail and its not what I wanted. I wanted glitter on the entire nail, not just the nail bed, or center, or ombré. In total I paid 65+ for crappy nails that are already lifting after a day. Mind you I also tipped. Never coming back to this place. They are super messy. I left with gel polish and nail polish on my skin. There are way more affordable places with much better service. I don't mind paying money if the service is great. This place is not good. I will not be going back here. I made an appointment for a fill at 2:00, I was not seen until 2:45, due to plans later that evening I was not able to go elsewhere. The tech that did my nails cut me once, then an additional two times in the same spot. I asked that she shorten the length and she told me she would file and shape them instead, I told her I would like them cut and she refused. She completely rushed through my nails. I'm then charged for the length. While driving I noticed that my nails (gel) were beginning to chip, i thought it was excess polish and ended up seeing that my nails underneath the top coat had not fully dried. Went in today for a fill and a pedicure, my nail tech was rushing and didn't do the color I had requested so I stopped and made her correct it. I was rushing on my way out after being there for so long and when I got home and thought about the price I paid I called to question why my total was $117 for a fill and pedi. The woman I spoke to on the phone told me my fill cost $50, the chrome on my nails cost $12 and my pedicure was $45 + $10 for gel polish. Literally just got my nails done yesterday and they had already started chipping when I got home last night. I paid $38 for an acrylic fill with gel polish plus a $5 tip. The price really wasn't a big deal to me because I don't mind paying more if the quality is where it should be. I've been getting my nails done consistently for years and I've never had nails start chipping THE SAME DAY I got them done. I can get this same quality at a way cheaper salon. Tina did these hot gel nails, she took her time and nothing felt rushed. Jessica and Nancy do really well with acrylics! I've gone 3 weeks at my previous place with very little growth. I unfortunately tried this place because they were close to our new home, but I will never return. When I came back to have them correct they became very defensive and insisted I just needed a fill it's been 2 weeks already. There customer service is the absolute worst I've ever experienced!! Asked for a pedicure and manicure and for the pedicure the lady only massaged 1 foot and moved onto the nails, I was like okayyy and when she did my nails which were a gel manicure, she didn't even make my nails look nice, theyre all crooked and cut weird. I went on Nov 25th, obviously the day before a holiday they are gonna be a little busy which was fine I really didn't wait but the guy that did my nails was in such a rush. He ended up not waiting for acrylic to fully harden which resulted in my nails to morph & two nails cracked by the 27th. While painting the gel he did not cure long enough so when I took a shower on the following morning water ended up finding its way in little opening & completely ruined my nails. Not even 24 hours & my nails were ruined. I miss the original owners they made sure they took care of their clients & never would have allowed this.
