Had high hopes saw amazing pictures of nails on my Instagram so I booked myself and my daughter pedicures and myself a full new set. I told them when I called that I would need a set taken off and a full new set said that was fine. When we arrived they had my daughter start her pedicure and I sat down to get my nails done I'm pretty sure they gave me the "new girl" because when I said I need this set off and a new set put on she panicked and she told the other girl. so she then proceeded to take one of the new fake nails and tried prying it off I said ouch multiple times and I said that actually really hurts! so she gets up and another girl starts trimming off old nails then does the same thing first hand hurt but I was ok she got them off then the next hand when she got to the nails that I had told the other girl it hurts it was the same thing I'm like that really hurts she kept going and guess what she ripped off my real nail she didn't know what to do asked another girl I'm sitting there with half my nail missing and they had the nerve to ask if I still wanted a full set but not put one on that nail are you fucking serious I told them no I just want to get my pedicure with my daughter and leave 110$ later for 2 one gel one not. pedicures I will never go back I was getting my nails redone for my son's boot camp graduation next week and today was my only day off to say I got in my car and cried and my daughter cried with me because she knows it was my only day off to get ready and Now I'm going to have to wear gloves to work because have a open wound. read more

Worst French polish i've ever had. The woman didn't clean my nails, or trim my cuticles. She got the white polish all over my fingers and didn't remove it at the end. She got so much gel underneath my nails that I had to scrape it out when I left. She didn't clean off any of the dust from my hands, and didn't give me any moisturizer afterwards. My mom and I went here on 5/3 and the shop was disgusting. There was dust everywhere and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. My nail tech did not listen to what I wanted and I ended up with toe nail shapes that did not match. My polish lasted 2 days. There was no base coat beforehand. When I was finished, instead of the nail tech helping put my shoes I didn't mess up the polish. I had to it myself and my mom as well on because she was too busy getting a manicure. My pedicure was terrible! He was not paying attention and talking while he was scrubbing and he scrubbed my skin off til I was bleeding. I kept moving my foot and saying it hurt. He did it to both feet! I got a full set and an acrylic pedicure. I still had to pay. All they offered me was gift card. read more

My daughter went in yesterday to get acrylics put on and walked out with this!! There is no way the girl who did this hack job has any sort of certification!! I feel like they had someone come in and pretend to know how to do nails. These are misshaped, fat, don't meet cuticles, cut way too short, crooked, and just one big HAUT mess! Wow, I wish I could give no stars. Called around 5:30 to ask if they could take three walk ins. Was asked if we could come at 6, and agreed. Showed at 6, place is PACKED. I asked if we would be able to be seen still and she said no problem pick a color. Well, spent about 20 minutes staring at the colors waiting for our pedicure stations. Finally I am asked to come to a chair- but without the rest of my group. I ask when they will be able to join me, and the worker says he doesn't know. The girl to my left (NO social distancing) is taking her shoes off to START her service, and the girl to me right hasn't even had her toes painted! I also noticed the massage chair was broken- my knees were basically in my chest. I decided this was ridiculous, and before the service started I got up, took my upset mom and sister standing in the front (they STILL hadn't been called to any seat) and we left, at 6:40. There were tons of people waiting to be seen, the place was not observing any COVID spacing and occupancy rules. Basically, they lied about how busy they were to get me to come in and waste 40 minutes to not even get to sit with my mom and sister and expected me to be ok with that. After a recent horror experience from another nail salon in Murrieta, I called up Haute Nails to see if they could squeeze me in and fix my mani & pedi. They scheduled me and my daughter in. WORST SERVICE!!!! This place used to be so good until they sold the company to a different management. We made an appointment and when we showed up they didn't have us written down. They made us wait 1 hour before we were helped. Tammy is AMAZING. This is the only nail salon I have been to where I can show a Pinterest picture and they make it come to life for me. I LOVE their gel builder nails .. It makes my brittle nails strong but so natural unlike acrylic and traditional gel. They always have the latest in trends and are very affordable. Everyone here laughs, jokes and engages with their customers. It's a fun environment and they do damn good work. No it's not your LA or Beverly Hills salon experience but I would take good nails over snobby atmosphere any day. Don't trust my word.. I'm not too pleased with my gel manicure. One it was really over priced, 47.00 for a gel manicure with designs? I could have gotten a full set of acrylic for that price. I loved the person who did my pedicure I didn't get her name but she was awesome. The lady who did my acrylic however was extremely rude. Her name was Lana. She asked me to pick out the colors I wanted as she was doing the basic acrylic to my nails. Once I picked the color and she was done with the acrylic part I pointed out that a lot of my nails were slanted after she filed. She then said well that's what happens when your hands are stiff and non flexible. Then when she finished fixing them I checked my thumbs and on my right thumb one side was filed down way more than the other making the coffin cut lopsided. Came here for a gel manicure since my usual place was busy and I got the baby boomer gel manicure. I would say they look "okay." I feel like she could have made the white a little more even. It just looks like splattered white dust over the pink. Nothing spectacular for the price. They didn't clean my cuticles and they don't give a massage with the manicure either. Pretty disappointing. Thought I loved this place but never mind.. my mom and I went to get a pedicure here. Everything went well but my gel polish started to peel & it wasn't even three weeks.. which never happens at all. Also both of my big toe nails have a fungus on them. This would be the first time ever I got fungus from a pedicure!!! I don't know if it was the tools she used on me or the products. Very very dirty nail salon. The curtains to the decor on the walls are covered in dust. The pedicure chairs are covered in white dust from previous customers. I should have left because its a red flag when a bussiness such as a nail salon is not clean its not sanitary. I stayed and got a pedicure only because of the time I had I was in the area. Thank goodness she said she didn't have time for me to get a manicure even though it was so rude to say that to a customer but Im glad I didn't push my luck any further hopefully I don't get a skin irritation on my feet. The one and only time my friend and I went to this place, it was horrible. Firstly, our nails started popping off the day right after, and they misinformed us of pricing originally. The price of their acrylic fill is wayyyy too high for the quality of the work. The acrylic is cheap and doesn't last. I was with left with three acrylics left within the week. They can't figure out short, medium and long and mixed up prices. We were originally quoted a price for something we did not receive. They told us at first the set I wanted was going to be $75 dollars for the design and length and instead of doing long nails, did medium then tried to say it was the same price and didn't do two fingers exactly like in the picture. They told me the same price for something I didn't get and then asked my friend about the tip, expecting her to give it when that's optional. I gave my person and her person a tip out of respect, but now I've seen I shouldn't have. That's all that needs to be said about that place. A business needs to communicate properly and should try to appease the customer, especially when I was very kind. I have never complained about any set of nails before in my life, even if they messed up, but this place sucked. Period. read more

I'm torn on how I should review this place. I've been there multiple times, and although they say they take walk-ins, I've always been turned away because I don't have an appointment. On the one occasion that I actually had time to make an appointment, I went in and got a manicure and pedicure. Both were just 'Okay.' I didn't get any sort of massage whatsoever with my manicure, and the pedicure was extremely basic. What I DID like about this place was that their gel colors last forever. I don't know what they do differently there, but their gel dries rock hard and doesn't chip or peel off. I'd recommend this place only if you want to get your nails/toes painted --but make sure you make an appointment otherwise there's a 95% chance you'll get turned away. read more

Honestly....it's nothing like how you see on instagram or on here. I went for a pedicure and gel full set. The pedicure was the best thing there and honestly the only reason why you got one stars. There was a guy that I showed a picture to and asked if he could do that in gel he said yes. First off, he glue the nails crooked and didn't shave them down to fit my nail. He then shaped my nails and I wanted square round and while he was shaping he noticed my nail was crooked and still didn't fix it. It literally was square but a wide tip. He couldn't do a simple daisy after he stated he could. When he was trying to copy the picture he couldn't even get the colors correct. At one point, I told him to just make it all one color. He noticed that I didn't like it and he was talking mess to a coworker when he was done. They ended up charging me $85 and honestly it was terrible. I will never go back nor recommend this place. First off I had made an appointment for 2 people and they couldn't get us in at the same time. Second the place was dirty and cluttered. The towel that was under my hand while getting my pink and whites had nail clippings and powder all over it from the previous person. TALK ABOUT DISGUSTING. & I watched as they just dried out the pedicure tubs after a pedicure did't use cleaner or anything. As a licensed cosmotologist my self this is a big no no. They are just very unsanitary there. Now the quality of the nails probably is good if you get the right person. Kacie I think her name was,she didn't even talk to me really, did mine. Well my nails are awful, you can see all the filing done to my natural nail and there is dry powder spots through out my nails. They are longer than I asked for ( she didn't listen when I said shorter) and not even straight. She did not clean up the sides or under the tips well, I had to go home and reshape and clean up my nails myself. Only worth about $10 not the $45 I spent. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!!! read more
