I called the nail shop today and asked if someone would be able to fix my nail because one of the nails had chipped within about three days of me getting it done. The woman on the phone asked me what time I could get there, I told her about 20 mins. She confirmed and informed me that it was fine to come. Tell me why I get there and she then told me I took too long so the person is no longer available to do my nails at the moment. She proceeds to ask me if I can come back later or tomorrow, meanwhile I live in Canyon Lake and drove out there when she confirmed that there was availability. What a waste of my gas and my time, and this is not the first incident. I like how they did my nails the two times I've been there, but I don't appreciate the customer service. 3 out of 4 times I have come here for service, they have asked me to come back or wait 30 mins. I'm not sure if you see that as good or bad but unfortunately I will not even try to come back here. There are many other nail salons in the area that are priced equally & have enough staff/location is big enough to accommodate more people. Literally the WORST salon i've ever been to. The only person good here is Jessica, other than that no one seems to know what they're doing. Horrible customer service. The main front desk lady who answers the phones is the rudest person. The guy messed up my nails.. didn't do what I showed him at all and he left my old color from my last set on my nails. So extremely frustrating. She tried charging me full price for their mess up which is horrible customer service! She told me to come back the next day and said they'd fix them. I came in the next day and she then tried charging me $35 extra dollars which is more than what the original price would have been. She was trying to argue with me.. Unbelievable, I will NEVER go back here. Customers should always feel valued and respected and this place lacks that more than ever. read more

I found them on Instagram and I was like oh here we go another Instagram account with nails that look like they are AI. Well not these ladies. They take care of you. And they are sweet. I will be back with girl friends to do the toes. These guys rock. I usually call for appointment it seems to be the best way to get what ya needed done on time and easy. The salon is clean. Perfect shape! Ok so this place may look a little sketch from the outside. But don't let that fool you because all these girls are SO talented. I spent about $62 for a new full set. Almond shape and chrome nail polish style. Thank you SALLY, she was so good. Perfect shape. Like I've had my nails done since I was 15. And this place by far is above expectations 5/5 stars! And I got a pedicure for $35. But I think she forgot the clay mask... at least they didn't cut me once! Hands down I made another appointment because I was so happy I found a place that was decent. Instagram brought me to this location. Although I've been living here for the last 15 years never once thought to come here. With all the fancy pictures posted and daily advertisements I thought I'd give them a try. Unfortunately not the Instagram worthy post nails I wanted. He seemed to have the shape spot on but when it came to the ombré look not what I wanted. There so called "sugar" didn't even stick nor sparkle, the crystals don't "bling" . Might be a gem to others but not what I was expecting. If your coming here because of the pics Don't be bamboozled and if so make sure you know the nail tech that did the work!!
