We happened to drive by and noticed Haven Haus was having its soft opening, so we decided to give it a try. I had heard about them but had never been before. I'm really glad we stopped in! Evelyn was amazing--friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We also met one of the owners, Danny, who took the time to introduce himself and chat with us. It's always nice to see owners who are genuinely involved and care about their guests. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. You can tell they're focused on creating a great experience, not just serving a meal. We'll definitely be back, and I look forward to seeing them do well. Haven Haus Cafe is an absolute gem! They've only been open for about three weeks, and I have a feeling this place is going to be incredibly hard to get into once word gets out. The aesthetic is absolutely beautiful, every detail is thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect brunch spot and incredibly Instagram-worthy. The service was just as impressive. From the warm welcome by the host to the exceptional service from our server, Brittany, the entire experience felt polished and welcoming. We tried the refresher flight, an açaí bowl, and the breakfast bagel sandwich, and everything was delicious. The only thing that missed the mark for us was the hash browns, which had a noticeably oily taste. Other than that, the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I had a wonderful experience at the new Haven Haus Cafe in La Verne! The first thing I noticed was how easy it was to park. The shopping center has plenty of parking all around the building, so getting in and out was quick and convenient. The café itself is absolutely beautiful. The décor has a modern glam feel with mid-century influences, featuring gorgeous statement chandeliers, marble tables, lush greenery, velvet seating, and warm blush tones throughout. It feels cozy, stylish, and inviting without being overdone. We visited on a Thursday around 1:00 p.m. and were greeted immediately by a friendly host, who seated us right away. The restaurant wasn't too busy, and the atmosphere was perfect. The music was at just the right volume soft enough to enjoy while still making conversation easy. I ordered the warm Spanish latte, and it was delicious with beautiful latte art. For brunch, I had the French toast topped with bananas and candied pecans, and it was absolutely delicious. I made it a combo with two eggs and two sausage links, and everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. Our server was friendly, attentive, and checked on us throughout the meal without being intrusive. The restaurant was spotless, and the entire staff made us feel welcome. I've also visited the Rancho Cucamonga location, and I've consistently had great experiences there as well. It's nice to see the same excellent food, service, and attention to detail at the new La Verne location. The hostess was very sweet and got us seated quickly, and our server was friendly and informative about the menu, which we appreciated. This was my first time at a Haven Haus out of the three locations, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The vibes are it, the service is impeccable, and the food/drinks are delectable. I had the signature coffee flight, which was great. Better than another coffee flight I've had before. The breakfast croissant, per Evelyn's suggestion, hit the spot where the jam had a savory kick to it. Evelyn, a current international business major, provides superb customer service! Mackenzie (sorry if wrong spelling), is a warm hostess with great coffee recommendations who originally suggested the coffee flight. This is the first week of the grand opening, and this place was crowded on a Friday. It's the off season for schools and ULV too, so I can't imagine how much more of vibe Haven Haus will be. I know I will be back here again as the bar has charging outlets for people who want to work or study! read more

My wife got the chilaquiles, my daughter went with the two eggs and pancake, and I had the Diablo omelette. Everything was delicious! Apparently they've only been open about a week and it was very popular. The team is very nice and the food is excellent. They have a nice breakfast, brunch, lunch and coffee selection. They have coffee flights which is really nice if you want to sample their various flavors. The ambiance is welcoming and trendy. The portion sizes are very generous and our hostess (Brittney) was so generous with her time. Even though it was very busy, she never rushed us and we felt at ease while we enjoyed our meal. Unfortunately I didn't get my server's name, but she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcomed throughout our visit. Went on their first official opening day for brunch. I was a little skeptical on my way there thinking going on the first day is never a good idea. They need to work out the kinks and whatnot. First, the restaurant is gorgeous. Beautiful colors, spacious and inviting. The menu is big but not so big you're at a loss for what to order. I ordered the chilaquiles with steak and my friend ordered a strawberry waffle. Their iced coffee is great too. Now for the best part. The service. It was amazing. Our server, Rose, was the best. I got the soyrizo breakfast burrito and I thought it was pretty darn perfect ratio of soyrizo to egg and their sauces are really good.
