They sold me a high-end battery, which they didn't have in stock, so someone delivered another battery. I didn't notice this for a few weeks, when I eventually popped the hood. A $300 battery. I was told it came with a warranty, but that was actually $100 of the total $300. I have never EVER paid this much for a battery and don't know why I did that day. Go for the quick and fair-priced oil change. Avoid buying anything not related to that.

On or about November 28, 2005, the only light complexion, appearing to be of the race Black, approached me and showed me the readings from the battery, stating the battery is good. His demeanor was standoffish and quite negative as if he did not want to be there or assist for that matter. I asked for a new battery and he commented that I didn't have to be rude. The other two star was taken becuase of this employee. I pray that the battery was placed in my car correctly, as I have no faith in that individual. If you go to this location, ask for Ash.

I came in for an oil change with an appointment. I left the car there to have the oil change done…read moreand called after a 3 hours but it was still not completed. They said about 1.5 hours it should be done. I came back after this time in person and it was still not done. I waited there for another 40 minutes and they said it was done and I would not have to pay for the service. I asked for a receipt confirming that an oil change had been completed. They gave me a blank receipt with no name of technician or any of the usual checklist of parts that are checked with an oil change. After the oil change, I noticed my car was still in need of maintenance as it appeared an oil change was not completed. Not only were they dishonest, they wasted my time and I ended up having to get the service done elsewhere. I will never trust NTB again. Do not go here.
