I would not use this company. You get into a contract that does not cover what the salesman says it will and can't see the contract until you sign. All of this while the sales person is standing there waiting for you to sign. I was told that this service would cover moles and the salesman said that moles are a pest and that was covered. I signed the contract because I have a bad mole issue and was excited to get rid of them. I read the contract and it does not cover moles. I asked to cancel the service and they tried to charge $199 to do so. After finally talking to a manager and 3 payments later they canceled my contract and waived the $199 fee, but I had to mention my attorney. Hawx does NOT train their employees i had 3 techs come to my house to do the same job and none of them completed anything they were supposed to. Worst company to deal with even after they can't do their job they are contracted to do they expect you to pay for services they did not perform. Avoid This Scam of a Company - Terrible Customer Service! If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an absolutely awful experience with Hawks Pest Control, and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I initially called them for a mouse problem at my mom's house. The salesperson on the phone convinced me to sign up for a $50/month plan, claiming it would take care of the problem by making the rodent "thirsty" so it would leave and die elsewhere. I agreed to the plan and requested immediate service since there's an 8-year-old in the house and we've never had a rodent problem before. The next day, they came out... AND SPRAYED FOR INSECTS! No traps, no rodent control--just some generic insect treatment that had nothing to do with the actual problem. I immediately called them back, confused and frustrated, and was put on hold for 15 minutes before a manager finally got on the line. He promised to find a solution and call me back. He NEVER called back. Instead, I get a random text later in the day saying they scheduled a follow-up for Friday--FOUR DAYS after my original call. They never asked if that worked for me, they just assumed I'd go along with it. By this point, it was clear they didn't care about my business at all. So, I took my business elsewhere and called ABC Pest Control on Tuesday. They came out the SAME DAY, sealed all the holes, set traps, and made multiple follow-up visits to make sure the issue was completely resolved. That's real customer service. Meanwhile, Hawks Pest Control had the audacity to try and charge me a $199 cancellation fee for services they NEVER PROVIDED. Imagine paying for a service that never happens and then being penalized for canceling it. What a scam! Bottom line: Do NOT use this company! They don't care about their customers, they don't communicate, and they will waste your time and money. Save yourself the frustration and call a real pest control company that actually does the job right. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. I paid almost $2,000, and the job was never completed. I'm extremely afraid of rodents, which is why I hired this company in the first place. They came out on a Thursday and scheduled the service for the following Tuesday since they don't work weekends. When Tuesday came, they said the technician who handles these types of projects was out sick, so they rescheduled for Thursday. Thursday came, and once again, no one showed up--they said the same technician was still sick. I asked if they had a backup, and they said no. Another week went by, and they scheduled us again for Tuesday but couldn't even give a specific time. No one showed up that day either. Finally, on Thursday, they came and claimed the work was completed. When I inspected the property, several areas that the initial representative said would be fixed were untouched. This company took my money and didn't finish the job. I'm very upset--and even more scared knowing there may still be rodents in my attic. read more

They only spray for spawning things, and it's not a spray, it's some goop, and I'm accustomed to having my whole house sprayed, they bring they do nothing inside their plan is to treat the outside and then you don't have to do the inside and it makes me very unhappy.
