Very Veggie Curry and chicken Curry Chicken

Amazing! My Family Loves This Place The very veggie curry is my daughter's favorite. Love this place so much!!

banana split crepe

I ordered a banana split crepe and it was awesome! fresh, the crepe was perfect: not too thin, not too thick, warm enough and the ice cream and whipped cream made it even better! the service was friendly and warm also charming. They care about my experience and were kind to ask for feedback. I must say thank you! [[HIGHLIGHT]]For a moment I did feel like in France: Merci beaucoup mes amis![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Thank you Tyler for the great breakfast. The sweet crepes were melting in my mouth and my husband loved the crepe that was hardy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance of sitting outside near a fountain made it a great start to a great day![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Walked in to a very nice, clean but empty place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Greeted by 2 friendly workers and ordered coffee and crepes. A bit disappointing when the coffee comes from a pour machine rather than made by hand. The flavor was bland and blah. The crepes were good. The Maple dream was very sweet and the bacon and cheese really went well together. The Mriachi was very savory and filling, there were a few too many tomatoes for me but the jalapeño sauce was very tasty. All in all this place seemed good, nothing to sing about but tasty and worth a stop in to check out for a sweet treat.

We had a crepe place we LOVED in Winston-Salem so when we moved to Charlotte, the hunt for a new crepe place started. We found the spot! Hazelnuts is a cute cafe in the heart of Blakeney shopping center serving up some of the most delicious crepes I've ever had! From sugary sweet to spicy savory, their menu is full of options for every palate. We of course had to try 3 different crepes and honestly, we loved them all. The basil pesto with bacon was *chef's kiss* and I loved the Americana with chipotle aoli. The lemon drop tasted kind of like a Dutch Baby and it was just the perfect dessert style crepe to end our savory adventure. The staff were so friendly and accommodating with it being our first time. We sat outside on a breezy Sunday morning and had a great time. We'll be back for sure!

Went to get crepes for brunch on a Sunday mid morning. They are a quick service- walk up to the counter to order. They give you a buzzer and you walk up to pick up the food. They have indoor seating as well as outdoor. The restaurant isn't huge but there seemed to be enough seating. They have breakfast crepes as well as sweet, savory and vegetarian. You can get anything gluten free as well. They even had salads. As far as drinks, they had San pelligrino- flavored and regular in a drink case as well as fountain drinks, juices and bottles water. It took about 15-20 minutes after we ordered to get our food but you can watch them make crepes or sit down as you wait. We each got a sweet and a savory crepe. I got the crème de la crepe. It was very sweet but absolutely delicious! We also got the berry delight. That was perfect if you want something sweet but not too sweet. The goat cheese made it not as sweet. We also got the pesto chicken and curry chicken which were both great as well. It all tasted delicious and everyone who worked there was kind!

Great place for crepes!!! We stumbled upon this place and I'm glad we did. Their menu options are great (there is something for everyone) the taste is great and the prices are competitive. Service was excellent and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the ambience is perfect for breakfast, lunch o dinner[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Counter order place[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Last note, coffee needs to be improved but I'm not penalizing them for that because all other things were awesome.

Tasted delicious. Will come back. Tiny spot, price is ok. Crepe size is big as it's supposed to be. Only had the savory crepe this time, I wanted like ham and cheese... you can build one yourself but don't do it - they will charge you more for less ingredients it's none sense - just find one you like most things and taken out and sub things . Its not an option they will offer you must request it ;) Also - they took most of my order wrong but it was still very tasty and since the spice was out I could still share with my daughter who chose not to be picky - everybody won Recommend

This was my first "Real" Visit into the heart of Charlotte's "High End" / Beverly Hill's Section - Called Ballantyne. - This "Creperie" is located in a very "High End" Shopping Center that can get very busy. Stumbled upon this gem of a spot - It was kind of busy inside and very colorful; - For Obvious reasons. Who doesn't love crepes? Decided to treat myself some some Crepes for a Saturday Afternoon Snack; - Wow. They were truly delicious. Loved the decor - very nice ambience. Whoever picked out the chairs in this place, was a decorating genius; - Maybe, they can pick them out in Orange next time; But - Nevertheless, let's get down to business. Everything is made to order and made with the freshest of ingredients; - Staff are very cool - friendly and aim to please. Everyone is healthy appearing and looks happy! :-) I watched some young gal, chopped up some fresh strawberries. I went with the Banana Split Sundae Crepes - Truly magnificent. I'm definitely planning on coming back with Andrea to try one of the other many options. Being here today, transported me back to Montreal, Quebec - Obviously, you know why I had to say that. Anyways - You don't have to freeze your tuchas off and go all the way up to Canada; - Delicious Crepes are available in this incredible cool shopping center in Ballantyne, Charlotte. Enjoy! A+ - I should mention I was truly impressed with the Boylan's Soda Fountain - This is Soda that is "Crafted" with Cane Sugar - Absolutely, a treat to enjoy. This delectable beverage certainly goes down really nicely with one of Hazelnuts Creperie's delicious Crepes. Kudos to the Owner / Operator who was "In House" and being so kind and respectful to his many young employees!

This is an okay creperie. Limited choices but maybe because of current situation. The service was ok.

My partner and I were greeted immediately upon arriving inside and were told me could sit anywhere we liked on the patio. We could have sat inside, but It was a beautiful day so we wanted to take advantage of the weather and view. We ordered coffees-my dirty chai latte was delicious and my partner was happy with her iced americano as well. We shared the apple crepe and although I wished it had a little more moisture inside, the cinnamon and Nutella were delicious and complimented the apples nicely. The service was excellent, we enjoyed our time, and would definitely return.

Village Tavern was my first pick, but was a 25+ min for a table and we were hungry and in somewhat of a rush. We made our way next door to penny path and I was excited for crepes and maybe even more excited for coffee. I had skipped my usual 2 cups that morning thanks to a rushed airport experience. The iced latte hit the spot. Even my 15 year old stole some sips because she liked it and isn't a coffee drinker (yet). As for the crepes it was ok. I went with the Brie, apple and turkey Brie which is usually an amazing combo but just wasn't doing it for me. I ate about half because I was famished and held off on the rest. My husband polished off his Hawaiian crepe and my daughter did the same with her pizza crepe. Since we were there for lunch we went savory over sweet, but the sweet ones did look good. I'd come back for coffee, but would probably eat elsewhere next time. However it was a very cute cafe in an adorable little center not too far from campus.

I enjoyed my meal, as it was simple & light, though filling and enjoyable. I would like to try a Crepe if I ever come back. The interior is also cute and has rustic decor, cozy atmosphere. Service was quick, but I also felt that it was lacking and communication was short. We didn't get straws or have napkins at the table, so I tried my best to not make a mess eating. Every time the server came by, it was so quick I didn't get to ask. I don't like that the silverware is just sitting out either, not very sanitary. I got a small pastry that was also forgotten about until the server was reminded. There was also someone that was going around to tables to check in...it felt like we were left out. I'd like to give this place another chance, but it wasn't a great first impression.

The food here is mediocre at best and wildly inconsistent, but my biggest issue is with the…read moreowner/manager and the way customers are treated when they make mistakes, which here, are often. I've given this restaurant more chances than I probably should have because there aren't many dining options in Inman. Unfortunately, every visit has reinforced the same impression. One visit, I came in with a group of five. The restaurant was not busy, yet we waited over 30 minutes for our food. I ordered a crepe with lemon curd that arrived with a watery filling. I had ordered the dish before and knew it wasn't right. The waitress agreed to take it back, but after another long wait she returned and explained they couldn't remake it because the curd needed more time to set. In other words, they knew it wasn't ready but served it anyway. At that point, I was starving and ordered a different crepe. By the time it arrived, my friends had already finished their meals and we'd been there for over an hour. The replacement wasn't very good and I only ate part of it. When the bill came, I was charged full price. Not once during the entire experience did the owner come by to apologize or check on the situation, despite being present. When I politely explained that I didn't feel I should be charged for a dish that was served incorrectly and delayed the entire table, the owner argued that because I had eaten some of the replacement crepe, I should pay for it. The conversation became unnecessarily confrontational over what should have been a simple customer service issue and could have been easily solved by a discount and an apology. Eventually the item was removed, but only after a lengthy debate. What bothered me most wasn't the mistake. Mistakes happen. It was the complete lack of accountability, concern, or desire to make things right. In reading some of the other reviews, it seems others have also had this experience On a later visit, the owner made a point of checking on every nearby table except ours, which felt intentionally passive-aggressive given our previous interaction. My last visit was the worst experience yet. The food was poor, service was slow, and I watched the owner lock the doors 40 min before the posted closing time of 2 pm, and no sign posted. Several customers arrived expecting the restaurant to be open and were visibly frustrated. I then observed the owner complaining about those customers to other guests inside the restaurant. Expecting a business to honor its posted hours is not entitlement; it's a reasonable expectation. I also observed her arguing with a customer on my way out. That was my last cue to never give this place another shot. At the end of the day, food is usually a miss, and service is slow. What is much harder to overlook is an owner who seems unwilling to accept responsibility when problems arise, and more likely to lash out at customers than focus on improvement . I will never go back, this place has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Updated response to owner: No ma'am, this review is directly related to my experiences as a customer in your establishment over multiple visits. My review specifically discusses issues I experienced with the food, service, and management, all of which are relevant to a customer's dining experience. Suggesting that my review stems from a personal matter rather than the experiences I described only reinforces my concern about accountability. Instead of addressing the specific issues raised, you've chosen to dismiss them as unrelated. I'm certainly not the only customer who has had these concerns, and I would be happy to provide screenshots of other reviews describing similar experiences. Reviews are not personal. They are a reflection of a customer's experience and are intended to help other members of the community make informed decisions. My review is based on my own experiences and observations as a paying customer. ****UPDATED 6/16: received a message from Yelp stating the owner tried to get my review removed saying 'I had a conflict of interest.' Once again, that's not true. I've only ever been a customer and do not know the owner nor does she know me. This is rather unethical and dishonest, so one more reason not to go here.

If you end up having such a great time that you hang late, they don't rush you out or blast "Closing Time" to make things awkward. They're chill and let you finish up at your own pace. The food trucks are hit or miss--sometimes absolutely amazing, sometimes not great--but there's always something happening. There are five businesses inside, so it never feels boring. They host comedy nights, live bands, karaoke, Pokémon events, and board game days/nights, which gives it a cool community vibe. My singular complaint would be when the daylight changes to evening, these awful too-white bright lights come on that make you feel like you need sunglasses and ruin the cozy vibe. They did add some warmer lights around the garage door, but I wish they would change the color of those really bright ones that come on at night. Overall, it's a fun, relaxed place to hang out.
