Called needing a very straight forward battery replacement for my Macbook. Was told "bring it in, we'll do a quick diagnostic and can let you know next steps". Drove immediately there, arrived 10 minutes later, was told (by the same guy!) "We need $50 and 4-5 days to let you know next steps". I asked him if he remembered talking me 10 minutes prior and could he have told me then the current backlog was 4-5 days. His response was awesome - "it's not our policy to tell you that unless you ask". Absolutely horrible! The repair worked in full and I got my pc back. The only thing is that the price was a bit too much for what I was getting. I asked them why so much and the manager said he has a business to run and people to pay, to which I understood completely, and he offered to charge whatever I was comfortable paying. Unfortunately, my computer broke again, so I took it to HB as I had such a great experience before. Their customer service is just as amazing as before, If not better. There was some miscommunication during the process, but Karen took care of everything and made sure I was happy with the final arrangement. If you have a Mac, do not take it here. I brought mine in with 2 problems and they said it would be $200 to remove viruses. Except all of the viruses but 1 they named are only on PCs. Got it back after 5 days and it still had the same 2 problems. Took it back for another 5 days and when it was returned the 2 problems were fixed, but they had forgotton to reload my data. Called and found out their Mac guy would be out for 5 days. Brought it back and they were able to put the data back. Took it home and my printer no longer printed. They suggested that I bring it back in with the printer. I searched on YouTube and found a 2 minute video that was able to make my printer print again. The receptionist is quite vapid regarding anything related to computers, so you will need to be able to express everything you need to into the fix-it ticket. read more

The problem I had and like other Dell Owners that after years of plugging unplugging the charger cord into the back of the lap top, the charge connector wore down and lose and I could not charge my laptop any longer. Found this company on "Angies List" rated "A". Yelp also showing "5 Stars" They are a essential service and was open during the virus. They understood my problem and stated that they know about the Dell charge connector wearing down problem and stated that they do have the expert skills to replace and fix it. Because of the virus, they told me that it might take a little longer than normal to get shipped replacement parts. I understood, and was just Happy that they could fix it.
