I've also seen other reviews mentioning similar experiences, which makes me feel better knowing it's not just me--but it's clearly a pattern. We were able to do FaceTime consultations along with in-person appointments, which made planning everything so much easier. They also worked with me on financing, which I really appreciated. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Every time I walked in, I felt comfortable and taken care of. The staff is incredibly kind and supportive, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. It's worth noting that he is a busy surgeon, so you do need to be patient with scheduling -- but in my opinion, that speaks to how in-demand and trusted he is. One thing that really stood out to me was the environment of the office. It has a strong faith-based presence, and while I'm not personally religious, I found it surprisingly comforting. I was told that during the building process, he would come in and write scripture within the structure of the office, which I thought was such a meaningful and intentional touch. On the day of surgery, I was understandably nervous, but the entire team made me feel at ease. The anesthesiologist was absolutely hilarious and helped lighten the mood right away. Right before surgery, the doctor asked if I would like him to pray with me. Even though I'm not religious, I said yes -- and it ended up being a really grounding, calming moment that I genuinely appreciated. Now, about 14 weeks post-op, I can honestly say I am so happy with my results. I feel confident, comfortable, and like I got exactly what I asked for. I'm still working on scar management, but overall, I love how everything looks. And coming from Las Vegas, I paid a fraction of what I would have locally, which made the experience even better. If you're considering working with him, especially as an out-of-state patient, I highly recommend it. I felt supported, safe, and truly cared for every step of the way.
