If I could put 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spoke to "Nicholas Cerame" if he is actually a real person. Not sure considering he was always "busy" when I called after the first time we spoke on the phone. Literally drove 5 hours to go buy a car. Called 30 mins out and spoke to someone and said I was 30 mins away for that car and they said ok. I get there ask for this Nick guy and they tell me that he left for the day and that the car sold an hour before I got there. Could have said the car sold instead of getting me there and offering me a car that was 2 years older and more expensive. Not to mention how rude they were once I got there and said "that is just how it is" Well it sure shouldn't be how it is!! Worst customer service. read more

All my cars have always been Honda's. I was excited when Headquarter opened so I had a dealer closer to me for servicing. I also liked that the building was built to be energy efficient. I've been going there for service since they openeed. But yesterday I stopped by to look at the new HRV's. Spent 30 minutes looking at the models all grouped by the entrance of the lot, and then even walked inside the showroom to see if they had other HRV models in there (there weren't) and was never once greeted or asked if I needed any help. Only go to this dealership if you are willing to settle for the Make/Model and color they have on the lot - and be prepared to be insulted if you don't settle for something you don't want. Discussed lease pricing on a Pilot EX-L FWD with Glen the Internet Sales Manager before going in to the dealership. Go in to do the test drive and we are put in an AWD for the test drive. We informed the sales guy we don't want an AWD its more expensive, we told him what we wanted was FWD as discussed with Glen, in a specific color exterior/interior. Sales guy comes back with numbers over $100/month higher than we were given by Glen. The sales guy acted as if he had no idea what we were referring too. Show the sales guy the email with a link to their website showing the special and he goes then comes back and says ok yes we can do that, but you have to choose a model we have on the lot. You don't have what I want on the lot?? So he proceeds to tell us we can take the more expensive model in the color I want or choose a different color - neither option was acceptable to us so we go to leave. Were told we couldn't leave before "shaking hands" with the General Manager so my husband stays to speak to him - and he was told just take the AWD it's only $15/month more expensive which my husband responded ok then you pay it - no not an option, so when my husband said not interested - he was told Good luck at Auto Nation Honda and the General Manager turned his back on my husband and walked away. Unprofessionalism at its highest - asking us to stay and "shake hands" and insulting us instead. Bait & switch, poor customer service, rudeness - the stereotypical car buying experience. Good thing there are only endless other Honda dealerships to choose from - we definitely will never go back to Headquarter Honda. read more

I bought used Honda Pilot from Headquarter Honda in Clermont. They basically lied to me to sell this car and I bought it and within 5 months I found out This car have a lot of problems. I went back to them and they don't have to do anything with it. I don't know about New cars but don't ever buy used cars here. They will be very nice to u for selling a used car and when they done making commission you are on your Own. It was Mike Jahangir basically who sold the car. I brought in my wife's Acura to Headquarter Honda as it was more convenient to visiting Acura dealership further from my home. While they correctly identified the primary reason for the visit,(cv joints) they claimed to find a additional issue, a leak in the rack & pinion calling for a complete replacement to the tune of $1300.00 + tax. At 100k miles I was skeptical (as on any car I've owned I've not replaced rack & pinion at 100k...even my Hondas went over 300k w/out replacement) I took the car over to Acura and not mentioning the findings at Honda, had them look at the car for their independent opinion. They correctly diagnosed the cv joint issue, and only that issue. When I mentioned to the service manager at Acura that Headquarter Honda had said the rack & pinion was leaky and called for replacement he consulted w/the Acura tech to look it over a 2nd time and again, found no evidence of any leak, nor any reason for a replacement to be called for. Didn't give me much faith in Headquarter Honda. read more

We went here to buy an HR-V. We wanted to see a specific sales advisor. He was out on a test drive so another sales advisor sat and chatted with us until he returned. On his return he listened to what we wanted and then gave us a lengthy test drive showing all the features of the car. All the staff were attentive, friendly and polite. We were well looked after and all questions were answered. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the two attempts at up-selling and the fact that the whole process took over three hours. It shouldn't take that long to buy a car! read more

I recently went in to HQ Honda because I had been looking at getting a new Honda for several months. I'd been driving around a 2000 Accord for several years and it kept having issue after issue. After having my 2007 CR-V serviced at another local dealer and having them try to shove a new car down my throat, I decided I would try Headquarter for my next service. This decision was in part due to my daughters comments of how well Headquarter treated them while purchasing a used car. The Headquarter service staff was exceptional! Naturally, when we were looking for a new car we went to Headquarter. I started with an Internet inquiry which resulted in a call from the dealer. I explained that I was just starting my research and it would probably be a week or two before I was ready to commit, they said they understood and would not continually call to see when I was ready but would reach out periodically through email. We did however make our decision the following week. We arrived at the dealership and we were met by an awesome sales associate named Leon Miller. We already knew they did not have the vehicle we wanted in stock so we expected at least a week before they could locate it. The staff searched and ended up finding the car in Cocoa. Leon drove to pick up the car and we later returned to the dealer to pick up our new Pilot! We were very happy with the way they handled the entire process, not to mention the fair amount for our trade and great price for the car! read more

My wife and I bought our first Honda, a Civic hatchback in 1980. Since then my immediate family members have leased or purchased twenty different Hondas. I enjoyed a great relationship with my Pennsylvania dealership and hoped for the same upon moving to Florida. I thought I had succeeded when I found Headquarter Honda. I was very very wrong. Nice showroom, and pleasant sales personnel. Service seems okay. The management and finance people are very disappointing. In our purchase there was mistake after mistake. Things never were properly corrected and senior management avoided our attempts to discuss our concerns. There were subsequent occasions when we were again disappointed and frankly insulted by the prevailing attitude in the dealership. I will always purchase and own new Hondas.
