I got the soup and salad combo. I mean I would assume a healthy food restaurant would actually make the soup themselves but I found out after ordering they don't. Food: we got the Chinese chicken salad and noodlerama. The salad was essentially the noodlerama without the noodles. I loved the sauce that came with noodles and portions were HUGE. My sister and I wished we shared one because we had a whole order leftover. The price is also insane for what you get. I would rate the dish a 6.5/10. It's pretty much exactly what the ingredients are plus dressing and I could easily make it at home. But for the price and size it wasn't bad. Service: super quick we barely waited and came at 12:30 on a Friday. Wow! I had the best experience here! As many times as I've been down to Manhattan beach pier I've never stopped here but today I stopped in and the customer service was amazing! The guy who helped me was patient and kind and even ask if I wanted a water while I waited for my food. I felt well taken care of and happy ?! Idk how to explain it but it was so pleasant. I had such a great experience at Health Nut and felt compelled to leave a review. First, I want to congratulate the manager, Tom for running such an incredible place. You can really tell when a team is well-led, and it shows in the attitude and energy of everyone working there. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Everyone had such a positive attitude, which made the whole experience even better. And the Pokey Salad... wow! It was absolutely delicious--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every bite was amazing and you could tell the ingredients were high quality. Great food, great service, and a great team. Huge shout-out to Tom and all the staff for making the visit so enjoyable. This is a spot I go to a lot as well, especially when I'm in a hurry. They are VERY fast and always very helpful. The salads are all made with fresh ingredients. My favorite salad is the Noodlerama, it's big too! Clean inside. This restaurant is more of a take out place rather than sitting inside. Definitely recommend trying it! read more

The first time coming here, the Stagg was super nice and chill. It took me a minute to decide what I wanted. I even had to call the misses to see what she wanted. The staff gave me all the time I needed. I ordered the Noodlerama salad and the Chianese Chicken salad. The portions are extra large and have amazing flavor, and they were well put together. I know you're thinking it's just a salad, but I have had salads put together that looked like compost bowls. This was clean and properly layered. The shop was very clean with plenty of seating and it had a fresh smell to it. The menu was simple, and it does have limited options, but to be honest, the items they sell are great. This is definitely a light meal choice, and the prices are definitely fair. $13.50 for a massive salad with a large amount of toppings. You definitely get your money worth. Each salad comes with a pre chosen flavor, but they will let you pick anyone you want. The spicy Asian dressing has a slight kick to it, but nothing the average person can't handle. They do allow pets inside the restaurant, and they have a really nice outdoor sitting area right on the corner of the small intersection with a white wooden fence. Super relaxing. It finally happened ... I wanted a salad and wow, was this a good one! I thoroughly enjoyed it; extremely tasty and the chicken was super flavorful. I was not expecting that much flavor but it was such a pleasant surprise! I got the Chinese Chicken Salad and now, I'm curious how the other salads taste because this one was amazing! It was nice to see a place like this with all the other cafes and restaurants in MB. I like that they have gluten free bread for the sandwiches. My Chinese Chicken salad was too basic. It was a gigantic bowl of lettuce carrots noodles and a little chicken. It needed one or two more veggies like snow peas or cabbage and a slightly sweeter dressing. He helped us move everything over and, voila, we were able to stretch out and relax and enjoy our meal. We started with the pear and blue cheese salad and, wow, we could have just ordered this, split it, and we would have been full. Very flavorful, generous portion that is definitely big enough to share. We also ordered the Sausage & Leek Fettuccine and I was definitely not thinking. Totally forgetting that leeks are part of the onion family (and I have a sensativity to onions). Once the dish arrive, I immediately noticed the similarity and was slowly trying to pick them away from my portion. Once again, Geovani came to our rescue. He asked how everything was and I told him I made a mistake (noted above). He quickly volunteered to have the kitchen make it again without the leeks. I asked, "Are you sure?", and he immediately said yes and removed the dish. Very shortly after, he returned with the "onion sterile" dish and it was wonderful. Both of us were so full you could have rolled us out the door. Good thing the parking garage is so close so we could just hop in our car and go home. Time to loosen the belt! ;) In a week where we have had some personal issues, it was so nice to be treated so well and received such a great tasting meal. From the moment I walked in, the customer service from Ivette and Rudy was exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. Even though the restaurant was busy, they stayed calm, professional, and made sure every customer felt taken care of. You can really tell they care about what they do. They were attentive, efficient, and had such positive energy that it made the whole atmosphere feel warm and inviting. It's rare to see service that genuine these days. And the food -- WOW.
