    So I left a positive review the other day because my 2 experiences with this place were good. TODAY…read morenot so much. The girl in the front really put me off. I called to ask if they can do labs and testing she said YES. She said on the phone they could do a blood draw and test for potassium overload. When I got there she said I needed to be evaluated and the dr. Would decide if I needed to be tested. I ask how long would results take and she said 3 to 5 days it goes to a third party lab. So NO YOU DON'T DO LABS!! If you lie to me once you don't get a second chance. I will be looking somewhere else for my urgent care needs. Training is key. UPDATE: The response isn't what I was told. It wasn't a miscommunication problem. Your girl, I came in contact with needs training. She is the first person the public comes in contact with. I don't remember her name but I remember her attitude. I ask specifically if you did labs and testing her answer was NO we send it to a third party. So Instead of leaving an advertisement for your business in the response you should use your time to train your staff. I don't need to discuss this further you know what you need to do.

Drove back here and one of the doctors I met back in September of 2025 told me that it's a mild allergic reaction to amoxicillin because it's kind of a common one. I was shocked and gave her that "are you deadass look"? She wasn't joking. Another doctor came in and he took a look at the allergic reaction I had. It wasn't severe or anything. He took a sample from my throat to see if it was anything else. He was really reassuring.

I've been coming to this urgent care since around 2020 and have been a returning patient over the years. Until now, I've never had a reason to complain and have generally had positive experiences. This visit, however, was very disappointing. I scheduled what was advertised as an "appointment" through the urgent care's website, expecting that my reserved time would reduce my wait. After arriving, checking in, and waiting for over 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist about the delay. I was then told that the appointment doesn't actually begin until you physically check in at the clinic, meaning patients are essentially placed into the same queue as walk-ins. What concerns me most is that this information was not made clear when I scheduled online. Instead, the explanation was provided only after I arrived at the clinic through a notice at check-in. In my opinion, that's too late. If an online "appointment" does not reserve a specific place in line or appointment time, that should be clearly disclosed on the website before patients book--not after they've already taken time out of their day to come in. To me, advertising an appointment system without clearly explaining how it actually works is misleading. Patients reasonably expect that an appointment reserves a time for them. If the process is really first come, first served after check-in, that should be communicated upfront so people can make an informed decision. Many people choose urgent care instead of the emergency room because they want timely care for non-emergency issues. A scheduling system that functions like a walk-in line defeats that purpose and creates unnecessary frustration. As someone who has been a loyal, returning patient for years, this experience has unfortunately changed my opinion of this clinic. Because of this policy and the lack of transparency, I no longer feel comfortable returning. It's disappointing to say, but they have lost my business. I'm sharing my experience so others know what to expect, and I sincerely hope the clinic improves its communication by being honest and transparent about how its scheduling process actually works. Patients deserve accurate information before they book an appointment--not after they've already arrived.

Before I begin, I'd like to take a moment to point out that people posting experiences here with specific details seem to all have poor reviews. It was Christmas Eve, I set an afternoon appointment and arrived with what felt like strep throat and terrible sinus pressure. The wait was about 35 minutes. While the office staff is friendly, and the wait wasn't long, I was quick to learn why. When I sat with the physician's assistant, she offered a homeopathic suggestion, but was reluctant to prescribe me anything, insisting that my sinus infection was most likely viral and not bacterial. She said I needed to use a neti pot to run water through my sinuses. When I told her, I just "Want to not be miserable with my toddler while we are unwrapping gifts under the tree," she was empathetic enough to prescribe me an antibiotic, with the request that I wait 1 week before I take it. When I arrived in the afternoon to pick my medication up at the pharmacy, the pharmacist came out to tell me she was calling Carbon Health because I would have an anaphylactic reaction if I took it. Nobody answered, they were closed at that point. So there I was, it was Christmas and I'm left with a medication I could not take. If I did, I would have a severe allergic reaction, potentially constricting my airway and sending me to the hospital. So you have to ask yourself, who was checking my chart which listed the medications I was allergic to? It doesn't look like anyone was. A few days later, I was able to get this fixed with Carbon Health. All told, it has been a tough few days, and I just want to get better now.
