So happy to have found this spot! The name is hilarious-- "What do you wanna eat?" "I dunno, something healthy." So brilliant! The atmosphere is nice, they clearly put effort into making it pleasant to be in there, and I love how so much is green. The people working were very friendly and kind, the menu was AWESOME and really reasonably priced. I am guessing the man who came once I was there was the owner or manager, although I could be wrong, but he was very happy and sweet. The food itself was super good, you can tell they use high quality ingredients! I got the cut fruit as my side, and the fruit really tasted like fresh cut fruit, not what usually comes as a fruit side which is clearly from a plastic platter and usually pretty tasteless. Go Something Healthy Cafe, Go!! I really hope this spot is doing well, because we need more restaurants like it. It's right across from the gym, so hopefully all the gym rats care about eating something healthy also ;) My one suggestion for you guys is to do away with the plastic containers and forks, and go for the thick, pulpy recycled paper containers instead! Don't do the corn or vegetable "plastics" those aren't good either. And there are forks made from sustainable materials. I love the menus here and the kids that work here (Kassidy) are super friendly and helpful. My main reason for giving this establishment a three star review is the cleanliness. Tables need a good hard scrubbing as do the walls and floor. The food is always excellent and as I stated I love the menu. It's the level of cleanliness I have an issue with. Everything about our first time experience at this unique deli was wonderful. The best part was when (I assume) the owner was wiping down our table and saw our teenage daughter a bit down. He very graciously told my daughter "If you see someone without a smile give them yours". This statement definitely put a smile on her face. They have this vegan chicken option which tastes -amazing-, and even though I eat chicken again now in my diet, I would rather eat this stuff any day. Wow what an amazing find. You wouldn't think much of it passing by but when you go inside it's amazing. Everything is so well decorated, open kitchen, healthy and unique options, very clean. On top of that, the food is amazing. The walnut pesto panini was moist, full of flavor and felt fresh and light (not heavy and cheesy like most places).
