I could drop the car off, get a courtesy ride via his then business partner, and then pick up the car after work and drive back to Lombard. This relationship lasted about 7 years until the job vanished. I was just doing a review for another shop and thought about Bill and all the trust I had in him and his crew. So although this review is somewhat late in coming, I believe that good people and good business people remain true to their image.
