    Iced coffee w oat milk

Cute spot! Service was quick, coffee was good, no almond milk due to being nut free (which is awesome!!) many gluten free options. We didn't love the BEC 'crouffle' but my man did love the regular croissant! Lots of parking & seating

Heirloom is a lovely coffee shop. Located in a very nice downtown area it's a bit off the main road, behind buildings directly on the street. In a building with other businesses, there is plenty of shared parking. The interior is modern and clean. Big doors swing in with a vestibule between two sets of doors. The menu is both over the order counter and there are copies on a host stand if you prefer to read that. There are plenty of items to choose from on their menu including egg plates, wraps and breakfast sandwiches and al la carte items like bagel and cream cheese, oatmeal and pastry. We ordered drip coffees, the breakfast burrito and the Eurasian egg plate. As we are dining in, a table number was given to us and we chose a table out on the front patio over looking the parking area. It's pretty quiet there as it's away from road traffic. Happily, the coffees came in a mug! Yay! Coffee in a mug is so much better than a paper cup. The milk and sugar counter is inside next to the order counter. Trash, highchairs and dish bins to bus your own tables are also in that area. Our meals were brought to the table by a food runner who had a big smile and was very nice. The portions are generous and the ingredients fresh. The Eurasian eggs have chili oil on them and I expected a bit more of a kick. The oil is more another layer of umami; subtle and welcome. Breakfast potatoes are soft and mild. A bit of salt and pepper wouldn't go amiss if you like more spice. The breakfast burrito flavors were strongly of the pulled pork with lots of textures in there. Public restrooms are to the left of the order counter. The pastry on offer included croissants, gluten-free items, banana bread and others. Lots of coffee and espresso drinks, tea drinks plus bottled drinks in a cooler are available. If you don't find something on the menu, the al la carte items should have you covered. Staff were friendly and efficient. Atmosphere is very comfortable. Would definitely return when in the area.

Went here for breakfast on a weekend and got the Californian griddle and a London fog. The service was pretty quick. There were a lot of people there and just enough tables. I would go back to try other options!

It's fine. Actually, if you order the Eurasian eggs and potatoes, it's more than that. The plating obscures just how many home fries are nestled underneath the egg - I felt disappointed until I found them. And I loved the spice and the cook on the overeasy eggs. I used the potatoes to sop up the yolk. But then I sampled the fluffy, moist buttermilk pancakes and Belgian waffle that my friends ordered. Well executed, but not transcending their roots as breakfast basics. I can't get over how the syrup is served in plastic containers. The indoor tables filled up fast on a Sunday around 9a, so you better be early.

Table with dirty dishes sits for 15-20 minutes. Most empty tables have dirt / crumbs.

The food and coffee options are great. Fresh, delicious. The big thing I'd love to see change is the hygiene factor. The empty (available) tables are often dirty with previous patrons food/crumbs/spills. And half of those still have dirty dishes. (Not clear whether patrons are supposed to bus their own - we did - but some dishes are left on the tables.)

We got food to go. Slow service but very busy lunch rush. Food was genuinely amazing. Chicken salad wrap was interesting with good flavor and texture profile. Soup was flavorful and not too salty. Club sandwich was 10/10.

I went to Heirloom for breakfast while on a business trip. I ordered an iced mocha and the Heirloom Breakfast Sandwich with sausage. My boyfriend ordered a black iced coffee and the Pit Stop Breakfast Sandwich with bacon. The sandwiches were huge! We were so full when we left so we definitely felt like we got our money's worth. The interior is really cool! They were playing old music and it was so comforting to see the old family pictures on the walls! The staff was friendly! You order at the register and can either do take out or dine in. We requested to have our coffees to go but our breakfast sandwiches as dine in because I was on a time crunch. They were kind enough to fulfill that request. They give you a number to take out to a table and then they deliver your food to you. The food came out quick! Overall, we were very happy with our experience here. I wish I lived closer, as this would definitely be a place I would frequent on the weekends!

Nice cafe with good coffee and nice limited menu for breakfast and lunch. I hope we went on an off day for the kitchen - the eggs Benedict had a lumpy sauce that wasn't very flavorful. The poached eggs were overcooked so no runny yolks. When combined with the claggy hollandaise made for a disappointing $18 breakfast. The English muffin was good and toasted perfectly while the ham was also very good. Coffee was very good and would go back for that.

Today the weatherperson said "It's a Pumpkin Latte kind of day". After grocery shopping in Weston, I remembered this and thought I know just the place for a special espresso coffee! I walked into Heirloom in hopes that they might have it and I spotted the daily special "Pumpkin Spice" Thank you weatherperson, thank you Heirloom barista. It was autumn in a mug.

Who ever said that the banana bread will ruin your judgement on other banana bread is either never go around and try any other banana bread or lying. This was the most mediocre banana bread I tried. Mediocre is actually a very generous term for this. The texture was super dense, heavy, and super lack of flavor. Why I am so upset with it? I went especially to Heirloom to try the banana bread solely based on the review. I felt cheated and lied to. Just realized that the person who did the review only did 1 review and posted 1 picture. Should have taken that into consideration. The cinnamon bun latte was okay. Too sweet to my taste. The service was good & nice. It was quick too. 3 stars I felt like a stretch. But what ever.. We were on a trip from CA so obviously in a high spirit. So 3 stars it is..

Today I gave it a try and felt that it was good in some areas and just ok in others. Overall the food tasted pretty healthy despite having pork belly and chorizo. The seasoning was definitely on the lighter side, where the french onion soup was tasting pretty close to an extremely light broth. Tried the cassoulet which I've heard of before but never seen on a menu. It was very hearty but also a but bland. Pulled pork and pork belly seemed to have zero salt. Duck leg confit also very bland. It was cooked well but just bland. The dishes with citrus were quite tasty. Beets and arugala salad very good, good quality goat cheese. Alligator chorizo grilled oysters surprisingly good. Never had alligator chorizo before but it was crispy and not fatty even though it resembled bacon visually. The oysters were small, even more small in comparison to the chorizo but it was a good bite. I would recommend skipping the clam chowder, french onion soup (not really caramelized onions to be honest), and the cassoulet unless you feel empowered to salt your own food. The clientele was definitely in the 60+ range. Nothing wrong with that obviously but tastes change with age and maybe thats why the seasoning was so light. Today there were just two wait staff for the whole place. Seemed understaffed and it took almost thirty minutes for food to come out. Waiting for the check took about fifteen minutes. Staff was nice but definitely overloaded. Today was a holiday though.

Uncommonly kind and friendly service! Great burgers, drinks, and atmosphere on the outdoor patio.read more

The octopus starter was really tender and flavorful, and the halibut over risotto was fresh and perfectly cooked. The coconut panna cotta was creamy, but light and had a good balance of tropical flavors. Perfectly whipped with the right amount of butter. Get them!! Everything on the menu looked so good it was hard to choose: - crab cakes had a really nice crust on the outside but I wasn't a fan of the shredded crab/stuffing inside. Lump crab would be so much better - we split the mussels which had a flavorful sauce and came with 2 pieces of dense grilled bread - calamari was okay - Love that they do half/full orders for the house made pastas. Shrimp limoncello was the standout out Love the decor and murals on the wall with the cool lighting and outdoor seating - high tops in the bar/low in the restaurant area - booths around the walls Lots of shared parking in Linden Square but it's usually pretty full.

They have a decent menu with various options and I was torn between the baked haddock or the flat bread. The bartender recommended the haddock and I'm glad I chose that. Everything from the rice, veggies and the fish were cooked perfectly. Fish was soft yet cooked and the ritz cracker crumble gave a nice texture to the fish. The veggies had a great texture and the rice I was amazed at the flavor. Got the Sweet Potato ample cheesecake for dessert and well let's just say that plate was clean! I found the top layer a tad sweet so half way scooped that off to eat the cake and cheesecake part. lol The service was also lovely as the bartender was friendly, attentive and made me laugh.
