Credit surcharge, prohibited by Massachusetts state law.

They impose a surcharge on credit card sales. That's prohibited by Massachusetts state law, and I won't be coming back here till this policy is changed to be in compliance with the law. Too bad; the food is great. EDIT: The response from the owner is incredible. Despite what he claims, the practice *is* illegal in MA (General Law, Ch. 140D, Sec. 28A), and most MA businesses respect this.

Slices as big as the plate!

Stopped into Theo's to grab a few slices for lunch on the run. The slices were HUGE. They were also hot and tastey. In n out in two minutes. The place is terrific.

I was at a swim meet at Regis College and needed to grab something to eat FAST! I'm eating Leto, so the only option easy and gas was meatballs. I called Theo's and they said a side order of meatballs consisted of 5 meatballs for $9. I grabbed them and raced back to the college, arriving just in time. When I opened the bag and container, I was shocked and pissed that "5" really wasn't 5. It was 2 1/2 full meatballs and 5 halves. Not even big, maybe 1 1/2" diameter. They tasted frozen too, like the ones you buy at the grocery. What a freaking waste of money! I could have bought a bag of meatballs or that price. I'll never go back.

Upscale little local pizza shop. They offer a standard Greek style pizza, American sandwiches (maybe baklava or cheese cake, not on the menu) and dinners (pasta, meat over simple salad, et cetera). There are a few tables, some street parking and a lot out back, if really needed. Good for take-out.

Nice Clean place, have yet to try the pizza, but I liked their chicken fingers!

I am divided about my review for this place as it was good but offers Yelp deals without a clue about them. We ordered the Aegean Pizza and I loved it. I would order this again in a heartbeat. It was very tasty but just seemed to take forever, maybe they only can do one pizza at a time in the oven. My parents grabbed the cheese steak which I wouldn't recommend as it wasn't enough cheese for me and nothing special. They didn't have any kids choices on their menu or at least with kid friendly prices. They also don't know anything about their Yelp check-in deal. Hmm, maybe the manger should review their marketing strategies with their workers. If you are in the area, then they make a good pie but I would skip anything else. They have four small tables with 1-2 4 tops and 1-2 2 tops.

Amazing little place! Usually get a cheese slice to go and it's one of the best I have had in the area. The other food items worth trying are the sandwiches and falafel.

Enzina sits in a 19th century brick building that it shares with its sister bakery. It seats about 12 tables so reservations are highly recommended. We were greeted promptly by the manager who was genuinely friendly - warmth is not a trait shared by most Bostonians. We ordered a large sausage pizza. The crust is made fresh daily by Enzina's bakery while the sauce is made in-house. The sausage is the star here - made locally by a high street Italian butcher shop. The final product was a masterpiece of east coast pie - firm crust, properly sauced, and a compelling amount of the delicious Italian sausage. We alo ordered the Tagliatelle Bolognese which was some of the best we have ever enjoyed. The sauce is made from veal, pork, and beef and only served on the day it is made (leftovers is given to a local food bank.) The house-made pasta was perfectly al dente. We would rate this Bolognese in our all-time Top Ten, which is saying a lot. Typical trattoria ambiance, prompt service, and delicious fare! Enzina is a must visit.

The former was a swimming pool of liquid on top, and wasn't even sliced. Unsliced pizza? Maybe they were worried all that liquid would destroy the box if they sliced it? The crust of the second one was actually soggy. Floppy pizza is a thing, but it shouldn't disintegrate! Also, the cheese over-cooked so that the oil separated, and the pizza was extremely salty. Combine that with the GrubHub (or store's?) driver just dropping the pizzas in my neighbor's driveway, and a photo of the location didn't show up for some time in the app, so I had to wander around randomly looking for my pizzas in my pajamas. Ate a few slices, but threw the rest in the garbage. Basically inedible. Never again!

With excellent pizza, service and a great cocktail and wine menu, everything they offer is excellent. We have been only a few times mainly because this place gets so jam packed that it is hard to get a table. Small, quaint and cute neightborhood gem. You can tell all the locals flock to this place every weekend. The bar is also perfect to grab a quick bite and it is first come first serve. Move over Tatte because this Spiced Carrot Soup was phenomenal. And, I mean it. From asking the owner to "how do I make this at home" to practically wanting to order another bowl. And, don't get me started on their homemade foccacia bread that came with it. Every dunk of this bread into the luscious soup had me craving more and more. Best part, I was actually full. Hallelujah! All I have to say is head to Jinny's for their pizza, but don't forget they have a whole menu to choose from as well. And, everything tastes great and is nice and fresh. You will definitely stay awhile eating and drinking here at this cozy spot. Cheers~

It's worth it, but more for the artisan pizza taste and quality. This likely isn't the place you're going to buy 10 pizzas for the SuperBowl, but if you're looking for high quality ingredients and the perfect dough, this is your spot. The available specialty pizzas are great combinations of flavors. I think they even do one with pineapple, as controversial as that is for some people. I saw the Rosso Pie online, but not on the menu when I went to dine-in. The friendly waiter was more than happy to request it for me from the kitchen. Sometimes I like a pie with no cheese on it. Difficult to find great pizza in MA, but this place fits the bill. Great pizza, great people.

The SSBP is the original Personal Pizza (sorry Pizza Hut!) that is a 10" pie with a thin, buttery crust that is sauced and topped to the edges which results in a carmelizied ring of burnt goodness. Here in Waltham, there is a new entry into the category: Burnt Edges. Located in the local Moose Lodge, Burnt Edges differentiates on its very unique product mix that features a range of sauces including Bacon Cheddar, Mango Habenero, Garlic, EVO, Buttermilk Ranch, Duffalo, Big Mac, Taco, Pterodactyl (!!??), and even Tomato. We usually try to order different entrees but we were both intrigued by the "Angry Sicilian" which is topped with hot capicola, pepperoni, prosciutto and a black garlic and whipped ricotta swirl. It is finished with a drizzle of hot honey that adds a unique twist to an already fabulous pizza. The pie is the perfect size and generously topped to the edges which results in a magnificent corona of burnt goodness. We have to stress that the white dots of black garlic and whipped ricotta is an incredible topping - a great counter punch to the spicy meats. Burnt Edges is a separate business located in the Waltham Moose Lodge. If you want a beverage you have to register as a "Lodge Guest" which is as simple as signing a "Guest Register." The Moose Lodge has a full bar and we sampled several of their bottled beers (no draft) as well as a Tanqueray and Tonic. Be aware that the bar is cash only so come prepared if you want a beverage. The owners of Burnt Edges are young and ambitious and they know how to serve a wonderful South Shore Bar Pizza. The menu is unique and dynamic as they push the outer edges of SSBP excellence. We highly recommend Burnt Edges!
