I ordered the rose milk tea, one of the dairy free items, and was pleasantly surprised that it come with boba free of charge. Compared to some of the boba chains in the area, the sweetness isn't overwhelming, which I greatly appreciated. I would still recommend reducing sweetness to 50% or even 25% for those who are watching their sugar intake. The boba has just the right amount of chew. Service was quick and friendly as well. What truly deals the deal is that it's difficult to find any other boba shops at this quality for under $5 (with tax included), great value! Reasonably priced & very convenient in the services they provide; see below: Place: They casually play K-Pop songs (I'm a fan here) here & there, but the music isn't loud. I ordered some drinks through online ordering option on yelp, then drove down to pick them up. Parking lot seems spacious, not sure what it's like when things "normalize" but for now parking was easy. I ordered 6 drinks, all were made exactly how I placed the order. The thing different was the free boba option on their drinks. Normally places would charge for the added topping, but their menu shows free. Everyone I got the drinks for liked their drinks. Boba had a nice chew to it. I was concerned since boba isn't as good when they aren't chewy. My sister got regular sweetness on her taro milk tea and she said it was a little sweet for her liking; but you can adjust sweetness here so that's a plus if you need to change it up! Decided to go on a late night boba run with my boyfriend and eventually found this place! Once we entered the store, we were greeted by a kind and friendly employee. He was incredibly helpful and had great energy when he was talking to us. I decided to buy the Horchata smoothie and it was very tasty and delicious! The consistency was great and the boba was not only free, but tasted great! Also it was even more impressive considering that we went close to their closing time and the boba was still fresh. I'm surprised a boba shop opened up here because it's located in a small plaza and it seems out of place since everything around it is more outdated. Inside is nicely decorated and they sell some cute things as well. I ordered their Peach Green Tea and it was surprisingly good. It was sweet and refreshing. I wish I got the bigger size. Their Jasmine Milk Tea was less impressive although if you do get it I would recommend 75% sweetness since their drinks are on the sweeter side. We ended up getting a brown sugar milk tea with peach popping boba, tiramisu latte, matcha milk tea, and earl grey milk tea. Large size, less ice, and regular sweet. All of them were pretty good but my favorite was the earl grey milk tea. Sooo good!!! Highly recommend for those who enjoy earl grey! I decided to order a strawberry matcha latte with oatmilk and boba since that seemed to be a favorite amongst the Yelp reviewers. This review is based on my first time experience. This is a small boba shop, but I like how they added a hand sanitizing station in front for customers and kept the door open. A menu is stick onto the glass, so customers can see what they want before walking in. There was no problem with service and my drinks were made pretty quickly. Their regular milk tea tastes like hong kong rich milk tea, and I did not adjust my sweetness but the taste came out just fine! The brown sugar boba is chewy and soft, but the crystal boba was a bit hard and could be cooked more longer. Other than that, I'll come back to try other drinks :-) read more

This place has some of the cutest cups I have ever seen! Unfortunately, those cute bear lids keps popping off every time I tried to pick up the cup. The horchata drink was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend always gets the Thai tea with brown sugar boba (he's a man of routine) I get the brown sugar latte with brown sugar boba. It's sweet but so good.
