    Oreo Cookie

I came across Hello Cafe on TikTok like all the new, trendy spots. I was well aware that this was going to be a long wait. As a foodie, I don't care waiting a while to try something new. We showed up at 8:30 am on Saturday and they typically open at 9:00 am. There were about 30 people in line, and I appreciate the staff leaving umbrellas and water out for us because it was a hot day and there is no shade in the parking lot. I ordered a regular cinnamon roll and the Oreo flavored cookie to share with my husband. I also ordered an iced brown sugar latte. I really wanted to like the cinnamon roll, but I found the bread to be incredibly dry. The icing is obviously not gooey because they make them off-site and serve from the mobile shop. We saved half of it to warm it up at home to see if there was a difference, but it didn't save it unfortunately. The cookie had a good, soft texture but I didn't like the flavor of the filling. I think it was cream cheese, which I normally like but not sure why I didn't like this combo. The iced coffee was also not good. The espresso was bitter, leaving an odd aftertaste. I sadly don't think this spot is worth the wait.

I had been wanting to try out this place for some time, and I didn't know it was a little cart instead of an actual cafe. I really loved the drinks here! The first time I went, there was a long line. I think it was earlier in the morning around 10, so I didn't order anything because of the line and the heat. The second time, I went right before they closed on a Saturday around 1:40 p.m. There was only one person in line so that was much better. I ordered the iced Spanish latte with vanilla cold foam and the iced mocha puff. I liked that I was able to order both of my drinks with oatmilk. The drinks were a 10/10 imo. Super good! Not overly sweet, delicious coffee flavor and I loved the cold foam and cocoa puffs on top. Besides that, I like that they thought about the heat and customers having to wait in line. They have a tent, umbrellas, and water available for people waiting. They were efficient and had my order pretty fast. The prices are a little on the higher end, but I don't mind paying that every so often for coffee this good! I'll definitely be coming back to try other drinks like their cookie butter and banana latte.

Apple pie cinnamon roll looked wrecked and was raw in the inside

After my first visit, I was pretty disappointed because my cinnamon roll was undercooked. To their credit, the team reached out and invited me back to give them another try. This time, I came right when they opened to avoid the long lines and ordered the Cookie Butter Cinnamon Roll, Banana Pudding Cinnamon Roll, a Banana Matcha, and a Tiramisu Latte. Since it was early, there was virtually no wait for the drinks, and they were absolutely worth it. I finally understand what all the hype is about! The Cookie Butter Cinnamon Roll was hands down one of the best cinnamon rolls I've had. It was baked perfectly, soft and fluffy with an amazing cookie butter flavor that wasn't overly sweet. The Banana Pudding Cinnamon Roll was just as delicious and packed with flavor. The Banana Matcha was smooth, creamy, and balanced, while the Tiramisu Latte was rich without being too heavy. Both paired perfectly with the cinnamon rolls. I'm really glad I gave Hello Cafe a second chance because this visit completely changed my opinion. Great cinnamon roll and cookies, excellent drinks, and a much better overall experience. I already can't wait for my next cheat day so I can come back for another cinny!!

If you haven't been to Hello Cafe yet, you are seriously missing out. Their cinnamon rolls and coffee are absolutely delicious and worth every single penny. If you're trying to decide what to order, I highly recommend the banana latte--it is the perfect balance of flavors. For the rolls, you absolutely cannot go wrong with the pumpkin spice cinnamon roll or the banana pudding cinnamon roll. Both are incredible! The line does tend to get long because this place is so popular, but the line goes by fast. Just be patient because their delicious food is totally worth the wait. You won't be disappointed!

Wow--your coffee and pastries have genuinely changed my life! I've officially become a banana latte connoisseur, and I can confidently say Hello Cafe has the best one I've ever had. The coffee is bold and flavorful, while the banana flavor is perfectly balanced--not too sweet or artificial. The creamy foam on top takes it to another level. And the pastries... wow. Their cinnamon roll is probably the best I've ever eaten. They usually sell out, but I was lucky enough to try the Nutella one, and it was incredible. My husband isn't even a Nutella fan, and his first reaction was, "Wow." We also tried the fun s'mores cookie, and it was just as impressive--soft, perfectly moist, and packed with flavor. Everything we tried was exceptional and the staff very friendly. If you're anywhere nearby, Hello Cafe is absolutely worth the visit. I already can't wait to come back to this cool concept. Can't believe this little trailer puts out these amazing goods.

I've been following this cinnamon roll trailer on IG for a while, so I was excited to finally make a pit stop on my way to OC. We got there around 12 p.m. on a Saturday, and the line wasn't too bad--about a 20-minute wait. The cinnamon rolls are huge and incredibly fresh, soft, and fluffy. At around $8 each, I do wish they felt a little more special or unique. We ordered the Classic Roll and the Banana Pudding Roll, along with a Mocha Puff Latte and a Banana Latte. Between the two rolls, I actually preferred the Classic. As much as I love banana pudding, the banana flavor in the specialty roll tasted a little too artificial--more like banana Laffy Taffy than real banana. I wish they used fresh bananas, especially since the topping is just a dried banana chip. I felt the same way about the Banana Latte. It was good, but it didn't quite hit the mark compared to some other banana lattes I've had. Overall, the rolls are delicious, fresh, and worth trying. Even though the banana items weren't my favorite, I'd definitely come back to try some of their other flavors the next time I'm in the area.

Arrived to this little truck at about 8:50am and they promptly opened at 9am. There was about 20 people in line already and we waited about an hour to order and receive our cinammon rolls and coffee. We tried the classic cinammon roll which is definitely big enough to share. It was soft and fluffy with cream cheese icing. The banana matcha was just okay even though its one of their popular items. It seems like they get a line daily and sell out before 1pm.

This place is known for their serious cinnamon rolls offered in playful flavors like cookie butter and blueberry. Yum!

These poor people... waiting in the hot sun for "viral" cinnamon rolls. Expect to wait at least an hour.

Meh... I LOVE a good cinnamon roll (and cinnamon - see my previous review for Don Churros) I saw several videos popping up on my Instagram feed about this truck, so talked my coworker into going with me to treat the office. Well, we arrived 10 mins before 9am, and there was already a line... good sign? As we were waiting, we excitedly discussed with other patrons in line - had they been here before? Everyone we talked to said it was their first time too. We excitedly waited for the cart to open. Now whoever said the line moved fast - IT DIDNT! We counted 16 people ahead of us when we arrived. It was over an hour, waiting in the hot sun, to finally get to the counter. I paid for my rolls and the "tip" option came up. Although I tipped, I was bitter... what kind of service was I provided? They could have put out some water for us while we waited, I wish they would have had one line for coffee and one for rolls. My coworker then ordered hers - they said they just ran out of the original flavor and it would be 10 more minutes!!! Ugh!!! We waited another 15. When we got back to the office, finally opened the rolls and they were seriously nothing special. I'm very sorry to say. We tried one of each flavor: regular, cookie butter, cookies and cream. In my humble opinion, it was lacking the cinnamon flavor and was a bit dry. My one coworker found egg shell in hers. They are still sitting in the break room, nobody is devouring them. I hear these guys are opening up a brick and mortar store soon... I truly wish them the best but I know I will never be waiting over an hour or driving to Santa Ana for these.

Today was there one year anniversary! Been a repetitive customer for a long time, to this day I'm still surprised how amazing their cinnamon rolls and customer service are they always rotate flavors so I never get bored of their selection! I would check their ig for updates on their flavors of the week. Yes the line is long but thats how you know their flavors are worth the wait. MUST TRY THE COOKIE AND CREAM ROLL if they have it available it's delicious. People at this place give a friendly hard working vibe.

The coffee is delicious and strong. I bought the Cookie Butter latte and is was very tasty. The only thing I would do differently is asked with less ice. I ordered the cookies and cream and banana pudding cinnamon rolls and they were delicious I would definitely go back to try more items. The only Con is that this place is so popular there is always a long line. The ambiance is nice and friendly. I was there during summer and it was so hot standing in line but the offer umbrella's and cold water to help with the heat.

Original roll with butter/oil pooled at the bottom

We waited in line through 90+ degree weather. They had complimentary umbrellas available, though we'd brought our own. There was also a water jug (no cups in sight, unfortunately) and a shaded tent where you could wait for your drinks. The ordering process was easy and straightforward, nothing extraordinary. We ordered two rolls and two drinks. Their espresso-based drinks were underwhelming; matcha might genuinely be their strength instead. The iced americano tasted watered down, closer to a 1:5 ratio than anything balanced. It could also be a lighter roast or an under-extracted shot. The strawberry latte's flavor combo didn't land for us either, though that might just be personal preference. Once again for a place to be called a "Cafe," their espresso drinks need some work. The rolls, on the other hand, were dry; echoing what other reviewers have said. That said, the centers were packed with flavor. The banana pudding roll in particular was a really nice take on pudding and wafers. One odd thing: the original roll had extra grease or melted butter pooled at the bottom, yet somehow the roll itself was still dry despite that. Solid 3/5 for the flavors. Might just be over-hyped from social media, which is honestly what brought us here in the first place.

Quite a unique cafe place with great cinnamon buns. Heard about this place that has great cinnamons so got to try it. Only open in the weekends (Fri-Sun) in the mornings 9am til 2pm. It's a mobile cafe that parking in a shopping plaza parking lot. With minimum but great choices menu for buns, cookies and drinks. They have weekly menu for cinnamon so they do rotate for more different choices which is nice. Nice & friendly services overall. The buns are nice and tasty, less sweet than the US buns...the bun is soft but abit heavy & chewy instead fluffy & light. The size of the buns is huge, it's good for 2 adults or 3-4 kids to share for sure. The cookie is tasty and very yummy. The drink is well make and just great. Would give a 5 if the buns can be more fluffy instead of heavy dough, but that is just my personal preference.
