Customer service interaction was only at cashier. The cashier was pleasant. A group of people started gathering and they did not unlock their doors until around 10:45. The food is basic and the "soup" is more of a marinara. I went in and got the Dave's Brisket Meal and the sauce for it was hot and steaming and it was on plastic. Heat and plastic don't go well especially since it melts it and releases chemicals like BPA and other hormone disrupters which cause infertility and other cancerous consequences, I am never going there again and that should be prohibited for public safety. read more

Really decent food compared to other fare in the park. I ordered the nachos and the blue banana slush. Both were very full of flavor. Nachos had a great flavor to them and the slush had big notes of banana. I would definitely go back here to try the mac and cheese or the ramen. Service is pretty quick. Your usual amusement park food, however on a recent June gloomy day visit my friend introduced me to the pork ramen bowl here. I was hungry and it definitely hit the spot with the hot (temperature) broth! Along with the ramen and 2 slices pork, it also had an egg, lotsa green onions and some sesame seeds. Yes, you will pay $18.99 for a small bowl of ramen. But if you want something warm in your belly, this is a good choice and way better than the tomato soup. Very busy during lunch time for the holiday season so a long line and it is basically cafeteria style where you grab the food you want. It was very difficult to find seating and we had to locate to a bench. My brother was hungry so we ordered quite a few items: pulled pork sandwich ($14.99), rotisserie chicken ($16.99), chicken mac and cheese ($13.99), and Felonious Float ($10.00). The pulled pork sandwich was the highlight and actually delicious with their banana bbq sauce (you can't really taste the banana but that works for me!). My brother said the chicken was okay and better than he expected but the corn was too mushy. We would not recommend the Mac and cheese- it was the most unsatisfactory dish. The float actually isn't bad with its raspberry ice and banana soft serve. I'm not a fan of bananas but I can appreciate it objectively. Aside from that, the place was your standard theme park restaurant cafeteria line with outdoor seating. The place was super clean and tended to by staff and the dining area wasn't messy at all. It was fun for the kid being able to lunch outside while watching the Super Silly Fun Land water park elements go off. What do you expect from a minion themed cafe? Because I certainly had no idea. I initially stopped by here for the Nutella banana pudding. Since I hadn't ate lunch yet I figured I might well get something else too. The cafe is a cafeteria system and it's quite busy. Even though all the food is already made, it still took really long to get the food. Be careful when grabbing your plate because it's all under heat lamps causing the plates to be very very hot. I got a grilled cheese which had fries and a little cup of tomato soup. The sandwich was really greasy, the fries were a little soggy, and the tomato soup was surprisingly the best thing on the plate. I also tried the loaded chicken nachos and the chips were a little stale and was overall lacking flavor. Not to mention they charge $4 for Niagara water. Given how much you're paying, it's simply not worth it. Everything was below average and not satisfying. Unless you have no other option I think it's best to go elsewhere to dine.
