Today is the third time I have eaten at this restaurant. The first time was their first day, the food was great and fresh the first and second time. Today however was a problem. We ordered two ham bahn mi, we received two grilled pork instead. On top of that, the bread was not fresh, and the meat was cold and chewy like it was old and refrigerated. There were only a few small pieces of pickled vegetables on it. This was especially disappointing because we had such high hopes for this place, and wanted to see them do well. Definitely do not recommend coming here. Every time I come there's always a negative experience. The customer service has gotten piss poor and the customers they attract are less than intelligent. Multiple complaints about constant swearing and they do nothing about it. Also the beef stew...do not order. First bite into a meat chunk and it was hot on the surface but frozen in the center. I just finished eating my take out Pho and spring roll from here and I am very glad I tried this place. I saw the sign before they opened and was excited, and then I happened to drive by today and saw they were open. I'm always looking for small businesses/family owned places, rather than chains and there's limited options in the area. I'm very happy I found a good pho place close to home! I got the brisket and meatball pho, all the ingredients and broth are so tasty! And the medium size seemed very generous portion wise. I wonder what a large is! For the spring roll, I got the pork/shrimp one, and really enjoyed it with the peanut sauce. I saw someone complain about them saying they were just meat, noodles and lettuce, but isn't that what its supposed to be? Perfect weather for pho today! My hubby and I went in for their soft opening and it was good! Love the broth for the pho and the pork house fried rice was really really good! Service was slow, I ordered to go and was told it would be a 10 min wait. No one called my order when it was finished, which left me guessing. I had to personally ask if my food was ready for someone to hand me my order. The egg rolls I ordered were over cooked and had no seasoning whatsoever. The pho broth also had barely any seasoning in it. I ordered a large special pho and there was very little meat given to me. Would not go here again, totally was not worth the time or money. Best pho I've ever had, high quality fresh ingredients they don't skimp out on the meat which is great but the broth alone is phenomenal. The bubble tea is also exceptional the tapioca is made perfect. We also tried the Vietnamese pancake, curry, and yakisoba all were 5 stars from us. I have been going here since they opened and never had an issue. The food is amazing. Whenever I come it is usually busy and food comes out very quickly and has always been delicious. Today was the first time visiting during lunch while no other customers were in the restaurant. During this time our server lit up a cigarette in the kitchen and began smoking in the kitchen where there are windows and clearly visible to customers. When he noticed we needed assistance, he put the cigarette out immediately and came to assist us. It isn't very difficult to walk outside to smoke especially in a restaurant where food is being served and prepared. Due to this reason alone, I do not plan to visit this restaurant again in the future. He also delivered our food without washing hands in between smoking in the restaurant. read more

Food is pretty good and they are really clean. PLEASE stop giving frozen chunks of meat with to-go orders for pho. We really needed a quick dinner and two of us that got steak pho spent a good 15 minutes trying to thaw the meat and reheat the broth. Dined here twice already and I really really love this place , the interior is super cute and modern looking not your typical Pho place but much cuter and clean . Their soups are quite big so second time we went me and hubby shared a large pho ( don't like to waste food ) fried rice was really good, yakisoba is a must have . Love the printed plate and bowls matching the name brand. However,....when it comes to taste I think it can be better. Specifically We order the same things when we go to any pho places.
