Loved loved loved my experience here! The nail tech took her time and gave me a beautiful NexGen manicure. It was absolutely worth paying an extra ten dollars here rather than the other place I found that offers this service. It's a small salon so I recommend making an appointment. They do take walk ins though. The salon is clean and relaxing. And the ladies help me find a beautiful style for my lifestyle and taste. I couldn't be happier! Also, they put your name on a little box with all the tools they used to clean up my cuticles, shape, and buff. Also, they have a TON of NexGen and SNS colors! Even sparkly ones!! Did I mention how much I loved my nail tech? She was so sweet. One complaint: the receptionist. Girl has no customer service skills. Like, you can be professional and friendly. 1) They create a little plastic box for your own nail tools to be stored in, so next time you're in they'll use your tools rather than a set they use for EVERYone. Only nail salon I've ever seen who practices this concept of being waste-conscious AND sanitary. (And by this I mean the tools they provide...not a set of tools you bring in yourself) 2) They know exactly what they're doing when it come to NexGen. This was my first time getting NexGen, and they are well-versed on the technique and are very precise and quick at doing it. 3) People are friendly and the salon is clean 4) When you get your "NexGen Fill," they take all the product off and start from scratch. Essentially it's like getting NexGen for the first time. This is opposed to some salons who don't take all the product off but instead fill in gaps since the last time you had the nail treatment done. 5) A NexGen mani will set you back $40 but is supposed to be even more long lasting than Shellac. Not my usual nail salon but I had to waste an hour before picking up my kid. Went for a regular dip. The staff was friendly but it was $45!!! $50 after a small tip. For a plain dip! That's $10-$15 more than most other places! There was no massage, no wine, no manicure included. And I left with my old red polish all over the top of my fingers and the new color all around my cuticles. The lady said it'll come off in a few washes. I want to leave looking like I just went to the salon, not like I need to go to one! I'll not be back. read more

The receptionist has the personality of a paper bag. I walked in and was told by a very rude and dry receptionist no appointments were available. I reluctantly scheduled for the next day and to my surprise the service from the nail tech was excellent! I was very pleased with quality of work, but I would have liked a larger selection of gel colors. I spoke w/ the manger about Ms. Honey at the front desk and explained to her the importance of having a friendly welcoming person resent the face of the business. She was very polite and listened to my comments and hopefully will make changes b/c the current receptionist is mean and nasty. It's a shame b/c they the quality is there, but the customer service is terrible. read more

WHO SAID THIS WAS A GOOD NAIL SALON??? Seriously???!!! I challenge that opinion any day of the week. It's the worst I've ever encountered. One star for service cause I proceeded to sit thru this even tho my mind kept telling me to leave. Zero starts for service they were rude. Nail tech smelled like cigarettes. Didn't use any type if pampering. Furthermore was lazy. She told me and another client that she had to use the drill... On your real nails, every single time. No way around it. I told her no ma'am and she proceeded to not buy the poor other girl didn't. It's small and NOT CLEAN. I DON'T KNOW WHAT these people deem as clean it was not. The sink to wash your hands didn't even have soap and when I looked down and around for since the pedicure chair had used tools and dirty water in one. It was a Tuesday at one. No one was there. She was sitting down chatting on her phone, no reason for not cleaning. The service was the WORST thing Ever. I was harassed about how much it was going to cost. When I never even asked a question. I was told,"you have gel nail polish now? Yea it gone be an additional five maybe ten dollar to take that off plus thirty five to do polish?" Me,"um. Okay." Her,"can you pay that" Me,"yes." Question mark on my Face I decided after get not soaking my hands to soften them then asking if I actually wanted a manicure or just nail polish change... that I wanted a basic manicure with polish. It was shotty. Poorly done. Uneven, poor painting job, gaps, streaks, not buffed... I asked to have them re done. I was told to wait. I left. I come here every time I'm in OKC, the only nail salon I go to. I decided to go up here after a burlesque performer was constantly showing off her beautiful nails! I was nervous because the only fake nails I ever wore was 10 years ago, glue on nails from Wal-Mart. I got the NexGen nails which is a better solution to acrylic, and they looked great! My nails grow fast so they only lasted 3 weeks but they look beautiful every time! The pedicure was amazing as well, the mani/pedi is pricey but well worth it for the service and look. The staff is amazing and they know me as well. Being a girl from Texas it's nice to have a staff that is friendly, and they tell you what they can and can not do with and to your nails and for what reasons (unlike a nail salon I went to in Fort Worth). I can't wait to get my nails done again soon, I love this place! read more

I will say they did a good job and had a ton of colors to pick from, however you don't get your money worth here. A full set of nails with nexgen was $60 which is $15-$20 more than any other place i've been to. The basic pedicure was $35 and I got about a 2 minute massage. Total rip off and I will never go back. read more

I was very disappointed in my gel manicure here, which lasted only 4 days before peeling off in one complete layer. My pedi was good, the polish is still on a week later but I would expect a gel mani to last AT LEAST a week. Altogether, I wouldn't pay $80 for a mani/pedi here ever again. read more

While they did a decent job on my gel manicure, this place is crazy expensive. The salon I previously frequented offered base pedicures for $25 with hot towels, a generous leg scrub and massage, and a nice soak. A standard pedicure at this place is $35, no hot towels or leg scrub, a short massage. I was the only person there at the time, and I understand they were ready to work because of that, but I didn't get to soak my feet more than 5 minutes. Not the most relaxing pedicure. What looked to be the manager was passed out in one of the pedicure chairs listening to music. Kind of awkward. However, I had a young girl that was friendly and would gladly see her again. I've also seen other reviews stating you will get your own kit, but that didn't happen, so maybe they stopped doing that. I went in for a full set and was told Nexgen was all they used and it was $60.00. I had to get the manicurist to correct uneven and lumpy areas and showed this to the manager who remarked I can't help you. Finally I thought they were passable but have noticed they are still lumpy and uneven as she tried to cover up the flaws with topcoat. The worst nail job I've seen in years.
