They did not collect anything for this (small) project until the job was completed. There was one hiccup where the skylight did not quite fit so they had to cut a slightly larger hole and I was not charged extra for this unforeseen issue. Also, they willingly took a look at an issue I was having with another skylight for no additional charge. So I'm very pleased overall with this work.

Our roof started leaking during a recent thunderstorm through our Sun Tunnel / skylight. They did a temporary fix which stopped the leak right away and then followed up to come back and redo the shingles to properly install them as it was not installed correctly by the contractor who installed it initially. New ducts and insulation were replaced. Concrete was poured in crawl space to prevent future rodent invasion. Overall, they did more work than they originally promised. His crew was very professional, diligent, and pay attention to detail.
