I am trying to recoup some of the cost through Yelp guarantee since the business has ghosted me. My AC broke down, so I started a Yelp project getting quotes. They were the only one available the next day so I went with them. Romero initially quoted $1300 for a sealant + refrigerant fix. We agreed but the issue didn't get fix. Then he said the txf vault needed to be replaced, another $2400. We agreed. Eric and crew came for the fix in 2 days. Then they said they needed to install some filter, another $500. At that point, we just agreed. The price they quoted was definitely on the high side. But we just wanted to have AC back so we agreed. Problem is, the same issue happened again in 2 weeks... I contacted Romero. Eric came to add more freon. But it stopped working again in a day... I tried to call Romero and he would reject my call. Texted and never got a reply. So there, after spending $4k, I am now without AC during a heat wave and looking for another (hopefully) more trustworthy repair services. read more

I called Fresh Temp on 7/1/23 and to their credit, they did come the same day. The technician fixed the issue, verbally told me everything looked good and that there was a warranty in case any issues arose. He charged me $880 which seemed high as well. The technician wanted me to pay via Zelle which seemed odd but the AC was fixed so I complied. There was no receipt but the technician assured me that one would be emailed to me. They never sent it. Fast forward to yesterday. AC broke down again and wasn't pushing out cold air. Same exact issue as last time. I called and explained the situation, the technician told me "I'm in a warehouse right now, let me call you back in 15 minutes ". Never called back and now they won't return any phone calls. AVOID THIS COMPANY with their highly questionable practices and false promises. read more

Our 28 year old heating system stopped working on a Sunday. I called 6 companies: one well-known company gave us an appointment, but didn't show up. With only about 90 min notice, Ramiro arrived that evening to evaluate. His team arrived with the new system on Monday, removed the old one, took an inventory of items needed, and completed the installation on Tuesday. They worked well as a team. They just changed the capacitor which should have been a few hundred dollars. they didn't clean the drainage pan or line out. Poor dishonest service. They did however come after hours but they took us for a ride selling us something they didn't do. I have reported their contractor license for fraud to the state licensing board for this dishonest practice. read more

I was pretty surprised and pleased by their responsiveness and dedication. They do care about their customers and they do take our feedback seriously and worked diligently to enhance their customer service. thank you for turning my disappointment into delight and really try to work with us on making things better. I paid for their service, and the problem didn't get resolved.... I called All Fresh Temp Heating to fix my air conditioning during a fairly hot day. They were pretty responsive and were able to fit me in on a same day appointment. When Ramiro and his assistant arrived, they processed to the air conditioner and diagnosed that they need to change the conductor and recharge my air conditioner for about 2K, or they can replaced the whole unit. I went with option 1 to recharged and change the conductor on my old unit. After they did that, my ecobee still shuts off whenever I turn it to 'Cooling'. Later on they diagnosed the furnace control board did not wired properly (the board is not the right board) that I had to go talk to the company that installed the control board to fixed my air conditioning problem. Basically I was given a discount because of the issue did not get resolved. I ended up paying roughly around 1.4k for their misdiagnosed, and my air conditioner is still not working. I tried to text Ramiro to give me a receipt, there is no response. I would avoid this company. read more

Because of this company I no longer trust any of the Yelp reviews. If you look at the 1 star reviews, I think you will get a realistic idea of this company. They installed my entire set up 3 years ago. Called for warranty issue and said that since I had not changed the filter enough that this was the cause of the issue, which didn't make sense and I questioned them about it. Quoted me $2,600 to fix, seemed wrong. I spoke to another provider and came out, fixed the issue which was that they wired things incorrectly and was blowing the fuse. read more

They were quick to respond and they did a 20 point inspection for $99. Our ducts have never been cleaned and the coils were very dirty. They showed us pictures. Ramel was very friendly and explained everything very well. After some research and comparable pricing, we decided for the full cleaning and replacement of the filter from a 1" to a 4" Hepa one. Romero responded Saturday afternoon and came out that evening. He inspected the furnace and used a camera to see inside the combustion chambers. The problem was one of the combustion manifolds had a large hole so it was producing excessive carbon monoxide that caused the furnace to shutdown. Romero suggested two solutions - find a replacement combustion manifold for the Amana furnace or replace the entire furnace. Since replacement parts are in very short supply due to the Covid situation, I decided to go with a replacement furnace. He was able to get a crew out on Tuesday to dismantle the old furnace and install the new one. The crew of three was very efficient and by Tuesday evening I had heat again. I decided to upgrade the furnace to include air conditioning. Since the air conditioning is not needed this time of year, the crew came back within two weeks to finish installing it. I recommend All Fresh Temp Heating & Air Conditioning - they are responsive, efficient and got the job done well. read more

These guys ripped me off. I was happy after my initial install, but getting them to respond to follow up service calls was impossible. You should see the amount of unanswered texts I've sent to Romero. Finally he responds 2 years after the completely brand new install, comes over and tells me that I needs extra refrigerant installed, but claims that there isn't a leak. Installs the refrigerant for $1000, makes an excuse why he can't give me a receipt and then never answers the call again. They must be going out of business. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. All Fresh Temp did a good job replacing a floor furnace. They went out of their way to get the unit (in Sacramento) and finished the job in only 4 days (over Christmas). They were also able to diagnose the problem the same day I called (on a Sunday). They have been in business since 1985 and are familiar with some of the older equipment which might be useful for people with older houses. read more

I called All Fresh Temp because of a reference from a friend who had a very good experience with the company. I had been putting off calling for A/C service of my 1985 unit, but the time had come due to keeping the windows closed because of the wild fire smoke, the heat, and the upcoming weekend visit from my daughter and her fiancé. I thought that it was going to be an easy A/C recharge of the unit. Unfortunately, it was not. We found that we had gotten quite a few extra good years out of that 1985 unit. I called All Fresh Temp on a Monday morning, and they were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day since our home is located not far from their office. Ramiro and team showed up and tried their best to see if they could salvage our old unit, but in the end, it just made sense to replace the A/C and furnace. Needless to say, I was in sticker shock since I thought I just needed to recharge the A/C. Ramiro worked with me on my budget and was able to provide a solution to fit my needs. Ramiro, Javier, Jose and Rigo showed up the next afternoon with the new units. Within 2 1/2 hours the old units were removed and the new units installed. During this time of COVID-19, they showed up with masks and used gloves. Everything was dealt with very professionally. At the end of the job, they made sure to clean up all areas. Fantastic service from All Fresh Temp. Joshua and Ramiro came over to recharge my old ac with R22. I have been struggling with this ac since 2013 and the house has not been cooling. R22 is really hard to come by and my HVAC unit is the old 3 ton type that runs R22.The best I can get from the vents when it is on was 67deg when input temp is 75deg. now I am getting 58deg which is 18deg diff. that is freaking amazing! Joshua and Ramiro came in, no BS, did the job and all DONE! Very professional! I am going to recommend them to my neighbor who has the same house, unit and problem.
