This company brought a processing truck that appears to have violated the law as it processed the leaves and balls in residential areas. First and foremost, it created so much dust that you could not see through the dust cloud to the other side. But also, the workers did not bother to check to see if neighbors' windows were open before starting, and mine were. This truck was sitting about 10 feet from my open windows, producing an amount of air pollution that was in no way legally acceptable for a residential neighborhood, and a huge dust cloud from the organic matter that they were processing blew into my house, all over my belongings, on my cats, and my cats started sneezing and running around frantically. I literally had to do two days of emergency cleaning after they left (including hiring house cleaners). And that was just the inside of the house. Thank goodness I was home to get the cats to safety. It was so stressful. When I went outside to tell them to control their dust, the workers offered to clean my car for me, as if that would make it all better, which was just bizarre, and the least of my concerns in that moment. I had dust in my hair, in my mouth, all over my clothes, and in my ears and eyes, plus it was also all over the house and all over my belongings around the house. Further, the I'm certain that the noise exceeded the legal residential noise limit. Also, the workers trespassed all over my property , including my front porch, and left piles of leaves all over my plants, which would have likely killed them if not removed. I have pictures and video to prove all of this. I thought of calling the company and demanding that they come back to make everything right, but I really don't want a company that is this oblivious and careless anywhere near my house ever again, plus what they did was too problematic to imagine that they could realistically make amends. It was truly horrific. If this review is removed for any reason I will follow up with a BBB complaint and a formal complaint with the county. On a side note, what this company is doing at large is extremely environmentally damaging to Monarchs and other endangered species. If you don't know about leaf removal, google it.

Last Wednesday (2/26/2025), he told me that he would come out on Sunday (3/2/2025) (i.e. FOUR day's wait), at 10 or 10:30am, to check on a leaking water line. Well, HE NEVER SHOWED UP, nor did he even have the decency to give me a courtesy call or text, to let me know what happened and/or why he couldn't make it (and he could have easily just rescheduled the service call, for another time). By 11am, I texted him, but never received a response. At 2pm, I texted him again, and STILL, no response. At 4pm, I called him, and, of course, he didn't answer his phone. I literally never heard a word from him, at all... The previous time [only other time] that he had come to my house, I gave him a $45 tip (on a $105 invoice; yes, a 43% tip), as well as a glowing review here on Yelp, because he had stayed late at my house, in order to fix my water heater lines, and he had also stayed in touch with me, to let me know that he was running late at another job. I had even recommended him to a friend of mine, and now, she's like, "Oh, heck no, I won't be calling him now, because I don't have the time or patience to deal with people like that." So, now, my water line has been leaking for four more days, and now, I STILL have to find someone else to come out to fix it, before I will be able to leave out of town. Obviously, if he had just told me that he couldn't do it, I could have already hired someone else to fix it, in the meantime. But, stupid me, here I was trying to give him some repeat business, as well as some new business (from my friend). Unfortunately, after this ignorance, I definitely can't recommend him to anyone...

He performed a detailed review of my home and gave me a very fair price. Overall, it was a great job and our home looks brand new. There was only a small hiccup and it wasn't a huge problem. Our home has exterior cameras and after the washing, condensation was visible on screen. I notified Andres and he came back to my home and resolved the issue (the cameras lacked a waterproof gasket). I have enlisted the help of other powerwashing companies before, but it was refreshing dealing with Andres 1 on 1. The structure is "old", 12-inch reveal, ALUMINUM, cedar-shake looking siding. There are also wood porches, baluster railings, brick chimneys, and many windows. The work took the better part of a day. Andres cleaned everything extremely well with a warm water cleaning solution, and a mix of low and high pressure rinses. Washing was done with his water supply. This was good for us since we are on a well. Windows were mopped and squeegee'd. Lower windows were wiped with microfiber cloth. Porch roofs and floors were also cleaned, and a small patio and the sidewalks too--really everything around the house was done! Mildew was gone from shady places and the porches are again paint-ready. It's been several weeks and there are no--zero--casualties among flowers, herbs, plants or grasses that were drenched in the process. Andres was courteous, worked all the time, and answered questions readily. He did not rush the job. His washing equipment and vehicle appeared well-maintained with no problems during the job. Supplies and consumable cleaning tools looked new; certainly not worn-out, frayed or dirty. We were given a written proposal, and no deposit was needed. Calls were returned. The work began and was completed on schedule as promised. The estimate was very reasonable and competitive. Call other companies for comparison, but do call Baltimore PressureWashers for a proposal.
