Have been coming here for two sessions (so far, booked 8 in total) of laser hair removal. They are…read morejust about $100/session including legs, arms, and underarms, which I think is incredibly well priced. I've never seen Dr. Sandhu and she's not in the office - I know for a fact because one day when I went the practice was unlocked just for me and it was by a laser tech, Francyne (whom I love). Since it's just laser I'm not really fussed about this but I would certainly want her in if I had some sort of procedure or filler done.

I got BOTCHED from a neglectful aesthetician…read more I went in for TruScuptID to target 3 areas of unwanted fat and received 3rd degree burns on my shoulder blade because the aesthetician, Lindsay, neglected to change the grounding pad for each targeted area. After the procedure, the aesthetician blamed the machine/equipments for malfunctions. I then went to see Dr. Sandhu, and she BLAMED ME for getting burned because I was SWEATING. Both times, I was being lied to about what went wrong and who was at fault. At the time of the appointment I didn't know what to expect from the whole procedure. It was only when I went to a different medical spa, that also had TruscupltID, was I told the truth about the whole incident. I told the nurse my whole experience with Neem Spa, and she told me exactly what happened: The aesthetician left the grounding pad on 1 area for too long. To reduce risk of burning she was suppose to change the location of the grounding pad for each targeted area. So she was suppose to change the location of grounding pad 3 times because I was treating 3 different areas(my stomach, flanks, and arms). Dr. Sandhu refused to give me a full refund and still denies any negligence on her staff's part of the procedure.

How the mighty have fallen. Save yourself the trouble and shop online. I think customers with some…read moreloyalty get free shipping, as do orders that hit a cost minimum. I've come in here a couple times to grab a go-to product and at least half the time, they don't have it. They have a really limited selection and it's mostly Sephora brand stuff now, which isn't super reliable. Kind of a dirty location, too.

I've been to this Sephora a few times and the first few times weren't bad. My most recent visit…read moretoday, however, was one of the worst Sephora experiences I've had. It was very busy when I went since it was a Saturday during one of their semiannual sales. Many items were out of stock and testers that were available were messy. Typically when I visit Sephora at least one employee will greet me and ask if I need help. I usually don't need help but I always appreciate the offer. Figures that the one time I needed employee assistance it was difficult to get. Despite how busy it was, several employees were standing around chatting amongst themselves. The employee who eventually helped me did the bare minimum and seemed to want to be done with me as soon as possible. She stared at me without saying anything until I asked for help finding a foundation shade. They were out of stock of my shade despite the Sephora app saying otherwise. In my past Sephora experiences, whenever an item I've wanted has been out of stock, an employee would offer me an alternative product, a product sample, and/or offer to order the product for me, but this employee did none of that. However even if they weren't out of stock, I think I would have opted to buy online anyway given how long the line was and the lackluster customer service. I'll stick to other Sephora locations or shop online in the future.
