CORRECTION WE WENT TO THE ANAHEIM LOCATION. I came here with my daughter after seeing the viral head spa on TikTok, and we were both really excited to try it. We originally booked the Highlight Royale package, but when we arrived, the owner/manager persuaded us to upgrade to the VIP treatment--the most expensive option--so we agreed. The VIP service is advertised as 110 minutes, but my experience felt noticeably shorter. The spa itself is located in a shopping center, and inside, the treatment area is only separated by curtains. This made it difficult to relax since we could clearly hear other guests talking throughout the entire session. We were taken in at the same time--my daughter was attended by Michel, and I was attended by Nancy. My daughter enjoyed her experience, but unfortunately, mine was very disappointing. The service began with a back massage while lying face down, but the pillow was too low, making it uncomfortable and difficult to breathe. After about 15 minutes, I was asked to turn over. From there, most of the session focused on my face, but it wasn't an actual facial--just a repetitive face massage using what felt like baby oil, followed by a quick rinse with an unknown product. The scalp treatment felt more like a basic hair wash than a relaxing head spa experience. At one point, water ran into my nose and ears because the towel placement wasn't handled properly. The water temperature was inconsistent, shifting from cold to too hot, then warm. A heavy red light mask was placed on my face, pressing down on my nose and making it difficult to breathe. The massage portion overall felt rushed and incomplete. My arms and chest were lightly rubbed rather than properly massaged. The foot massage lasted about a minute and didn't include my heels or calves--just my shins. I was then asked to sit up, given a brief back rub, and told I was done. Afterward, my hair was roughly dried with a blow dryer--no styling or blowout. I have curly hair, so I left with it looking frizzy and puffy. I wish I had been told in advance so I could prepare. To make matters worse, my session ended significantly earlier than my daughter's. I waited about 10 minutes for her to finish, which made it clear that my service had been cut short despite us paying for the same VIP package. Overall, my experience was very disappointing and felt subpar, especially considering the price. I strongly recommend reading the negative reviews, as they seem to reflect the reality of this place. I will not be returning. UPDATE: The management team reached out to me directly, took full accountability, and issued a full refund promptly. I've been to the Westminister location twice and the Anaheim location 3-4 times. Both are excellent. Definitely worth the money to have someone wash your hair and pamper you for a hour. The Deluxe has a foot massage, so I usually go for that one. I haven't been able to tell a major difference between the products used in the Deluxe and Royal options, but Royal is 10 minutes longer. Overall, highly recommend. And when you sign up for their emails, they regularly send c OK upons and special offers. read more

There was a scheduling mixup and they didn't have someone to take me until 20 minutes late, but they were very apologetic. - The head massage was great. I love lots of pressure and scratching and I enjoyed it. - Really nice that they blow dry your hair at the end with no extra charge (I got the classic, if that matters). It's not a full-on style but adequate for going on with my day. Not as great: - After lying flat on my back for an hour, my upper back started to feel a little uncomfortable. - The waiting area is contiguous with the treatment area (just separated by some curtains) so you can hear everything in there. Some ladies came a full hour early for their treatment (essentially soon after I started) and I could hear them chatting throughout my whole session :( They weren't super loud but still very noticeable. Perhaps there should be a sign that says "quiet zone" in the waiting area. I accept this is just a risk when choosing a spa with this layout. read more
