This place is definitely overrated considering the price. The facial and massage felt rushed and lacked depth. The staff member attending to me kept chatting with a coworker right beside me, which was distracting. I was not aware that they had applied hot oil to my scalp and covered it with a cap -- it started to burn intensely. I tried to tough it out and adjusted the cap, but it didn't help. My scalp was still hurting afterward. The next day, I discovered that the hot oil had actually burned some of the skin on my scalp, and there was discharge from the area. I had to go to urgent care and was diagnosed with a burn. I will not go back. read more

I would never go back to this place! Vy was unprofessional, disrespectful and rude to her coworker Bella in front of us. While Bella was blow drying my cousins hair Vy pushed her against the curtains and started yelling at her. Vy started crying and was acting like the victim. Bella was crying because she said it's not the first time she does this to her and wants Bella to get fired. Vy is the one that pushed her. We approach the owner Thi and she didn't seem to care what Vy did. We will not be going back or recommending our friends and family members. Bella was very worried to get fired. I came here when they first opened and they were beyond busy.. every station was full. I was in the mood for a massage and head treatment tonight so I called and came in and I was the only client there... they even closed early I was just walking back to my car at 5:30 when I saw the owner and my massage lady locking up the store. First off I had MiMi and I will say she was amazing! Always asking about pressure, made sure I was comfortable and if I was ok thru the whole thing which I appreciate it .. I had no complaints on her at all. I thought the pricing looked different when I first walked in and then realized they upped all the prices to when I went my first time a few months ago ... I originally was doing the $100 one but the front desk lady talked to me into the $120... my only complaints are I never got the hot stones treatment, when they finish on your face they put no moisturizer on so your skin is completely dry, and last time I only did the $90 treatment and they did a WAY better putty/gel mask.. this time was only the cheap face masks.. also they only use the "gold water arch" for maybe like 5 mins in 1 spot! That's the only thing I was looking forward too and I wish they would incorporate that a lot better than five minutes out of 85 mins. if I'm gunna pay $120 I would appreciate the better products. You can tell this place isn't busy at all like they used to be and now their prices are wayyyy higher. read more

Found this spot online and had good reviews. Notice they have two locations one in Anaheim and one in Westminster. The one is Westminster is a lot closer to me so I made an appointment online for a Friday afternoon. It wasn't crowded at the time I went and the customer service was great. Staff were all so friendly and kind. Got the Classic Treatment with Trish. She was so friendly and talented. She did a great job to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Definitely felt relaxed and refreshed after the treatment. They focus not just on hair but gave a nice facial and neck shoulder massage . Both my hair and skin felt so nice, rejuvenated and brought back to life. Will share this spot to anyone who hasn't been or looking for a go to spot. read more

Came here with a friend to try it out. They are doing a 20% off special for their anniversary so we upgraded to the Classic package. It was very nice and a fun way to treat ourselves. The massage and face mask was nice. The hair washing and scalp massage were very nice and my hair felt very clean and healthy after. They do blow dry your hair but it is quick and there aren't really any products used so I wouldn't suggest going there and then planning a nice dinner but if you are just going to treat yourself it is a fun way to spend an hour! 100% waste if money. Mildew smell coming from steamer, towels or drains. I have sensitive skin and very fine straight hair. The products smelled like harsh chemicals when they were using them. I was so concerned about the damage I had to wash afterwards. The products stripped my hair and skin of their natural oils. My face head neck shoulders arms scalp were done in fast and rapid motions. I left very concerned about the damage the product had on my hair and skin. I was in and out of there in less than an hour declining blow dry. read more

My appointment was today 5/13/24 10:30am with my cousin for mother's day. We both got the $100 HL special. The lady that did my service burnt my scalp when she was drying my hair. When I told the receptionist all she said was "I'm sorry, your experience was unpleasant. I hope you give us another try". I still paid the service, no tip and left. After reading reviews, It seems like this business runs on first timers cuz I would never come back here again. Also, it wasn't relaxing at all. All this lady did to my scalp was scratch it.. no massage what so ever.. lol.. plus you can hear the street noise and other people waiting to get their service done talking loudly in the front. Worst place I've been to. Go to HK Beauty in Laguna Hills instead vastly better experience. Water was cold during washing. When they rubbed facial cream they got it into my eyes and my eyes were burning the entire time. Massage was way too hard and was really painful. The privacy shield wasn't covering all the way so when my head was turned I was staring at the person next to me which was odd. read more
