Great experience. We got in and was greeted right away by a friendly hostess. We ordered and the food came out within 5 minutes. Everything was cooked to perfection and the cook even came from around the back to ask us if everything was good. Overall it was a pleasant experience and a good burger. Will be going back.

This is my junior grilled cheese with fries. It was very good. The fries were specially good.

We just went to this restaurant for lunch for the first time. My Hubby had a double cheeseburger with all the fixings and fries. The cheeseburger was delicious! I enjoyed grilled cheese with cheddar cheese and fries and a sweet tea. All the food we had was just delicious and I look forward to going back another time for another meal. Staff was very nice and informative and they play good music and have TV's to watch while eating. We will return here!

Yum! Yum! Yum! This location is the best! The staff is friendly. Food is always fresh. My go-to is the Arch D-Lux, single patty with everything, fries, and strawberry shake. I highly recommend going in to sit down and eat. You'll be sure to leave with a full tummy and smile on your face. :)

Ordered the Toklahoma burger with bacon. Cooked to perfection. The service was excellent and friendly! Very clean and the music selection wasn't too shabby. As a STL native, having Ski soda products is an automatic win. The only kinda sorta "bad " thing is the fries...if they cook them just a little bit more then it would be five stars no questions asked.

Seriously? This is Hi Pointe's Chicken Sandwich for $9.50.

Here's a local joint that has all the makings of being a family tradition; fun atmosphere, lively and friendly staff, great location. But, and it's a big one, their food is overpriced and very sub-par. I had the Frisco Melt ($9.50) which while an ample portion was a grease and salt bomb. I had to pay 75 cents for 2 cents worth of grilled onions to boot. As well, it didn't come with anything else, so I added Fries and a soda for another $4.50. Ouch. My wife got the chicken sandwich for $9.50. See the picture I posted and judge for yourself. It was pitiful. Aside from being paper thin, it was dry and nothing else came with it. The manager came around asking how things were, and I pointed out the chicken sandwich. He said he'd look into it, but it was clearly lip service and we never saw him again. The manager might have gotten us back if he made amends, but nope. So, we won't be back. It's a shame as they opened with such fanfare, and the town needs someplace like this.

Totally different vibe than the one in hi pointe theatre area but food is still fantastic. I love that each location has its own special, it makes each location unique. The patio is large and very nice for summer time. The seating indoors is very large and spacious ( unlike the other locations I've gone to). Overall, great food.

We have been to the STL location multiple times but it was our first time at this location. Let me say, we were not impressed at all. For $22.50 for a burger and chili cheese fries. It was just worth the $$$ at all. Actually felt kinda ripped off. Smh. The fries were not fresh. They were cold and stale. The chili tasted worse then can chili. The only thing that was good was the burger. But we could have ordered a regular burger for under $10. At least service was good. Staff was friendly.

We stopped in during our 1st day in the area. THIS IS a hard spot to beat!! Food was great and Jackie was awesome - she went over the menu with us and gave recommendations. The service was spectacular and it was a fun place to spend the afternoon. I ordered the root beer float and when I saw her ring it up, I thought "there is no way it's going to be worth $6" IT WAS WORTH EVER SINGLE PENNY!!! Sooooooooo, delicious! My husband got the shake of the month, Strawberry Cheesecake. He said it was amazing and he wanted a whole 2nd one This place is ABSOLUTELY a MUST STOP while visiting the area!!!

The chicken sandwich special from the day before. I missed it and the staff was cool enough to re-make it for me.

This place is okay. I got a Taco Burger, fries, and a drink. The drink was wrong, I ordered a Ski and got root beer. The burger was just okay, nothing special. The burger was really dry and way to salty. The hype for this place is so out of proportion. I suggest going to Five Guys or Red Robin for a burger and skip this place. The service was amazing! My family went there on a Monday evening not long after it's grand opening, so it was still super busy. Even so, the line moved really fast. My teenager got the regular burger, my husband got a burger with grilled onions, mustard and pickles and I got the fried buffalo chicken sandwich (we all got fries). Our order was super quick considering how busy they were. The food was excellent and the portion size was perfect. The buffalo sauce was just the right amount of spicy and I loved the seasoning on the fries. The teenager barely spoke until the food was gone, a good sign. My husband's burger was very good also and came off the grill steaming hot. The staff was courteous and they were continuously circling the dining room wiping tables, taking out trash, refilling the drink station, etc. There was indoor and outdoor dining options. My boyfriend is a chef, and we both 100%, hands down, agree that the Arch Deluxe is one of the best burgers we've ever had. We split the taco burger and the arch deluxe, and each were bursting with unique flavor. The arch deluxe was messy to eat, but it's just one of those burgers that is so damn good, you don't even bother cleaning your hands and face until you're done, lol. Great food! Great service! I love the chill atmosphere. I ordered the Frisco Melt and it was really good, it had a nice spice to it which I loved. We had never heard of this place and decided to give it a chance. It was really busy and we had our infant son with us, so there wasn't a seat for us inside. We were going to go elsewhere when I assume the owner found us somewhere to sit so we could try it. I'm so glad we stayed. We shared the shake of the month and it was delicious. The food got to us quick. The fries were hot and the burger was delicious. We will definitely be visiting again soon! The service was excellent. read more

The good news, the food was good the place was clean. The bad news, very late opening up on Friday morning even the manager was walking up to the door at 11:03 they weren't ready to open till about 11:04 it took me 25 minutes to get my order to go and I was the third person in line... Super expensive for burgers and fries double cheeseburger fries and a regular small shake well over $22 if I'm going to spend over $22 for lunch for me I'll find some place to sit down be waited on and serve by a friendly wait person. read more

Hands down the best burger place in O town...as a fellow stoner, this place hits all spots and gets 10 extra points for having beer and adult drinks...my burger was the a simple single patty and I added avocado, pepper jack cheese and bacon...also got fries and they are the secret to stoner happiness...that seasoning is soooo good, please sale it. So I had the world greatest burger and it was very juicy and delicious. And I have had lot of burgers in my life and that was the best burger I have ever had and the fries where excellent and u have to get a milkshake to top all that off. Every time we go here the people are so friendly. The staff always asks us how we are doing, how we enjoyed the meal, and welcomes us back as we are leaving. The owner also walks around at times. The food is good but this level of customer service brings us back again and again. read more

"A pathetic experience" is being kind. Hi point in OFallon illinois is a complete waste of your money, and the service is an absolute joke. Food brought to our table 15 minutes a part was extremely bad kitchen management, but serving raw sliced Brussels sprouts is outright Incompetence. The Cheesesteak (lol) was minuscule, and missing any cheese sauce that was expected. Serving it on a plain, dry bun all for $15.53 was laughable; except no one foolish enough to visit this hap hazard excuse for a restaurant is laughing... read more

Delicious food and friendly service! The outside patio adds to the ambiance, and we really enjoyed the fire pit. The food is good but the service was bad. I came into today and waited for two minutes while the gal at the register gazed towards the tvs. When she turned to me she did not great me. I said hello and waited as she stared at me. I then placed my order. She gave me a number and didn't say enjoy or really anything. I felt I was bothering her. In the dining area there were napkins on the floor and it was a mess. three employees walked by strewn receipts and didn't bother to have enough pride to do his/her job. I working in restaurants stinks but put in minimal effort would be appreciated. I won't be back and my business who orders catering for lunch will no longer use them. read more

The food is good but it is riduclously hi fat and cholesterol foods menu. The items are overpriced, and they nickle and dime for every added condiment too! The chicken sandwiches are always cooked too dry and the burgers and fries are good portions sizes. BEFORE YOU LEAVE, CHECK YOUR ORDER as they have more than once forgotten part of it. read more

Ordered the salmon BLT the salmon small only big enough to use one piece of the bread it was dry but ok, the fried green tomatoes were slimy and I couldn't bite through them. There were no fresh tomatoes or bacon which were listed on the menu as toppings. read more

If you need to eat gluten free do not eat here. They advertise they have gluten free buns and can make fries gluten free but I was served the regular bun and cold fries after waiting 45 min for my food during a slow time of the evening. Management is confrontational and unprofessional. They lie in their review responses blaming the customer. Poor management. Poor service. Unable to accommodate gluten free diet. Long wait. Expensive. Food is not consistent. Go elsewhere if you want a good burger and expect good service read more

We also get the mango tacos, which was a mini version of the El Cabron burrito with some mango juice poured over the meat. It was fast. It was an expensive and it was filling. It did not remind me of Mexico. Hi Pointe burgers do not disappoint!! My favorite is the Taco Burger just the right amount of spice and the avocado ranch and mission taco sauce level it up! The french fries are delicious!
