I'm taking the opportunity to stop by Hibachi Way and check this place out. Located in the Sunshine Plaza, Hibachi Way offers a variety of hibachi cuisine and sushi rolls. They also have appetizers, soups & salads, noodles, and bento boxes. The place wasn't that busy, though people were steadily coming in. I greeted a female employee behind the counter and placed an order for a California roll and a small shrimp bowl with vegetables. I couldn't wait to dig into the food once I received it. The California roll was freshly made and tasty. The shrimp bowl consisted of fried rice and vegetables (broccoli, carrots, zucchini, and onions). The shrimp and vegetables was nicely cooked and seasoned, and the fried rice was cooked to a soft consistency. There was a small container of yum yum sauce in the bag. I was introduced to yum yum sauce at RA Sushi Bar when I ordered shrimp fried rice, and I didn't like the taste of the sauce. Surprisingly, Hibachi Way's yum yum sauce wasn't that bad. There was a bit of tanginess to it, but I opted out of adding it to the fried rice... I'm accustomed to either soy or duck sauce. Overall the food was enjoyable. I look forward to coming back to try a few of their appetizers.

5 Stars - Fresh, Flavorful, and Worth It! I visited Hibachi Way and was really impressed! The food is fresh and delicious--you can taste the quality in every bite. They do have a few tables if you want to dine in, but it definitely feels more like a takeout spot. Either way, the service was quick, and everything was well-prepared. I'll definitely be coming back!

I haven't honestly found good Hibachi since I lived in Orlando but this definitely is one I will try again and recommend. Their yum yum sauce taste exactly like my favorite spot in Orlando called Kobe's. I got the chicken and steak entree which comes with either a soup, soda or another option but I just opted for the soda. The portion lasted me for dinner and the lunch which I appreciated. I also read about their Tasty roll (cooked sushi) which was worth it and pieces were large (a lot of rice but still very good). Veggies in the hibachi were fresh and I added a scrambled egg in my rice. I liked how you can opt to add either fried or scrambled eggs. It is quick service but they have chairs and tables in case you want to eat there. As soon as I walked in the cashier was super friendly and the cooks are right there in front, everything looked very clean and well maintained. I would definitely come again! Food was super tasty!

Hibachi Way @hibachiwayfl Tamarac, FL Very clean, friendly service. The Tasty Roll definitely lived up to its name! It was a big roll too! Very filling! The Hibachi Bowl was just what I was looking for! It had everything I wanted! Very flavorful! They can also adjust the spice to your liking! Ramuné is so fun to open and the Peach flavor was so crisp! I enjoyed my order! For sure I'll be ordering again! Food: Made fresh and taste very good. Its nice to have a hibachi take out spot in the neighborhood. I ordered the spicy hibachi chicken and it came with fried rice and soup or you can get a canned soda instead of the soup. The chicken could've been more spicy but it was still good. My meal came with vegetables with was nicely sautéed. I liked that the fried rice doesn't include egg and other vegetables in the rice. The hibachi fried rice was pleasantly good. Very close alternative to Benihana with taste. Benihana is a bit better but very good alternative and much less expensive. The prices are definitely fair for the portion of food. Service: The food is cooked to order and I highly advise that you call ahead or place the order online. I ordered in person and waited 30 minutes. They were busy with a lot of large orders but next time I will call ahead. The service is slow. Inside the restaurant there is a few tables and a order kiosk. Inside is very small. Its really a take away restaurant. The restaurant appeared clean inside and you can see the cooks preparing the food on the hibachi grill. I would recommend this restaurant but be mindful of the extended wait for the food.

I had a great time the first time, and yep it's still that girl. Let's talk about the vibe real quick. The ambiance is everything. Modern, and just really well put together. From the furniture textures to the contrast in colors it all feels super intentional but still chill. Like, they knew what they were doing when they designed this place. 10/10 on the setting alone. Let's get down to the items shall we? What We Had Drinks ____________________ + Naori Signature Drink ($15) : 8.4/10 This one's made with Pisco Berries and Triple Sec. It's a layered, fruity cocktail that's a little more complex. Personally, I prefer the Pisco Sour it's cleaner and more balanced for my taste. But if you like citrusy and berry-forward drinks, you might love this one. Again, these are my reviews based on my taste buds. You might feel differently and that's ok honey. + Espresso Martini ($16) : 9/10 Strong, chocolatey, and gets the job done. + Lychee Martini ($16) : 8.6/10 Clean and balanced. Not too sweet, just smooth and refreshing + Pisco Sour ($16) : 10/10 My fave. Fruity, with this nice cold foam on top. Pretty sure there were peach or passionfruit notes in there. So good. * Shots - We also did a round (Don Julio, I think), and it kept the vibe going. Appetizers/Entrees __________________ +Nikkei Tiradito ($19) : 10/10 Thin tuna slices with a shouyu sauce that had a little citrusy kick. I could've had another plate just for myself. +Grilled Octopus ($20) : 8.4/10 This was good! Cooked well, had a nice char. Not my favorite thing on the table, but still strong comes with Peruvian corn and potato. +Arroz Chaufa Special ($24) : 10/10 Babyyy this dish was everything. Wok-fried rice, perfectly seasoned. That filet was so tender, and the shrimp just brought it all together. Easy standing ovation for me. * Dessert - I honestly can't remember what we ordered for dessert, but it was decent. Nothing crazy. I'd give it a 7/10. Overall Experience: 10/10 Customer Service: 10/10 Would I Be Back? Without a doubt. I even told my mom about this place and I think she went a couple months ago! Everyone enjoyed the seafood pancakes, Hemul Panjun. The black bean noodles, Jajanmyun, got mixed reviews from our party of six. Personally, I liked them but didn't love them. It was my first time trying this dish. The noodles themselves I enjoyed a lot -- kinda slippery, nice chew. The black bean sauce was very umami and I could easily see this being a comfort food to some. The stars here were really the grilled meats, and this place is unique in that they have charcoal grills. We ordered two of the marinated Kalbi, short ribs, because everyone loved it so much. The marinated chicken was good but would probably skip it next time for more Kalbi. The bulgogi was delicious and would definitely get that again. All of the bonchon, little side dishes, were great too! As far as the vibe, I'd say it's pretty casual and family-friendly. The only thing I find a little scary is when they bring out the hot charcoals to the table. That thing is hot and heavy and has to be brought to the table with extreme care. Sorry no pics! Was carried away eating!
