Beautiful establishment great customer service and I love the fact that the staff is very bubbly and they come back to check on you in a timely fashion once food has been delivered. The food is amazing but keep in mind that some of the menu changes without notice so if you find something that you really liked that made you return over and over again you may be surprised when it's no longer there and you have to pick another wonderful creation. This place is brand new so is very clean and in pristine condition. I've always been a fan of the 'form follows function' style architecture- the hardwood floors and walls, exposed heating pipes, coat hooks on the tables etc. The Food: I had the rainbow trout and it was very good. The vegetables were fresh and tasty as well. We had an array of apps with my favorite being the soft pretzel with whiskey mustard (had horseradish added for kick). My co-workers all seemed to enjoy their burgers and sandwiches as well. Service: I wasnt a normal customer. We had space reserved for a Christmas party and meals were pre-ordered. But the staff was well prepared for us, friendly, and worked hard to me the needs of our party of 20. Drinks: I am not the best person to ask about this. I am a craft beer guy through and through, and this was all whiskeys, bourbons, rums etc. I am not a liquor guy but I did say 'when in Rome..' and try "The Stonewall", It was ginger beer, cider and rum. Seems like something a liquor drinker would like. They had a pretty interesting variety of other drinks as well. One that caught my eye was a "chocolate peppermint martini". If I could leave 0 stars I would have. Waitress was the only thing that was good about this place. Meatloaf is a round thick dried out burger. Mac n Cheese with it doesn't deserve to be called Mac n Cheese. Salmon was extremely fishy. Butter for the green beans was like licking vegetable oil oh and they charged for it. What a fantastic place to eat and drink! My wife and I were staying in the area for a couple of days and I came across this place when researching restaurants in the area. Based on other reviews we decided to give this place a try and we are so glad we did. The food is absolutely some of the most delicious food we have had when dining out. I had the scallops and grits and even if you don't think you like grits you should give this a try. The scallops were cooked to perfection and the sauce was rich with just the right spice. My wife had the ribs and she initially asked for plenty of napkins thinking it would be a lot of picking the bone, well these ribs fell off the bone and no fingers needed! The taste was delectable. The portion size was perfect! Then on top of the good food there was a great drink menu and plenty of local craft beer on tap. The staff were attentive and everyone we interacted with from the hostess who seated us to Cooper our waiter to the management, food service, bartender, ALL of them truly seemed to enjoy their job, and the customers they serve. I cannot say enough about our experience here at the Hidden Still. We will definitely return here next time we are in the area. read more

We tried coming here on a Friday afternoon with a group for a drink. Half the restaurant was empty, however, we were turned away. The website really sells reservations, but not being able to stop in for a drink at a distillery is pretty sad. read more

A new restaurant in Hershey that has a rustic, old time feel with large bar and open tables around the bar area. Food was excellent and well prepared. The menu is more of a bar type menu with excellent hamburgers and prepared sandwiches. The wine and drinks are limited to Pennsylvania brands with a restricted liquor license thus quite limited in selection. Overall a nice experience and not too pricey. read more

We spend 11+ hours at Hershey park and we're starving! This place had good reviews so we made a reservation for 830! This place was AMAZING! Very clean, cute and trendy inside.. but the food.. was so much better than what we expected! The drinks are dangerously good too! We started out with Still fries they were so so good, My Jerky burger was delicious! I did get the pepper relish on the side because it was a little spicy but seriously who would have thought Jerky on a burger would be amazing?! Hubby had a ol boy( might be the wrong name) burger he loved that and upgraded to a side salad that was very large! Kids menu is great! $10 for a burger, 2 sides (fried and fruit he picked) and a dessert?! My son loved it! For dessert we had the peach crisp with vanilla ice cream instead of peach also very good! Drinks were very very good! They are running a 50% off deal on to go beverages.. I got the 6 pk variety for $12 .. a steal! Our waitress was a pretty, bubbly, blonde lady and she was great! I love this new place. Great vibe, a bit noisy, but the renovation is really well done. The menu is extensive, with something for everyone and has a great selection of shareables. When I walked into the restaurant no one at the front was welcoming. Instead, I felt like more of a bother to them. When Our table of two was seated, it took awhile for our waitress to even come over to us to take our drink order. She left us hanging after we ordered our appetizer. It was brought out by someone else, we were given no plates to eat our food. We did not get checked on. Our waitress did not come back until we were completely finished with our food and waited approximately 5 additional minutes to even order our main course. The food was mediocre. Hidden Still Spirits can stay hidden at ten dollars for a mixed drink with spiced rum I was expecting at the very least top-shelf liquor it was not. Ordered the CHICKEN AND LEEK PIE if there were two dollars worth of ingredients I would've been surprised. The BAKED TOMATO BISQUE wasn't hot enough to melt the Gouda and Parmesan cheese. I've been here multiple times, and while the food is pretty tasty albeit overpriced, I've noticed that the staff members do not give friendly nor approachable vibes. Most of the reception and service staff have deadpan expressions, and they don't greet you when you walk in or say anything when you leave. My husband and I were looking for a place on a Saturday night and most places were booked up. (This was the Sat before Valentines Day) We found this place and got an 8pm reservation. We were done our things for the day, so we showed up around 7:10pm. We just figured we'd wait, but they put us on a list and got us in by 7:30pm. The décor and atmosphere were wonderful and it really was a lot more of a romantic setting---more than I thought it would be! We ordered drinks and appetizers. My husband got a bourbon flight and I got an Apple 'rita ("How bout them apples-Rita?") All the drinks were very good, a little pricey, but still so good. The appetizers we got included the Crab Rangoon Flat Bread and the Poutin. They were both WONDERFUL!! We definitely would get them both again. Four our main courses, I got the Shrimp and Scallop Grits. It was, no joking, the best dish of food I have ever had at a restaurant EVER! It was so creamy, well seasoned and worth every penny! My husband got the Smoked Chicken and Beer Queso with sweet potato fries. He said it was very good, but the chicken was just a tad bit dry. Overall it was a great meal, very nice place for couples and definitely a splurge, but worth every penny! We will definitely return on our next trip to Hershey. read more
