Called at 9:23am on a Thursday to place an order to be delivered to a doctors office and was told they were already booked for deliveries for lunch today. Sounds like they don't have enough delivery help if they pass up a $100 order. Shame. I won't try them again. read more

Great Hideaway location. Quality service and pizza every time. If you're in a rush or taking pizza back to a group, they have reserved to go parking which is nice. I like this location because the staff is really friendly and the food is always good. You should get the fried mushrooms, even if you don't really like mushrooms. Also the lemonade pie, it is so good. You can't go wrong with any pizza! If you like the "Stillwater crust" get the thin crust option. read more

This is a "good" pizza place but I certainly don't think it's as amazing as most people do. I don't find the ingredients to be anything special. Having said that, it's a fun place to hang out and have some pizza. It can get pretty busy on weekends with long waits. Service seems to be a little spotty sometimes. Some are a bit faster and more efficient than others but it's usually not a problem. read more

I got an ATW medium regular crust pizza to go. I wished I could have eaten inside since I like the location but didn't have the time. I will definitely be coming back again. Also there are reserved parking for to go orders so it is convenient. I have been to the hideway in Tulsa also but I had forgotten how good the pizza is so I was glad I tried this location. read more

Tried to go here for dinner on a Friday night. The hostess told my husband and I it would be a 15min wait, we waited 30min and watched people who arrived after us (definitely friends of the girls working as hostesses) get seated before us. The party of 3 in front of us also complained. We left and tried calling the manager to complain and sat on hold for too long. The manager should be checking on the front of the restaurant and available to the customers. We will not be back and will be telling our Edmond friends. read more

$42.00 for a kids pizza, small thin, and a medium hand tossed takeout order...small was missing three out of the six toppings ordered and the medium missing two of the six ordered. Overall flavorless and the red sauce they use is very sweet...we are new to Oklahoma and have now tried this place twice because of the positive reviews...we are from the Northeast and can honestly say the place is an awful interpretation of both Italian and pizza fare...if you want to customize your pizza GO to Blaze pizza off of Memorial Rd...try Othellas on Broadway or even Marcos is a better bet for good tasting pizza that certainly doesn't break the bank...$20.00 medium pizza should be amazing...they've sure got folks fooled...we will choose not try a third time. read more

I have been to several of the Hideaway locations, but recently visited the UCO jazz lab location for the first time. I was with a large group of a class from UCO, so about 20 people, but the food and service was exceptional. The group trickled in, and our waitress was very punctual about taking people's drink orders as they sat down. She never seemed frazzled. We ordered about 7 large pizzas and split them among our four tables. The pizzas were fresh and hot, with lots of toppings. I thought the crust was pretty yummy and fresh. They have some very interesting pizzas at this location (blue cheese and pear, truffle pizza, mandarin oranges on pizza, etc). Our group ordered pretty basic pizzas though and they were all tasty. I will certainly be coming back, especially for their lunch sized pizza a $2 or $3 lunch salads. read more

Hideaway is always good. They have a unique crust that keeps me coming back for more. There is something a little chewy about it that makes it amazing. The Paradise Pie is my favorite. So try that pie. They also have fried ravioli. Yup, it is as good as it sounds. Dip it in some ranch or some marinara sauce and try to share with the others as you eat them. read more

I had ordered my food to go because of my work schedule. And upon arrival I had a little more time than planned and asked the lady if I could eat my to go order in the restaurant. She said no and I asked why and she said we don't do that here. The customer service was not friendly. However the food was amazing I ordered The hand tossed farmers market and it is everything you want in a pizza. However I didn't care for the service I received. read more

The pizza is really good. My favorite is the Big Country. I also really like the cheese sticks and fried mushrooms. If you like both I recommend the 50/50 which is both of those. I will say that I have had a few issues with service. Once the server mixed up my order with another table and we got each others pizza. She got our order correct but no manager came to apologize nor offer any compensation. The second time they would not split a sandwich the way we wanted it. Granted they had done it for us half a dozen times before. The server wanted to argue and we had to get a manager and they did it "this one time". Needless to say we do not get sandwiches there anymore. I still give them 4 stars because the pizza is great and if the service keeps getting bad I will just get it to go or go to another location. read more

Is there an option to give this place more than five stars? We LOVE Hideaway pizza and have been several times. We've always had great service and amazing food. Great pizza, great service. Hand tossed crust is the best. Don't order the roasted garlic unless you REALLY want garlic. Very big pieces.

There are definitely problems. The last FIVE (5) orders we've placed online for carryout have either been wrong, incomplete or simply not ready. Ironically, the charge for whatever we've ordered has been correct. There is an obvious disconnect somewhere. Unfortunately, even though the food is great, the care taken for pickup orders if horrible. read more

If you like pizza, then this is the place in Edmond. The barbecue chicken pizza is awesome and it's a very fun and upbeat atmosphere.

What I really hate about this pizza is that it's way too expensive for what you get. For $25 you get a small Soggy, pasty and doughy pizza. The crust really really sucks. In contrast try EMPIRE PIZZA and you will immediately notice the difference. read more

It looks like most reviews here are for Hideaway pizza, but I want to focus on the jazz lab itself. If you are a fan of jazz, or a fan of live local music, the jazz lab is a nice venue to hear quality music. I would say the one drawback to the lab is the atmosphere--small tables, uncomfortable chairs, and pizza from a box don't go with my idea of "jazz." However, the pizza-from-a-box is delicious, brought in from the Hideaway Pizza next door, and if you want something a little more adult to go with your grown-up music, the UCO Jazz Lab does provide a bar with import and domestic beer, wine, and liquor for cocktails. The UCO Jazz Lab provides a variety of entertainment throughout the year, from student and local bands and productions to notable national acts. read more

The food here is great. Get the pasta lunch special with meatballs! If you are going for lunch though, you need to know that it will take awhile to get in and out. Best bet is between 45 min to an hour. The service is a little slow. read more

This Hideaway is a great place. Good location, friendly atmosphere, and amazing service. The pizza is ok. This is not the same pizza that you would get at the Original Hideaway Pizza in Stillwater Ok. In fact its almost completely different. So if your going to the Edmond location for the Stillwater pizza you will be disappointed. But if your just going for some good pizza and great atmosphere you will be happy with your decision. I recommend this place for a good family dinner, take-out, or a nice date. read more

Truly terrible experience tonight. Was told on call in 30 minutes, they repeated my order correctly. Once there I waited and waited and waited. Finally asked why my order was taking so much longer and the response was "oh they missed one of your pizzas, it's in the oven now it will be out soon." No apology. Zero. So after finally leaving with order 25 minutes later, I get home and not only was the other pizza completely cold (because of course it sat for 25+ minutes while they made the one they forgot) but they didn't even get it right! It was Inedible! Add the lack of apology for your mistake, and I will never be back. I get that the kitchen is going to mess up now and then but find some people who know what customer service is so you don't lose good customers! read more
