Service is terrible, I called ahead and asked for prices and they didn't want to give me…read moreinformation over the phone so I drove there and asked in person the lady told me to wait for someone to do my eyelashes and she went and sat while she was on her phone after 20 minutes i asked her if i had to make an appointment since i had been waiting for a while and everyone else was busy doing brows to which she got up and started setting up to do my service i still stayed and waited after 30 mins she sat me and started doing my lashes she finished one eye and then she said " let me get this product out of your hair " i had my eyes closed so i asked her what happen ? she replied with I don't know how it happen but i got a bunch of eyelash glue in your hair she was putting remover and oil and all kinds of stuff and i only had one eye done so i asked her can you just please finish my lashes i will take care of my hair later and when she finished the other eye she told me we are done she put the fan in my face and she told me to open my eyes to my surprise i couldn't open neither of them she got my bottom lashes glued together with the top after getting my eyes to open she started doing one of my brows and i proceeded to stop her but she said i already started the service i have to charge you either way i didn't get a good vibe from her so i told her can i see please she showed me and i immediately told her please try to keep them as thick as possible i let her finish both of my brows and she gave me the mirror once again i was not satisfied because she left one thick and one super thin the quality of the lashes is horrible this was September 12 today only five days later most of the lashes are gone.

I moved from Houston to DFW in May 2022 and I specifically moved to this side of town in May 2023. I was driving all the way to Irving to get my brows threaded or sometimes even waiting till I was visiting Houston, because I hadn't found someone I trusted in North Arlington yet. A gal recommended checking out Dream at Om Threading in November 2023 and I ended up FINALLY getting to try them out in May of 2024. I cannot believe that I wasted 1 whole year in North Arlington without going here. It's less than 10 minutes from my home and Dream was amazing! Dream listens to me and threads my brows exactly how I request. There has never been a long wait and the service is effective and efficient (meaning they don't take forever, but they don't speed through without being detailed). We ended up connecting over Pregnancy Nutrition since I'm a Dietitian.
