The big pro is that they offer same day walk-ins making them especially convenient. Initially, I was really impressed by their offerings, my first visit set a high standard--the studio was clean, the technician was exceptionally professional, and the work was fantastic. I left eager to return. However, things took a downturn for my subsequent visits. Within just four weeks, my preferred technician had either moved to another location or left the company altogether. Since early 2024, I've noticed a decline in the overall quality of this location. A partition in the studio is missing, which has affected the ambiance, and the service has become inconsistent. It seems that different technicians provide conflicting feedback about my brow service and structure, which is frustrating. While the studio still maintains a generally clean and put-together appearance, there have been multiple price increases within less than six months. This constant change has started to make me lose trust in the establishment as a whole. On the upside, the customer service remains strong, and when the team is on point, the results are on point! I think I will give it a couple more visits to see if things improve before deciding if I need to search for a new cosmetics studio. There's potential here, but the inconsistency and rising prices are definitely concerns.

The lack of attention to detail and the attitude I received when I politely asked for a simple adjustment was incredibly unprofessional. I wasn't about to argue with someone who clearly didn't care about customer satisfaction, so I just left. If you care about your brows and expect a threader to actually listen to what you ask for, I wouldn't recommend this place. I'm still on the hunt for a good threading spot because this was not it.

Cristina, greeted me warmly in her newly opened salon and readily accepted me as a walk-in after quoted me a very fair price. Her shampoo skills were light on the touch, but she took her time and the chaise lounge chair was very comfortable. She told me about her 10+ years experience as a hair stylist and proceeded to give me a wonderful cut and style. She took her time, was very thorough and precise. I could tell she was a pro! I asked for suggestions on bangs and she gave a stellar recommendation which we tried; and I am so happy for it. I walked out feeling like a million bucks without even having to empty my wallet. Her prices are so reasonable and her consultation was helpful. I also liked the fact that she didn't push product, extra services or ask for my contact information. Everything was straight and easy.
