I called them mid day on a weekday just to inquire about hours and pricing. They answer the phone right away and was very forthcoming on pricing and what to expect. When I got to the shop the owner wasn't there however his dad was, and he was also very friendly and helpful. It seems the owner was called on a job so he had to run out but would be back soon. Luckily, what I needed was a key cut, I brought in my own blank key. And his dad was able to help me right away. He cut the key right in front me and I was done in 5 minutes. Perfect job! Came here for them to cut a key. Just a simple basic cut! I have a 2005 Toyota Highlander. I bought a blank key off eBay for $9.15 and had Hieu cut it. Then I programmed it myself to my car (YouTube). He charges $5 for cutting. And $30 to program the key but you can program it urself (as stated above). Lost both sets of my keys, had another locksmith make me a new set in March. Right away I felt that the buttons were jamming but figured they might loosen in time. A few months later realized they wouldn't open my glove compartment box either. (My logic was that I drive a Honda CRV and every locksmith should know how to make a replacement set of Honda keys) A week ago the buttons stopped working altogether, tried the battery change and everything. Took them to Hieu, and honestly didn't provide a lot of context upfront. Had a new set for me within 15 minutes. Initially he couldn't figure out the glove box issue, but after chatting for an additional 30 seconds he realized the issue and took another 5 min to tweak the new sets of keys to be fully functioning for my glovebox as well.
