He was very diligent and didn't cut corners. He spent so~ much time trouble-shooting iteratively and getting it fixed the right way while helpfully keeping me in the loop. I think most other plumbers would've just given up after a while and told me to just fix it another way at a much higher price. Had a few rounds of horrible and expensive plumbing and sewage pipe repairs that even involved with City of San Jose. First two plumbing companies dragged the pipe leak issues for over two months, delay after delay, and faked that they fixed the problems at the end only to have the same issue came back about a month later. Final we were lucky to find Hightop Plumbing. Worked with the owner and team. A three-month major sewage issue was solved within 5-day with much saving. Takai saved our Christmas! He was available during Christmas Eve and dropped everything to come and fix the backup at the drain pipe connecting to the kitchen sink. We recently had our water heater replaced through Hightop Plumbing. Takai did an amazing job. He showed up right when he said he would, got the entire job done quicker then we thought it would be, and took the time to explain to us where everything was and how to turn the new heater off.
