I work at a neighboring school district, and I like to buy donuts for my students as a treat. Unfortunately, my last two visits to HiHi Donut have been very disappointing. I clearly ordered three dozen donuts -- one dozen glazed, one dozen maple, and one dozen chocolate. Even after correcting the worker twice, they still packed the order incorrectly. Instead of giving me full dozens of each flavor, they put one of each in each box and filled the rest with assorted donuts that my students don't even eat. There were other customers waiting, and I didn't want to make everyone wait even longer by asking them a third time, so I just took the order as it was. I spent over $60 on donuts for my kids, only to receive something completely different from what I ordered. After two frustrating experiences and wasted money, I will no longer be coming here for donuts.

Writing this to applaud the service and composure the girl had working this Friday morning. I went around 630 am. I ordered what's in the picture!! Was very impressed with the fresh orange juice. Tasted delicious. Also the Chai. Donuts were fresh and fun flavors available. My coworkers loved them. She worked extremely well under pressure and was very nice to every customer.

Just walking into the place, it could definitely use a total makeover. You got staff cooking on a flattop from my kitchen in the 70s. The donuts are oily and taste like chemicals. Old oil? My XL donut was supposed to be cinnamon, but it was filled with apple. Just a bad experience for $2.60.

I've driven by this spot 100 times, but today we decided to stop! My wife frowns at any donut purchases, but my daughter decided today was donut Sunday. We were in for a wicked treat. When we picked the cereal and cookie donuts, we had no idea that they would put all of the ingredients on fresh!! This is my new go to place for fancy donuts. DON'T tell my wife!

Hi Hi Donuts was great - we ended up going a little later in the morning so the assortment was running out but that just tells me it is THAT good! I wanted to try their breakfast sandwiches but ran out of time so grabbed a quick donut and coffee and jetted out. It feels busy when you walk in but it's ok. It's not really a place I would go and hang and do some work in, but I don't think that was their intention with it. We ordered a Vanilla Sprinkle donut and Blueberry cake. It was delicious!

Is it hee hee or high high? Either way, it's a good time. Tables, counters, and floors were clean and everything seemed organized. Restaurant temperature was just right and decor was quaint, diner-esque. Steady flow of customers coming and going. Parking lot was in okay condition and easy to navigate. Staff was friendly, attentive, organized, and urgent. Appearance was casual and clean. Donut bread is phenomenal, so light and not too sweet. Ham and Cheese Croissant was tasty, had a good amount of ham and cheese, flaky, and they even heat it up for you. Jelly Donut was packed with jelly which was flavorful and didn't taste artificial. Cinnamon Roll could've had more cinnamon, but had the perfect amount of glaze. Overall, worth the price. Next time, I want to try a different savory sandwich, a different donut, and maybe a boba drink. Thank you Hi Hi Donuts!

The flavor was vibrant, crisp, and incredibly refreshing, with the perfect balance of natural sweetness and fragrant lychee. It wasn't overly sugary or artificial tasting, which I really appreciated. Every sip was smooth, light, and bursting with flavor--it was one of those drinks that's gone before you know it because it's just that good. The staff was friendly, my order came out quickly, and the overall experience was seamless. It's always refreshing to find a tea shop that delivers both quality and consistency. I'll definitely be back to work my way through more of their menu, but the lychee tea has already set the bar pretty high. If you're in the area and looking for a refreshing handcrafted drink, this spot is absolutely worth the visit.

(they were out of regular boba) We also ordered two of the candied fruit sticks and paid about $24 in total. We went inside to wait and the inside looked very dirty. The floors were sticky and we saw a dead bug by the window. There were no tables to sit at so we just stood there. The drinks were just meh as I've had way better milk teas at other places. The two tweens came back a few minutes later with their real order. the manager or team member presented them with A BILL FOR THREE DRINKS. She refused to take it off the bill and forced children to choose paying the whole thing or walking out. I wasn't going to stand for it but the other tween (not the one who was taking about it originally) insisted they'd buy both their drink and the unwanted drink anyway (to try something new) even though they didn't want it. Not my kid and their parent was okay with it so whatever I guess. I didn't say anything bad but the first tween who went through the process of thinking out loud, watching the whole ordeal and how their friend handled the situation felt it was fine but also the shop manager/team member was rude and the other employees there were compliant with this poor behavior and doesn't want to go back.
