The service department was just plain bad. I will say they did mention they, like many companies, were struggling with staffing due to COVID but all of the issues cannot be explained by that. Try to take my Jeep in for emergence of the "death wobble" and electric issues...can't get an appointment for 3 weeks. Problems started prior to 36,000 miles but three weeks later its over the warranty threshold. I mention this to my service representative says there is nothing they can do have to talk to Jeep corporate. Diagnose problem say they will order the part but have to pay for part now for them to order it. Contact Jeep corporate and am told the dealership can do a goodwill repair but not if I have already paid this was never mentioned at my appointment. Told I will receive a call when part comes in should be next week. Call back in a week, told part not there, call back the next week told part not there. I reach out to Jeep corporate who contacts dealership turns out part has been at the dealership two days after our first appointment just sitting there. Nobody ever called, I had to call the dealership and convince them they had the part. Apparently they had mixed me up with another customer in their system. Service could not get the Jeep back in for 2 weeks due to staffing issues. Finally get the Jeep in, told it should take 1 day. Called at 5 pm to be told the bolts somehow got messed up and they would have to order new ones and the Jeep wouldn't be ready until the next day. Assured it would be done first thing, finally contacted service at 3:50pm and told Jeep should be ready in an hour. Got on the interstate after the repair "death wobble" comes back but worse. So it took over two months many phone calls and headaches and I am out over $1500 and still have to get the Jeep fixed. Beyond frustrating and disappointing. read more
