They checked my car, gave me a quote and provided feedback regarding what the car actually needs. I spoke to my brother and went to another repair shop where they priced it much higher. So the following few days I called back to bring in my car for service. Craig reassured me that the brakes were not issue but other issues would be the issue and make the car unsafe to drive. They were kind enough to lend me a loaner car for the weekend, and to my surprise, I got a call Friday evening that my car was ready for a pick up! The whole team was super friendly, it's a family owned business and it shows. They have me a clear itemized breakdown of everything that needed work, no pressure or upselling and were very accommodating throughout the process. I originally didn't plan on changing the diff fluid, but Rei recommended doing it while the car was already there and explained why it was a good idea. I'm glad I went ahead with it. They also took the time to inspect my front struts while the car was there and let me know they're starting to go and should be replaced soon. I appreciated them pointing that out and explaining it instead of just ignoring it. Their pricing was fair too, especially after getting quotes from a couple other places. The whole process was smooth and the car honestly feels better driving now. Definitely a shop I'd come back to and would recommend if you need work done on your car.

They took what was the tired 13-year-old Fiat coupe with 69,000 miles on it. And they basically turned it into a new vehicle that has 2500 miles on the tires up restoration. Consumables were replaced, marginal items were replaced, new rubber and tuning the engine and the drivetrain. And because they did such a fantastic job it made sense for us to continue forward we had the interior redone and a European retrofitted screen that's actually built for the Fiat 500s. Wouldn't have done that if the work didn't turn out as good as it did. Just took it in the other week for an annual physical. One of the senior guys drove my car in to the facility and he said "she's got something knocking under there". (Nothing I ever heard but guess what? he hit it right on the head. And even that was under the warranty for the work that they had done. I would also add if it wasn't covered the price that was going to appear on the invoice was minuscule for parts and labor no arguments! The hell with comfort I'm driving it out to California to see my daughter this year! I believe the $$$ tab came just slightly over the Blue book value of the car. I couldn't be more thrilled. We talked about a lot of things here a lot of work that's been done on this car please if you have questions talk to them they'll welcome your inquiry and I don't want to mislead anyone. BEWARE!!…read more my car died at the car wash and these guys were right next door, they told me my alternator is dead and that the battery harness needs to be changed. these guys charged me 1350 for a simple alternator change (WHICH WAS NOT NEEDED) then when I told him absolutely not that it's insane for that price, the guy "moe" or something, got super bummed out and said "you have to pay diagnostic fee -$250. I said "WHAT?!" This guy just checked it for probably 45ms and decided to still milk me after I told him no, then he calls me back 40m later saying he found a cheaper part for $900, embarrassing. My car died right there in the car wash when it happened so I felt like I had no choice. I just bite the bullet and paid him $200, plus a 10% fee for using card, very embarrassing. DO NOT GO HERE, THESE GUYS WILL RIP YOU OFF. Oh and I also got the car fixed by just cleaning my battery harness, no alternator changed needed.
