A month ago (November 13), I had the worst experience of my travel history. I'm a travel consultant/influencer and have dealt with many hotels over the last 7 years. I observe many hotels as part of my work (noting poor customer service and cleanliness concerns, so the companies can improve), but this stay, I had a reservation because I had a physical therapy appointment the following day in Cranston, RI, for my neurological and neck injuries, which I had to cancel and was charged $100, because I was kicked out of the hotel, by a maintenance worker, because I observed the following negligence - 3 rooms, 4th floor, 9th floor, 6th floor, all rooms had bedbugs and musty odors (which also indicates bedbugs). Providence Hilton management/workers continue to deny/lie about these claims, despite my seeing the bedbugs under my iPhone magnifier, running over a live bedbug with an iron, causing blood to squish out of it. As well as a Hilton GM from another property confirming it. Also 2 out of the 3 elevators were broken, and the one that was running was an expired license (which was reported to the chief inspector of the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training, as well as the City of Providence Mayor's Office and the Providence Inspections and Standards for the unsanitary conditions.) After I came down from the first room, the woman at the front desk said, "This is the first time I'm hearing about this," which is an odd response, also both maintenance workers had smug looks on their faces. The 2nd time I came down from the other room, the woman at the desk said, "Those aren't our sheets." Really? What kind of a defense is that? In an email management lied - Additionally, we reviewed the photos you provided, and while we appreciate you sharing them, some appear to depict details that don't match our property. - They're the mattress pads/toppers! - And then she went on to say, "I don't think you took those photos today." They are timestamped. While in the 3rd room, the maintenance guy barged in and said, "I just called the police on you, you're going to have to leave!" Wow! That's beyond unprofessional and defensive. He knew I caught many violations and decided to intimidate me into leaving. I waited for the police to arrive and he admitted he never even called them. I'm disabled and autistic and walking around Providence, in the dark (I don't see well in the dark), with my forearm crutch, was a very scary situation. The next morning I woke up with a bedbug bite on my right foot. I have never been treated so badly. Providence Hilton/The Prociccanti Group needs to be held accountable for their actions. I find it incredibly insulting for them to continue to deny and gaslight what happened. It's a slap in the face. I know what happened. I'm experiencing PTSD because of all this. Another manager lied saying I wasn't charged (I was!) I attached the invoice they sent and my bank statement. Was it worth it to lie, deny, intimidate, etc? Consumers have more power than you realize. I will never stay at another Hilton property. You didn't just lose me, you lost all my followers online now and in the future! read more

This hotel was very disappointing for a Hilton! It was very outdated the lobby was not clean, the whole place smelled like carpet freshener overkill! The room we were in was so so unbearably hot we had to keep our door open to let cooler air from the hallway in! I had a migraine the entire weekend from the heat! All of our asthma was so bad! Come to find out the entire hotel was that hot and no way to control temp for each room! For my troubles they have me free parking! No discount or refund at all! This Hotel falls right in the middle for me.....not great, but by no means bad. Pros: -Great location! I stayed at this hotel in September of 2017 while attending an event at the nearby Rhode Island Convention Center. Now, when I say "nearby" I don't mean you have to drive five minutes. I mean you step out, go around the corner and cross the street and there you are. The Hilton Providence is also located near a mall that features restaurants and a Nordstram's. There is also a CVS in walking distance. If you are taking a train in, the cab ride is all of 5-10 minutes. If you're up for a nice walk or jog there are some nice gastropubs not too far away towards the university (ask the front desk). Most of what the Hilton has to offer is pretty standard. There is a small business center in the lobby, a bar/restaurant to the side and the room I stayed in had a king sized bed, a desk to work at and a nice sized closet and bathroom. The televisions feature several ports to hook up a game system or laptop if you wish. Service was excellent and I was very pleased that my room was ready for me even though I arrived early. During the event I attended I wound up purchasing several items and I needed boxes, tape and other such supplies. The folks at the front desk were *absolutely amazing* in helping me. I mainly dealt with Daniel and Celeste and they were like the dynamic duo of customer service. HUGE shout out to them for helping me get a Fedex box ready and coming up with packing material. They were also kind enough to hold my bags for a couple hours after I checked out. The gym and pool are relatively small compared to those at other hotels, but still they will do in a pinch. If I attend another event at the RI Convention center I'll definitely be aiming to get a room at this hotel! read more

Stayed here for a night for a concert and thought it was an AOK experience. The beds were comfortable, the wifi was free and the location was good. The shower was fine too. I don't really have anything bad to say about the hotel -- it's comfortable and fine, but price/value isn't the best and nothing about it really sticks out as superb. Unless booking with points, I'd probably skip it for something else, personally, but I'm not that enamored or loyal to the brand. read more

We stayed for two nights and it was two nights too long. The room had one full size towel, no extra TP, and mold on shower curtain. The curtain was so old the light streaked through. In need of an upgrade. The parking garage was awful if you drive anything bigger than a smart car and cost a lot. read more

I did not receive my bags from the airport so They were delivered to the hotel and the hotel agent told me that my bags were not there and they were there for two days. I had to drive to Boston, which was an hour away for them to tell me that they delivered my bags to the hotel very disappointed. I had to buy clothes and spend extra money that I didn't anticipate. When I did come back to the hotel the next morning, I went downstairs to talk to the on-site manager by the name of Mara. She assured me she would contact me to let me know the specifics of my situation and she never did upon arriving in departing I was greeted by Angelica the front desk agent. She was very rude, and she wasn't welcoming. I was very disappointed withmy whole stay. And for the final finale once I checked out, I will serve by Angelica once again she did not say thank you and have a good day and thanks for coming. She said nothing gave me my receipt and walked away. read more

The first thing that we hear when we get to the front desk is that the air conditioner "might not" be working. Indeed it is barely working; it is July 28 and we are paying well over $300 for a room. It is unacceptable in a large city in the middle of summer and a Hilton hotel. It is not surprising however, because this hotel has absolutely no amenities, it has no bar which doesn't make or break it - but even when you go into the snack area that they provide- It is one of the least attractive or substantial areas in any hotel that I have seen. They have an ice cream freezer. It has very few of the choices they advertise. It looks as though it hasn't been filled in days. Some uncomfortable furniture in the lobby with a lot of rubber plants . The only thing to suspect about this hotel is they aren't putting money in it because they're trying to close it down. There's no excuse for the way it is . As I was going to the eighth floor a woman was trying to push the 12th floor and we could not get it to light up. We were joking that that is why the Hilton's have so much money. But it's not funny when you're paying to stay in a place like this. It's an imposing hotel in a busy area and someone needs to do better. read more

Although the hotel seemed nice, the bed was actually wet. Staff came in and changed the bedding but the bed was still extremely damp. This was not being picky - how can one sleep on a wet bed??? This was after 10 pm and were told no other rooms were available. Asked front desk to find a room for us at another Hilton but were told a manager is not on staff at night so that was not an option. Left hotel at that time with our son and thankfully found a room at nearby Garden Inn. Unfortunately, this room was more expensive than the room we had at Hilton Providence. The next day, the manager at the Hilton providence found an available room so our second night was back at that hotel. Hilton refuses to refund the money for the Hilton garden inn because they said we had no issues at that location so now we were stuck paying for a more expensive room, had to move to another hotel late at night and then check back out and return to the original hotel the following day. We are EXTREMELY frequent patrons of Hilton hotels, including five stays in different cities literally within the last MONTH. Hilton still refuses to refund our money. We stayed in room 805 and don't like to get free stuff for complaining so we just make others aware things are. Stayed for the Tulip Festival and chose the Hilton Providence for our daughter because it had a pool. Come to find out corporate closed it due to COVID when almost every state in the union has opened all business back to normal operations. This was never posted on their website and we would have never chose this hotel if we knew about this policy. The bedsheets were torn in the room. There was piss all over the back of the toilet making it smell like an oldfolks home. I cleaned it with a bar of soap. The faucet faceplate was falling off and the shower was lukewarm. There were 3 towels and one washcloth. For the price, for a Hilton, this should never have gotten this way. This shows that the general manager needs to be removed or retrained. You should avoid this place if you want value for your money. read more

Super convenient location, near the highway and lots of restaurants. They even have their own restaurant inside for people that don't want to explore (or if it's raining like it was when I was there). The sucky part is that they charge $25 for parking. I tried to find another parking lot nearby but they didn't offer overnight parking and/or I didn't want to travel too far from the hotel because it was raining so I ended up parking there even though I didn't want to. What's up with the bottled water situation? Lately, every Hilton that I've been going to, I have to ASK for my bottles of water. We should be getting them at check-in if we're a Hilton member. I only stayed here one night but I did not feel great about it. First thing we noticed was our bathroom's toilet paper roll was 1/2 used. There were no extra rolls available in our room. We had to go ask for one. A bit of a red flag. Like if you didn't change the toilet paper roll...did you change the sheets ? There was no television service. We were not told this upon check in. We found out when we called down to the front desk to say we must not be doing something right. They said a storm knocked the satellite out. It was never fixed before we left. The restaurant is not open for breakfast. They tell you to go Nextdoor to Starbucks. Which I did. No one offered any apologies for any of this. I would stay elsewhere. read more

I stayed at this place for 3 nights back in June, and let me just say that is is probably the best value hotel in Providence. I only paid about $55 a night thanks to Priceline! I don't know why front desk people can be asses sometimes when they realize you booked online. Do they seriously believe that the general public will remain stupid and keep booking rooms on their website for much more? The rooms were very nice (though a bit small). Each one had a plasma TV and a nice, deep bathtub. Yes, the staff was a bit arrogant and slow in general, but I did eventually get everything I wanted so that was a plus. Another plus was that the Providence Place Mall was a 5 minute walk away. This hotel gets negative props for not having Shula's and Starbucks open late. I stayed here for a conference and the hotel itself was fine; but it was nothing special either. I wouldn't stay here again. There were a number of things that I just didn't like. Rickety elevators... After checking in I walked over to the elevator bank. The elevator on the far right arrived and three other people and I boarded. As soon as the doors closed the car started shaking, really violently shaking! Needless to say, thank god those doors opened and we got the hell out of there. The next morning I pressed the down button the 3rd floor, got on, and the elevator sent me all the way up to the top (14th) floor... it was stairs only for me after that. Crappy Wi-Fi... Look, I'm not going to be that guy that whines that you want to charge me 10 bucks to use the Wi-Fi. I get that... but if you're going to advertise it as a 24-hour subscription, don't reset the clock at midnight! In other words, if I check in at 6pm, I should be able to use the internet the next morning before I check out, right? Nope. They hit you up twice in the same 24 hour period, and that's pretty lame. Cigarette smoke... I reserved a non-smoking room, which they did give me, in fairness. However, what genius decided it would be a good idea to put smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms on the same floor? The hallway reeked, including right outside of my room, and the scent of whatever they use to try to cover up the cigarette smell was just overpowering. read more

If you're staying in DT providence, and want to earn points with a major chain, this is where you need to be. I booked here following my awful experience at the Westin Providence... and after the first week I must say that this Hilton has been a breath of fresh air!! As far as location it has been great... There is a full service starbucks on the ground level, and the property is literally right on the ramp to get on the 95 freeway... It's maybe two blocks further from most of the nightlife than the Westin - meh, worth the walk :D The staff, particularly the door/valet crew have been awesome. Earlier in the week I needed to get to a liquor store before hitting a party @ Brown, I had already had a few at the bar, so Jeff the Bell Captain drove me out to a liquor store, then in the opposite direction and across the river to the party... He even gave me his number in case I needed a ride back to the hotel later... stellar guy! Then, as I was checking out this morning, I was pulling my bags behind me and about to head outside to hit the starbucks, when Manny asks me where I'm going - "Leave the bags here, you got keys?" - When I came back they had my car at the door, with the bags loaded and the heat cranked. Nice touch gentlemen! The breakfast is pretty decent too - get in on some smoked salmon and scrambled eggs!! My only complaint would be no bottled water in the room... and as someone else said there are no suites, so don't go expecting an upgrade for your triple diamond status... read more

I should have looked at the reviews ahead of time but I thought Hilton had standards for their hotels. For the amount of money I am spending one would think the hotel would be great! Not at all. Terrible customer service at the front desk. The women was having a phone conversation with I am assuming a coworker. Then my hotel room didn't have a tv cable so had to call to get one. Had to call twice because 'they forgot' about me' quoted the front desk employee. Wasted 50 mins waiting for one. Then tried to shower only for the shower head to spit water everywhere including all over the bathroom. Tub doesn't drain even after 24 hours, tub was still filled with water. Im guessing the housekeepers don't really clean the bathtub or shower otherwise they would have seen all this before guests check in. The bottom outlet works in the bathroom but not the top so that's probably a fire hazard. Wall paper is coming off. Looks like they threw a fridge in here but no microwave. The hotel seems quite unsafe as anyone can come into the elevator and go to any floor without a key. One elevator doesn't even have a key swipe the other one has a key swipe but looks broken. Parking is a rip off at 27 bucks a day. The front desk called the 2nd afternoon to make sure my tv was fixed. I told them about the other issues and manager told me I could change rooms but I was already checking out in less an 12 hours so why bother. They did comp me one night me one night and are apparently giving me points. There are other quality hotels in the area for the same price, stay there! read more

Solidly standard hotel, with above superior customer service. Let me be honest, I wasn't impressed with my room overall. Comfy bed with cushy sheets/topper...check, clean bathroom & shower...check, desk...check, leather chair...check, tv... check. My issue is that is room does not have a fridge or a microwave. Who doesn't have that now days??? It's 2018, come on Hilton. That literally is my only complaint. Their customer service was on point though. Always helpful, offered free water whenever possible, held my bags when I needed it. The staff was younge, but wonderful! I would return, I just want a fridge and microwave lol. read more

We stayed here for two nights a few weekends ago. I got a great rate that included parking and breakfast (impressive - not just cereal and pastry) and was pretty happy. The bed was seriously hardcore comfortable. My husband and I commented to each other several times how awesome it was. Unfortunately, we had our six year-old with us so it was kind of hard to lay around all day in bed. Also unfortunate was the cold crap weather that weekend because I would have liked to walk around a little, to burn off some of the pound of bacon I ate at breakfast. The only thing I would say that needs a little work at this hotel is the pool/gym area. The pool is super-tiny and looks a little dingy and the gym is small. read more

I stayed here from 6-26-6-29-21 with my adult son. Even though I requested a fridge in advance, I could not get one until the afternoon on 6/27/21. The hotel was 135.00 a night plus tax. Most hotels at this price point come with a small fridge and microwave, but this is not where the problems end. The sheets smelled burnt; the table looked like it was gnawed on, and the bathroom reeked of body odor, not to mention the tiling being so slick that you could easily do a header when the floor was wet. The closet and door adjoining rooms were old and unwelcomed surprises. The WIFI was mediocre, but the AC and cable were good. This hotel room should not be more than $100.00 a night. read more

Covid Consolidation; My review this time is a bit long but chock full of what I hope is worthy reading tips from our experience there. allowing at least a place to stay during these times. Room on 3rd floor - as 1 and 2 do not have guest rooms. The elevators pretty much worked. Except for the once that the door would not open and my son suggested to the security guard on board to hit a different floor and then go back again, which worked. No restaurant open, nor had we been informed of this by the reservationist who scheduled our non refundable reservation at this location. Ice access only on alternate Even numbered floors. No microwave for guest, only for security on 5. Housekeeping goes home after 5pm. Need a light bulb change, as we did, or some extra towels as other guest requested, go to front desk. No refrigerator in the room. We at least had a cooler for our drinks and leftovers from nearby restaurants along with the fresh uncooked ravioli at the store down on Atwell. RIDICULOUSLY HIGH PARKING COST FEES per night of 27.00. Yet, another thing you find out about, only when you get there. NO DIRECT RESERVATION ASSISTANCE AT THIS HOTEL- reservations call gets transferred to 800 corporate number. Then the rep, who answered our call **-, was not able to competently enough, tell us the correct information about the hotel or, properly, figure the cost of AAA, AARP, GI-(as this last one is more than the others)- or other discounts. He had to keep switching screens and figuring out the rates to a total time of 33 minutes later. Their entrance area has a non-working revolving door. With the current attention to touching less things if it worked on sensors people would not likely be touching it as much. and one must use the small side door or handicap door for entrance and exit. The prices ranges, of course there are fees and taxes and they add a 50 dollar a day hold on your charge card, which tallies for cost, or drops off at the end. So, do not be surprised when you see the charge amount upon swiping the card. So! why would I rate 4 instead of 3 stars? Besides, Jennifer at front is very understanding and did what she could to help, - The Location: property is close to the place we were visiting. Atwell is a wonderful street, with a Park, restaurants, shoe stores, ravioli stores, and the like, in walking distance and it and the hotel are near the parkway, even with the horrid construction and delays on the roads, these things were in walking distance from the hotel. Seems the restaurants on the weekends close the streets with outdoor seating access to them as well. The room was of adequate size, beds satisfactorily comfortable, toilets worked well, and bathroom adequately clean. Also, the smell of what they used was so pungent that it caused headaches and eased as the days went on. The Maid in the Saturday afternoon shift was also kind and helpful. We had gotten late-check-out for two o'clock per the man who took reservations claiming it was an AARP courtesy, yet at one o'clock pm, entrance to the door was not available and we had to get staff to let us in. Really unacceptable here as it was scheduled, and key cards should have worked. (noting this has happened to us at other hotels in the past) The prior original reservationist had scheduled us to Pawtucket claiming it 4 miles away. We canceled that location from the pleasant and professional man named Chris who is the person at the front desk there. This delay was stressful and time consuming, because of the traffic and delays on 95. When the GPS said we were there, we did not see the hotel. The GPS did not bring us to 2 George Street for the attempted stay - seems we should have been told to put in Murphy's Law restaurant to take us to the correct side of George street. As, I had asked in the first call, what to put in the GPS, this would have been assisting to know beforehand. The Hilton did not allow transfer reservations. We had to cancel and then call the Hilton in Providence (via the number that took us to their corporate reservation contact as noted above) and make a new reservation at the other location. Would we go back to this specific location? Yes, as it was the closest to where we needed to be. read more

The Hilton in Providence is currently largely under construction. However please note that there has been zero interruption in great service. From the restaurant to the rooms to the elevator and front desk the hotel is running smoothly. I had breakfast this morning in the dining room and the omelet bar and Waffle stations were both manned by Victor. He is an amazing yes. And my server was a gentleman named algae. Also amazingly attentive and friendly like everyone else from the valet 2 the front desk. Highly recommend. read more

Hotel does not deserve 4 stars. It's a basic not entirely updated Hotel with average rooms, fairly clean. They price gouge which should reflect their credibility. Charged $1500 for three nights over Memorial Day. They don't even bring clean towels or get garbage let alone make up rooms - then have the nerve to charge $29 for parking for each day you are there. Usually stay at the Hilton garden in Providence which is much better but was booked. Very over rated. Do not recommend. read more

Never have we ever had a better experience at a hotel than we did here at the Hilton. The hotel was clean, located very centrally with easy access to the highway and only about a .5 mile walk right into Federal Hill. Parking was one of the most convenient we've had, for only $25 you can park right in the lot attached to the building. Validating your ticket is very simple, easy and for only $3 more, you can opt-into valet. We decided to stay at the Hilton for our 3 year anniversary because of its great prices and easy location. While checking in, Carolyn, the sweet girl working the front desk, was extremely accommodating; she got us into our room almost 3 hours prior to their traditional check-in time. A few hours after checking in, she even called up to the room to make sure everything was ready to go for us when we arrived and to ask if there was anything we needed. It was clear that she was aiming to provide us with an excellent first experience. Later that evening, we had left to get dinner and came back to find that Carolyn had left us a card congratulating us on our anniversary, along with a bottle of champagne on ice, and a cheese and fruit platter!! We were so surprised and excited to find the personable gift she left for us. Truly an exceptional experience. The rooms were also generously sized, very tidy, and offered a great view overlooking Providence. Unfortunately, at 11:53PM yesterday evening the system was down when we arrived as we walk in. Front desk mentioned we should book online and that there are rooms are available. I had difficulty since the booking went past 12AM, so we changed the dates. I booked for Sunday to Monday. Front desk stated we are not able to check in until 4PM. (I have done walk ins before where I get the room right away which is only for a night sleep). She states she is unable to cancel the reservation since we booked through Expedia which I understand, but it could have been a courtesy to tell us don't book if we can't stay until 4PM. We called another hotel afterwards and Marriott was able to take us as a walk in. She was nice and gave us a discount since rooms are available to book. read more

I was in Providence for the first time for a business trip. Decided to stay at a Hilton given my Hilton Honors status to continue earning points. Check-in was made as brief as humanly possible. The representative seemed annoyed that I have arrived and wanted to get rid of me as soon as she can. It's not like I enjoy making small talk, but it leaves a poor taste in your mouth when you're treated poorly upon arrival. The whole hotel seems outdated, but clean. My room was very spacious - a nice seating area, desk with a pull-out table, and a clean bathroom. My room also had a fridge and a microwave. Both looked like they didn't really belong in the room; merely placed for convenience. The A/C is really cold, but if you don't turn it on, the whole room can feel very damp and uncomfortable. The TV is placed at an odd angle and doesn't swivel at all. If you sit to watch TV from the couch, you don't see much. If you watch TV from the bed, you're almost too far and there's a glare from the lamps. Not very well-thought out interior design. I ordered room service quite a bit because I was mostly working and didn't get to explore the area too much. Food is actually decent. I ordered braised pot roast (very good), clam chowder (surprisingly good despite the pink hue), cheesecake (so-so), and a burger (beef patty was so overly burnt), calamari (avoid). I also ordered breakfast - nothing too exciting, pretty standard. The waiters that bring up the food are probably the nicest people you will come in contact with at this hotel. Starbucks is conveniently located down the sidewalk from the hotel entrance, but they do close at 5 or 6pm. If I thought checking in was terse, then checking out may as well be via a robot. She asked questions faster than I could answer them, as though she already knew what my answers would be. Overall, it's not the worst hotel you could stay at but the customer service is definitely lacking. Not saying that all Hiltons are warm and fuzzy, but you can expect a certain level of professionalism. Sadly, that's not the case at this location. read more

TO the CEO of Hilton you must read this: On 8/21/21 we arrived at the Hilton Providence. From the moment we drove up, the property was dirty and run down, and not in the best area. It was gross. Already had that crappy vibe and the feeling IU don't want my family to say here. But, we went in anyway, I mean we had to, we had a reservation here. We went in. It was and an awful, run down, smelly, fleabag hotel. Just unworthy of a "4 star" rating and unworthy of the Hilton name. We checked in and the front desk was unfriendly and seriously had that bad vibe. We asked for 2 queens but they said they only have 2 doubles. Ok whatever. We got to our room, first, the hall way wreaked of smoke and death (no joke) and gnats were flying rampant. We used our key card to open the door, and it was not made up, TV still on the beds were a mess. In the time of COVID, they sent us to a room that was not even cleaned! We turned around and went to the front desk and said this hotel is not a Hilton and asked to just have our money back and wanted to get the hell outta there. They never apologized but just stared at us as if they "just knew" the condition of the hotel. They knew. It was seriously like we were in a "hotel nightmares" show waiting for the hidden cameras to pop out and say surprise you are on "Hidden Hotel Nightmares." We waited to talk to the manager but she was of no help. We walked out and decided to just take is up with our credit card company. We found a beautiful hotel just a couple of blocks away, in a much nicer area, and was 5 star worthy called "The Graduate Hotel." The Graduate Hotel had seasoned customer service people helping us and the rooms and the entire property was impeccable. Please, never ever stay at this Hilton for those of you reading this review. DONT even bother. Valet service was terrible. They left my car lights on and my car died and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault and that I needed to figure it out myself! Someone else had jumper cables, because valet did not, and helped me start my car. I called and asked them to comp me and they told me that they "unfortunately could not do that for me because then they would have to comp all other customers for the day." I even saw a car that had its tires stolen with bricks under it on my way out of the HILTON PARKING LOT where they keep ALL vehicles they valet. Try your luck. read more

Decor was depressing. Staff was sometimes (mostly) downright rude. Clearly don't care about their guests or their quality of customer service. Room was disturbing. No duvet cover. There was mold somewhere in the room - we were congested and lethargic all weekend. And we were there to WORK. Calling down to front desk was disappointing. Very cold and rude. Oh and the pool is tiny and sad and full of tourists at the best of times. I've stayed in nicer motels. This was a fucking joke. Thanks for robbing me of $600+. Everything felt like they made minimal effort. Cheap and not worth the money. It's also in a weird part of downtown. As someone who lived in Providence, lemme tell you - get an airbnb or stay at a boutique hotel. This place was just sad. read more

I've stayed at nicer 2-3 star chains, for 1/3 the price. The furniture in the room was pretty beat up. The "heated pool" is a joke, it's extremely tiny, maybe half a dozen people max could use it at once if just wading (5' max depth) and ice cold. No towels. Booking included free breakfast that actually cost $21 a person (for an omelet, I passed). Mystery stain on the bed. Parking garage is nearly pitch black. Staff were super friendly, though front desk was severely understaffed resulting in a very long wait to check in. It's fine as a Day's Inn esque hotel, but costs 3x more and by no means "5 star". Not worth it at all. The one thing I'll give it besides friendly staff is the location is very convenient. I wouldn't stay again unless there was some great sale price equivalent to the cheap chain it feels like. It's luxury in name only, feels shoddy. read more

Originally from Boston, stayed here because we had a comedy show at the Comedy Connection and it was close enough. When we checked in, I was informed they ran out of King Bed rooms so that was great. When we got off the elevator to our floor, it REEKED of cigarettes and ironically there was a giant "No Smoking" sign. The room was ok, wouldn't recommend or come back. read more

We stayed here overnight for James Taylor's concert, Friday, July 1st, and had a very enjoyable experience. The parking was straight forward, although $27/night. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a large flatscreen TV. One strange thing was we had to call the front desk to have a mini fridge delivered to our room. The hotel itself is about a five minute walk from the Dunkin' Donuts Center, where JT was performing, so going to events there or in the general area is super convenient. There is an on-site restaurant and bar where you can grab drinks before and after the show. You need to be patient with the bar service, because they are understaffed, but the head bartender was an outstanding young lady; who cranked out beverages wicked fast! Other people ordered food, which looked pretty good. We'll stay here again! read more
