Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The pool has no water in it. The rooms don't have refrigerators or microwaves. The bathroom has mold on the ceiling because there's no vent fan. Some people got stuck in one of only two functioning elevators for over an hour. Now there's only one working elevator for a 14 story building so you might have to wait 15-20 minutes for it. Went downstairs for a drink and it was served in a filthy glass with lipstick marks. I highly recommend you don't stay here! read more

Check-In was easy although perfunctory--any politeness felt forced. There were guests checking in next to us who had a problem with their reservation and the woman helping them was somewhat hostile. It was obvious the guests were wrong, but it was also very obvious that they rarely stayed at hotels and just weren't understanding. A little patience and kindness would have gone a long way. Room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping staff always greeted us when they saw us. Had a drink in the bar and it was busy, we were served in an acceptable amount of time, and bartender was pleasant. While using the "business center" in the lobby I had to listen to the front guest clerk argue with two other parties. She was antagonistic and just short of rude. Neither of the parties deserved the level of contempt offered to them. When I checked out I had a question about my folio. The same lady who had been curt to the other guests was incredibly rude to me. I travel 25% with my job and another 2-3 weeks a year on pleasure so it's not like I am "new." Her attitude soured my entire opinion of this hotel, and should I return to Providence I will almost 100% choose to stay somewhere else. read more

Things didn't go as smooth as we hoped but luckily the service helped make up for the shortfall of the hotel. We recently stayed at the property for a large competition being held at the Dunkin Donuts Center. Location is awesome - back door is literally steps away from the DDC. However, we had to switch rooms multiple times. Room #1 - Was 85 degrees and the system was broke. Room #2 - Was supposed to be for another guest and so right after unpacking for the 2nd time we had to move again Room #3 - Absolutely reeked. We instantly requested a new room. Room #4 - Sufficient but extremely worn. There was carpet tacks sticking out of the ground where it meets the tile. Didn't feel great to step on that early in the morning. Overall rooms and hotel seem very tired for being a full brand Hilton. We've stayed in nicer lower tier Hilton properties. Beds were horrible, water never stayed warm, etc.. HOWEVER, despite all of that... we lucked out and met Freddie B. at the front desk. He made sure to make up for the shortcomings, be extremely helpful, and help us to make the best of the situation. He truly was a class act and an amazing asset to the hotel. I'm a meeting planner by trade and know how important it is to some wonderful staff in creating a positive experience for customers. Three ice machines out of order..even one of the hotel staff commented "the building is broken" no extra blanket in the room, no fridge, charge for guest parking.old dated scratched furniture. Do NOT stay here during renovation. This was a hotel that's not great in the first place and now the lobby is torn up with construction and they HAVE NO RESTAURANT OR BAR. Frankly, if there were responsible they'd either close or at least put giant warnings up when you reserve. I don't know when the construction is over but I would not stay here until it is. read more

I dread sleeping in hotels. I am a light sleeper, I hear EVERY SINGLE NOISE. I could hear a feather moving in a pillow. I could ear an ant blinking. I could hear a...ok you get it. This is a GREAT hotel for sleeping! Hilton, you get FIVE STARS! You are so clean, you have really nice towels and left a good amount in our room for two people! THE BED. Oh, the bed and pillows you cradled me like a newborn baby all night long. A newborn baby that slept through the night, this NEVER HAPPENS! Speaking of newborn, I could have sworn I heard one crying in the next room but for some reason it didn't bother me. That also NEVER happens! Yeah the view is just the parking lot/road/etc and you can see Hasbro and cars driving around but the curtains were total blackout which is a great thing! Speaking of total blackout, I did have lots of drinks in Federal Hill that night so I am very grateful to those curtains (and those martinis)...I slept till almost 11 (checkout is at 11) and I normally never sleep in hotels but I always sleep in Hiltons. Must be that soft bed that is still supportive and comfy sheets, quiet all around! Oh and, you have really nice shower products. Peter Thomas Roth shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. I forgot to try the mouthwash but will next time! I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste and wanted to buy them in the little hotel store but I couldn't find any...asked the hotel desk and the nice girl gave me a nice oral B toothbrush and crest toothpaste. I was happy about that. Shula's restaurant is downstairs and we enjoyed that. Starbucks is just around the corner too. We stayed on the top floor and it was so quiet. I made sure to ask to go to a "quiet" room as I am a light sleeper. We were far away from the elevator and doors so that was good. I mean, we were next to all the other rooms but these doors don't SLAM like other hotel doors. Overall, I think I've found my go to hotel for my annual Providence trips. We used to stay at the Hotel Providence but I couldn't deal with sleeping next to a literal bell tower that would go off what seemed like every few minutes plus the neighborhood of that hotel was not very nice nor walking distance to Federal Hill. The location of this place and the comfort of the beds are BY FAR the best thing about this Hilton. Now. Having worked at a hotel, I had a problem with the service. The hotel was hosting a convention of very rowdy women during our stay. They were getting sloshed, running up and down the hallways, and having ragers in their rooms. When we complained at the front desk and asked to be moved, we were told that the rowdy women were on every floor, so moving wouldn't help. But they did have a zero-tolerance policy, and would NOT let the partying continue past 11pm. At 1:30am, after our third complaint (and many door slams from our neighbors who knew we had been complaining), we were moved to a room on a quiet floor with very few conventioneers-- was this room not available at check-in or when we first asked to be moved? The next morning, we went down to the restaurant for breakfast (included), but were greeted with blank stares when we asked where the complimentary service was after being handed menus with $15 omelets. They were supposed to give us vouchers (which we eventually got, but lost our table at the restaurant in the process). The hotel ended up comping our first night, thank goodness, but I would have rather paid and gotten a good night's sleep. read more

When you're going with a large chain hotel near the center of town, it can go two ways: either they have the ultra-new deluxe tower or a more beat-up dated location. The Hilton Providence is a bit more of the latter. So you have to consider the pluses. It's centrally located with easy access to downtown sites, the arena, the interstate, Starbucks around the corner, decent hotel restaurant (Shula's), etc. The staff was reasonable and the rooms were reasonably clean. The pluses are balanced by the negatives (thus three stars). It's downtown expensive. The rooms are a little small for what you're paying; you won't feel cramped, but it's small compared to the usual suburban Red Roof hotel room that you could get for $59. It's a little run-down. Parking is $21/day. No airport shuttle (I found this surprising for a large hotel chain in a decent-sized city). So staying here depends on what you're looking for. If you're staying in the downtown area, the convenience may trump everything else. If your trip does not have a lot of center town activities, I suspect there are better values out there. read more

NO FREE PARKING Now that we've got that out if the way let's get down to the business of Hilton providence. I'm a Hilton member. I'm a fan of all of their brands, even Hampton Inn. But this particular hotel was not special at all. The $25 parking was a turnoff, especially for gold members. Wifi is complimentary and there are the usual amenities that one may find at a Hilton. My room was half tile half carpet. The LG flat screen was at least 50 inches. The bathroom was fully stocked and clean. There isn't much to do in Providence so I'm guessing anyone that stays here during the week is here on business. So don't expect to find any restaurateurs or shopping within walking distance. My husband and I were gifted a weekend at this hotel by his brother. Absolutely loved our stay. Every single employee from the valet to the front desk personnel, the in-hotel restaurant to the housekeeping staff were friendly and always asking if there was something we needed or something they could do for us. I have yet to stay in a place where the staff was as friendly as they were here. There was a breakfast buffet included in our stay at the in-hotel restaurant and it was wonderful. While not an extensive selection there was more than enough to choose from and to satisfy, including made-to-order omelets and waffles. The staff there was also incredibly friendly and attentive. The only small nitpick was that they were understaffed both days and so it took a few times asking to get things like water or refills on coffee. We were on the Honors floor and had absolutely no issue with WiFi or noise. The room was clean and while perhaps not as large as I would have expected for a king room, it was very comfortable. A wrestling group was in for the weekend, and while there were slews of teen-aged boys roaming the halls, it was quiet and peaceful. read more

This was my first and only stay at Providence so far, so I can't compare it to any other hotels there... but it was GREAT! The Hilton had a very friendly and helpful staff who answered a number of our questions. The room itself was very very very clean and was equipped with the most comfortable pillows I've ever slept on, flat screen tv, the hotel's own line of bath products, and a hair dryer (among other ordinary things of course). They have their own steakhouse in the hotel, that we didn't attempt, and a Starbucks which was pretty convenient. My only and minor complaint is that the elevator wasn't working when we first got there, but it was fixed before we went out again so no big deal! read more

Staff was very helpful. My room's quality was the issue. The bed had shoe prints on the sheets. The duvet was missing from the down comforter. The down comforter was for a queen and didn't cover the whole bed. And kind of looked gross. The pillows were awful. No water in the room, not even for purchase if opened. read more

I gave one star for the young lady trying to make up for the horrible experience here. Arrived and had to change rooms as it was obviously not cleaned as we had the prior guests toothbrush and other personal toiletries in bathroom. We get everything moved to another room and again does not look clean. Found other persons toiletries. My teenager daughter almost used a towel that previous guest wrapped their dirty underwear in. That obviously was not taken out and put in new. Just gross. Didn't want to have to change again, so We requested to have our room cleaned. She came in and changed linen and put new towels. No cleaning done whatsoever. Shower was not cleaned, spots all over mirrors, hair all over floor showing no sweeping/mopping. Queen beds were actually fulls. Wall paper peeling off everywhere. She reimbursed parking for our stay and gave food vouchers. Food was ok decent but got cold quick. Only perk is location. This is supposed to be a Hilton and it was not to Hilton standards. So disappointed. Don't waste your money. I enclosed a pic of the shower handle you hold onto to get in and out. Disgusting! Need new cleaning personnel or retrain them. Hilton Providence proved to be a great stay in a wonderful town. One of the nicer Hilton Properties I have stayed at in the recent years. The rooms were very clean, staff was friendly, and the location is perfect. If you walk behind the hotel you get to the mall, and up the hill is the Little Italy area. I read many reviews on here about the charging for parking. People, the hotel is in the middle of downtown. What do you think is going to happen? Notice the people who complained also stated they got a great deal on Priceline. Figures. The workout center had new equipment and was very clean. They had a worker cleaning the machines which showed they have some sanitary priorities. The pool was a bit small, but would get the job down if needed. Attached was a Shulas 347 which I passed on. (Never have been to a good Shulas). Many bars and restaurants within walking or short cab distance. If you get a nice day take a walk and explore. Enjoy! read more

I stayed 3 nights at the Hilton in Providence and was extremely happy with the service and location of the hotel. My daughter and I went to our favorite Oyster Bar and to my dismay, I had an allergic reaction to what was most likely shell fish. The staff went over and above being helpful in a very uncomfortable situation. They brought me Benadryl(which they didn't carry in the store so went off property to buy at local drug store), Sleepy Time Tea, Ginger Ale, ice and crackers. Also, the location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and right across the bridge to Federal Hill. I will definitely return to the Hilton Providence! read more

All I can say is when I booked my stay in August of 2011 I erroneously forgot to check into daily parking fees. Much to my surprise the daily parking fees in sum exceeded the total cost of my 7 day stay. That said, the hotel and parking staff were the absolute MOST ACCOMMODATING and UNDERSTANDING group of people I have EVER worked with. They gave me a reduced daily rate because of how long I was staying. That being said, I will be staying at this hotel again come August 2012 -- and made sure to select a package that includes parking as part of the fee. The hotel is located conveniently close to great eateries in Little Italy and is walking distance to the start line for the Rhode Island Half Marathon. Happy camper, here! read more

This was one of my few stays of the year that was personal instead of business. Hotel is in a good location walking distance to the mall and most of downtown. It's right off the highway and easy to get to. Shula's is in the hotel (had breadfast at Shula's and ordered room service - solid on both counts). The rooms are standard Hilton and the service was above average (even on New Year's Eve when I stayed). One negative is that the fitness room is crap - if you stay at a Hilton's often you expect a mini-Precor fitness oasis at every Hilton. They come up way short here. On this same trip, I did get to check out the Westin and would say that if you're in town for R&R and think the Providence Place Mall is going to be part of that, the Westin is probably a better option because it's connected to the mall. Also, the views from the Westin are superior to the Hilton (saw both sides of the Hilton). read more

It's like the Red Lobster of hotels. Fancy image/marketing. Crap product. Sheets & towels feel like sand paper. They try to squeeze every last dollar for everything! Surprised there was no extra charge to use the bathroom or use their (sand paper) sheets and pillows. Their, tiny, pool had a horrible stench. Actually was closed due to some hazard warning. The porters give horrible direction. After changing his mind 3 times he gave directions to the restaurant i needed to get to, which i followed and wound up in the totally wrong way a 20 min walk from where the actual restaurant was. Wanted to catch up on the news but there only like 10 channels on the TV. CNN, FOX, MSNBC, CSPAN... are not part of it. Their paid movies are $18! That almost twice a movie theather! No guest laundry. Instead there a SMALL bag YOU have to drop off at the front desk by 9am to get back by 6pm. It's extremely expensive! on the price list it says $2.25 to clear a pair of socks. The overpriced and super generic restaurant is not even worth the walk from the elevators to there. You have to exit the hotel and walk around it to get to the Startbucks. Bad location with a very poor view. Pay a bit more for the Biltomore or some B&B. Avoid this read more

Despite some of the negative reviews here, I had an excellent stay here. Got a great deal on Priceline for a night. We caught a free WBRU concert at Waterplace Park (never again!-too hot to deal with teen hipsters who try SO hard to dress like us 80/90s kids) Quick walk to the mall and close to many places to eat. We were on the 14th floor, had a nice view of the mall and highway. But overall, a nice Hilton. Would stay here again. Also, the automatic revolving doors=genius! parking is expensive. read more

I'd rather pay a bit more and stay at The Biltmore. The location is crappy, it's tucked behind the Dunkin Donuts center, and is several blocks from Downtown proper. At least it's a bit closer to the mouth of Federal Hill, so you'll be able to walk to Andino's in about ten minutes. Amenities and service were all satisfactory. The attached restaurant didn't seem interesting, but I was pleased that there was a Starbucks attached to the building (however, you have to walk outside and around the hotel to access it). read more

Decent place to stay if you want to be in downtown Providence... & even better if you can score a sweet deal on Priceline like we did. The hotel is within walking distance of the mall, the Dunkin Donuts center, Lupo's, the convention center & lots of good eats. Parking was $21 for overnight, but you can come & go as you please, which isn't always an option for hotel parking. The room was alright -- nothing special. It had 2 double beds, so hubby & I both were able to sprawl out... but yes, the room did have a very funky musty smell & overall, the place could use some updating. read more

I had booked a room for my best friend and I Thursday August 25th through August 27th. From the minute we placed foot through the door, we were welcomed by this very kind gentleman at the front desk. He was very professional, helpful and took pride in his job. Check in was quick and easy. The over all quality of the hotel was great: nice rooms, comfortable beds (and pillows), pressure of the shower was soothing. On the other hand, I was not too thrilled with the housekeeping. As my friend and I were getting ready, the house keeper continuously knocked on our door, not giving one of us a chance to get up and answer the door. I had kindly asked her if she can come back later on and she rolled her eyes at me and told me "fine" in an annoyed voice. Once we came back from being out, the trash was emptied, but the trash bags were not replaced, our coffee cups weren't replaced. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here at Hilton Providence. Good location. Nice lobby with ample seating. A+ staffers... the gal at the front desk was friendly, automatically asked us if we wanted our rooms near each other and if the smoking floor was ok or not. She also threw out my starbucks cup with plenty of cheer. The cleaning lady on our floor asked if we needed help when she saw us walk by a couple times... never seen that before. The rooms were decent- roomy, clean. Good hot shower but no vent fan in the bathroom made it ultra steamy. Beds were alright- nothing crazy comfy but good enough. Our remote didn't work right, but do they ever? Oh yeah... the sheets were mad stinky! Like musty wet dog farts. Like someone had a real bad "accident" and they threw those sheets in with the rest of the wash. I didn't notice until I was already falling asleep so I didn't request clean sheets, but it was nasty! It took us a while to find ice- no sign-age on the odd floors and the machines were only on the evens. We were on floor 3, tried 2 first but that was the conference floor. Then the lobby. then floor 4... that machine was MISSING. Not out of order, completely missing. And one last note for the inebriated- the revolving door is automatic. if you push on the handles it will stop. do not panic like I did, you are not trapped. Just stop pushing and it'll be alright. read more

My family and I stayed for one night July 3 and checked out on the 4th. First, the advertisement stated an indoor pool. We were not informed that the pool was permanently closed a while back. I am a Diamond member and thought, based in your website,, there would be breakfast or a to go box. There is none currently still due to Covid; I was completely fine with this. We switch rooms from 5th floor to 9th since our room was heavily smoked out and I have severe asthma. We checked out at 6am on July 4th. Then the nightmares kept going. I checked my app for another property as we headed back home to Ohio for our road trip. We were charged for 2 nights. I called the front desk and they said they will fix it. The next day, our credit card got denied at the stores and we were even asked to show ID at one point to make sure the card was not stolen. I called the bank and not only was there 2 nights of charges but another night was charged...that means 3 nights were charged for a 1 nights stay.What was supposed to be $215 plus tax ($242.94), became: $392.95 + $242.94 + $392.95= $1,028.84!!!! So Imagine after speaking to Tim, the manager, about our situation and how he responded: "Well , I am sorry I can't see any other charges except for one night, I will check with accounting. Call your bank and see what their issue is. Have a good day." Not only did he said this with a ( I don't give a rats butt of your problem), He had the nerve to blame the bank ( Hilton staff made the charges, not the bank). On top of all this, how was his staff able to see these crazy false charges but the manager ( I am guessing had a high authority) can not see this? I ended up called Hilton Customer Service Diamond representative and they said they will have it investigated and I will receive an email. I have not received an email, and it has been a week. I suggest anyone looking to not get ripped off, or wanting better service or non ve falsely advertised amenities, to look elsewhere. read more

A budget hotel at a luxury price. We booked this hotel at the last minute in order to see Water Fire in downtown Providence and not have to drive two hours home. We paid $215, And then when we got there we found out it was an additional $25 to park overnight. I was outraged but it gets worse. When we got to the room the first thing that hit me was a stale smell, and the next was that we could have been in a room at some budget hotel, not a Hilton. Did this place use to be a Holiday Inn? I forgot to bring my toothbrush and toothpaste. Front desk says no problem sir, here's a toothbrush and I'll have someone bring toothpaste to your room, no charge or gratuity necessary. This was around 10pm. The toothpaste arrived almost 2 hours later, around midnight, and the door knock startled us both awake. I couldn't connect to the Internet. Sir, there's a $15/day Internet charge, should we add that to your bill? OMG! If I paid $60 - $100 instead of $215 this would be a better review. read more

Where should I start? Hotel looks good from the street, in the lobby and then you get in the room. Where furniture is damaged, stained or drawer pulls/hardware are missing , carpeting is matted down dirty and tired like the room. The only this hotel has updated are the TVs. Everything else looks like it's been there since the hotel was built. Rooms are old and tired. The ironing board was disgustingly dirty & the iron was falling apart.  After spending the night, I also learned that the mattresses are just as old and tired as the room is. Lumpy, hard and very uncomfortable mattress. I woke up and felt like I was in a massive car accident. My back was killing me for hours after I checked out of the hotel. Housekeeping started making noise at 8am on a Sunday. I opened the door and said " some people are still sleeping , how about you keep the noise level down ? HUH? " no apology, just a blank stare. The parking garage is dark, dirty, hasn't been painted or pavement resealed in 8+ years.I was there with friends , and all 5 other rooms were just as bad,  I will NEVERRRRRRRR stay at this hotel again. I hosted an event here and the staff could not have been more accommodating. It felt like my wish was their command. They had several staff persons assigned to our event and everything went off without a hitch. They appreciated our business and included several complimentary and discounted items and services for our relatively small group. I stayed at the hotel the night before the event and I was very pleased with the size of the room as well as other amenities including the business center. This is a run of the mill Hilton Hotel but what the hotel lacks in luxury it makes up for in superb customer service. 4 stars for being well maintained and a good value; 5 stars for hospitality and service. read more

So someone in the room next to us didn't respect the no smoking policy and we had the joy of having the smell of it. When we complained in the morning they offered to move us to another room, but given that the kids were still asleep and we planned on leaving by 9, it didn't make much sense. So they sent someone to wake the kids up and check the room - even though we told them they are asleep! The front desk manager didn't bother to offer us a breakfast or anything else, just said he would add points to our account. If you are looking for a dirty hotel that really doesn't care much about customer service, Hilton would be perfect! read more

Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, Providence Place mall, and the Dunkin Donut Center, the Hilton is a standard Hilton and reasonable option. It's clean, although my room smelled like cigarettes. The location was the big draw here - everything in the room is standard. Nothing special. Also nearby a CVS, a 7-11, and walking distance to bars, if that's your thing. Be advised: there is no free breakfast. There is a restaurant in the lobby area (did not go - a bit pricey) and a Starbucks connected. The Starbucks has free wifi but has short hours. No free wifi in room. There is a small pool but no whirlpool/hot tub, and a fitness room with 2 treadmills, 2 elipticals, 2 bikes, a cable machine, and some free weights. Parking is $21/night self park, $25 for valet, with in and out privileges. A better option would probably be the Westin, if prices are similar, because it is connected via a sky-walk to the mall, which has the best food options nearby. Or at least the best hours for those food options. read more

This is one of the first hotels where I truly enjoyed my stay. I was in Providence on business, and have had plenty of not-so-good experiences at supposedly nice hotels. This hotel was a pleasant exception! The service upon my arrival was impeccable. Quick and polite responses to all of my questions, followed by an explanation of my amentities and an offer to recommend a place for dinner. The rooms were decently sized, and well priced for the area. The bathroom was laid out perfectly, with a proper number of towels (this would be my number 1 pet peeve...please put at least 2 full sized towels in every room, Thank you). I had a room as far away from the elevator as possible, and it was still moderately close. I didn't feel as if I was going to be exhausted just by walking to my room. This is a mark of a well-laid out hotel. Will definitely stay here again! read more

I only stayed here for one night with a friend. We came into Providence to see one of our favorite bands perform. Check-in at the hotel went without any hassles by friendly staff. The hotel seems to be located in a very good location as my friend and I were able to find many places to hang out and eat easily within walking distance. The hotel appears to be clean and well kept. The lobby has outlets and they allowed us to charge our phones and laptops while we waited for our taxis. The concierge was happy to hold our bags the next day while we explored the local area (since we checked out so much earlier than our transportation back to NY). All and all this was a good experience at a reasonable rate. read more

The Hilton Providence is a clean, comfortable average hotel. The bed was super comfortable as my boyfriend and I both fell asleep fairly quickly and stayed asleep most of the night. The view was nothing special but you get what you pay for. We booked last minute on Priceline and just wanted a nice place for a goodnight sleep. The coffeemaker in the room worked well and the shampoo and conditioner were of great quality. We would recommend staying here again to a friend looking for a place to crash in Providence. read more

Overall, not bad. Front desk service was excellent. The lady who checked us in was quick, friendly, and very helpful. Our room was clean, but the lighting was horrible. Very dimly lit, especially near the mirrors which made no sense to me. The beds were comfortable, but nothing extraordinary. I guess the most disappointing part was the $25 parking fee. I think that the hotel guests should be allowed to park for free, but that's just my opinion. read more

I live in Providence, but I had out of town guests visiting and we wanted to stay downtown, so I booked us into the Hilton. I've stayed at a lot of hotels around the world, but I have to say, I experienced possibly the best customer service I've ever encountered at this hotel. This was my first Hilton experience, so I assume it's par for the course, but after a while we were marveling at how exceptionally NICE every one was--and not in a fake-seeming way. Everyone was just so genuinely friendly, it made the whole stay just a very, very pleasant, effortless experience. Our room was nice, if a bit small. I couldn't get a room with two double beds because the cheerleading convention was in town (hilarious), so the three of us crammed into a king size bed + rollaway. The bed was so enormous that my friend and I didn't kick each other once, and I'm a bit of a thrasher. I slept very well all three nights--the mattress was great. I didn't use the pool or fitness center at all, but I did go for a run outside. That information is not pertinent to the hotel, I'm just bragging that I worked out while on vacation. My two small complaints are the fact that parking for hotel guests is $25/ day, which seems a bit ridiculous to me considering we were already paying more than $200/ night to stay there; and the fact that there's no free wi-fi. It kills me that I can pay less for a Holiday Inn Express type place and get breakfast AND wi-fi, but more luxury hotels nickle and dime you on all of that. I didn't pick this hotel for the luxury, more for the location, which is excellent. Overall, I would certainly recommend this place--mostly based on customer service. I realized as we were leaving that I really didn't have any complaints of any kind, which has never really happened to me at a hotel before. It was really a relaxing feeling. It wasn't until I looked at my data charges on my phone bill that I remembered the wi-fi. read more
