Called to get an oil change today and they hung up on me right away. That alone isn't worth a 1 star review however after reading reviews from other people I now see why it deserves 1 star. They are basically stealing from their customers! I haven't been taken advantage of by these people because I have only ever got oil changes here, but One day I was in the lobby waiting for my oil change and heard them charge this guy $2,000 for rotors and breaks! I'm not super car savvy but Ik that's a rip off. One think I hate the most in this world is a greedy person that will just keep taking because they can & that is why I'm leaving a one star review they deserve to be out of business. After my boyfriend's car broke down last night and we found out today that we needed a new car TODAY before payday with very limited funds, were we so stressed about getting the situation fixed. Trevor was the one that helped us and he was absolutely amazing! We told him our price point and our financial limitations and they worked with us every single way they could. We ended up kkwith a used 2010 Honda Crosstour. We LOVE the car and we are so grateful for all of the hard work, the hoops they jumped through for us, and the overall service! Had to come here 3 times to get my AC fixed. 1st time i made my appointment for a Saturday online & when I came in, they told me they could only get it fixed on a weekday since they would need to diagnose it & call the insurance company to see if they could cover it. Would've been nice if they had written that on their website or had someone call me to notify me in advance. 2nd time, I had to take a day off to get it fixed since I work m-f & created my appointment online. Once I got to my appointment, they said their AC fixer machine was broken & that I'd have to come back another day. It would've been awesome if they called me in advance so I didn't have to waste my pto & time again especially since I made the appointment a week in advance. 3rd time, I was able to come in on a rainy weekday, but due to the weather, they had to use some special dye to see if there were any leaks. Turns out there were no leaks & all my AC needed was a recharge. The cost wasn't covered under extended warranty, so I paid over $500 just for them to waste my time diagnosing my car, when recharging it should've been their go-to on the first two times I came in which were on sunny days. I was told that i could bring my car in next week Saturday, free of charge if there are still problems with it, but why is it that I can now bring it in on a weekend to get it diagnosed? tl;dr I recommend going elsewhere to avoid having your time wasted & being ripped off. read more

UPDATE 2022: We took the car to Bellevue Honda and the service department noted that the engine had bad cam shaft and valve body as well as a major oil leak. The service is very good at Bellevue Honda compared to the service that Hinshaw's Honda. Hinshaw's Honda also responded to this review saying they can't find me as a customer. The service records are under my wife's name. I will contact them and update my review based on what happens next. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The service here typically has been great. However, we came into Hinshaw's Honda with a fully functional mechanically sound Honda Civic that was due for an oil change. The oil change was completed by Hinshaw's Honda. After the oil change was completed, the vehicle stalled, and the engine seized because there was no oil in the engine. It was determined and confirmed by Hinshaw's Honda that the oil "drain bolt came loose." The oil change was botched. As a result, Hinshaw's Honda provided and "replaced [the] motor with a used one with 97,000 miles on it." No paperwork was provided to confirm the condition of engine or mileage. Afterward, we brought the car back because it was hesitating when the gas pedal was pressed and the engine light came on. Hinshaw's Honda took a look at the Honda Civic in question and re-delivered the car back to us. It was told to us by Hinshaw's Honda that they had taken a small part from a valve in the new engine and replaced it with the same part from our original engine. The car seemed to be working fine for about 1-week. We noticed that when the temperature gauge was on heat, only cold air came through the vents. Shortly after that, the engine light came on and the engine started to idle roughly. We found a safe place to pull over and turned the engine off. When we tried to start the car again it stalled, would not start, a burning smell and smoke was coming from the engine. We left the car overnight and came back the next day. The car started but noticed that it quickly overheated which we could see from the engine temperature gauge on the dash. The car needed to be driven in 5-mile increments so as not to overheat the car and it took several hours of stop and go driving to get the car back to Hinshaw's Honda. The engine that was replaced very likely has a bad thermostat or water pump. We dropped the car off at the service department for the issues to be fixed. The radiator was replaced. Now, the car runs fine but we noticed that the donor engine Hinshaw's Honda installed after botching the original oil change has a heavy oil leak. I do not recommend using this service department. read more

Girlfriend got a 2009 Honda CRV here with her parents. Air conditioning did not work. Second key was not given, but she was given the runaround as "oh I think its in a drawer, but the guy isn't here today". The first key broke within 3 weeks of owning the car. The license plates were not sent until the day that the temporary plate expired, because they "forgot". When she called the dealership she was told the car was sold as is, but that the air conditioning probably just needed a fill. So they also did not do basic maintenance to the car before they sold it. Lazy, unethical dealership. Do not buy here! read more

Angel did a great job, there was no pressure sales. Told him I didn't want to play games and he honored that. (Angel RUN while you can keep your soul!!) Where the rating takes a dive is when I feel I was lied to primarily about an inspection being done!! Nope, because EVEN if the window sticking 2 days later, and no response from Hinshaw. Then we took it into BMW to have them assess the issue. BMW offered to perform a courtesy 47 point inspection (odd, same type we were told Hinshaw did...) well, the technician found the thrust arm bearings are shot & need replacement. I get I bought an AS-IS car, but this is the worst POS I have purchased from anywhere. I obviously thought Hinshaw was a higher standard company, but apparently that is only until the deal is sealed. Why do an inspection if you're going to hide the results, OR why not tell the customer what you found and work to come to an agreement. I tried several times to reach Hinshaw (even the GM) but crickets. Almost forgot, the other day I get a rejection notice from some Credit Union because I had too many inquiries. I told these ID10tS from the beginning I had a pre-approval from my CU. So, what a joy to find a credit hit because of a loan submission to some CU even though they new I had it handled!! This is the worst Honda dealership you can go to for servicing! I bought a hands accord couple awhile back. The mother board for the electronic system was defective and Honda knew about the problem but didn't have to do a recall because it only happened to certain vehicles. I must say my accord was still under the bumper to bumper warrantee. The service department couldn't get my car in for a whole week and I went over 36000 miles by 100 miles. So they wouldn't honor the warrantee. What a total shot show!!!! No wonder this dealership has such bad review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HONDA DEALERSHIP. Pretty frustrated. Not with our sales guy. Ryan was great and on top of selling us a used 2019. But as soon as we found some issues before agreeing to buy it was a bit of a hassle getting the manager Tim to approve to fix the totally broken glove box and cut seat belt (hello safety issue). Then we discovered no manual. We were given a 2017. When we asked for a 2019 Tim said the $60 he had to spend was too much after we spent $40k plus on car and warranty. So Ryan gave us a printed version but it won't even fit in the glove box. Sorry but this to me was very bad customer service by Tim (along with making us feel guilty for asking them to fix the sebelt and totally broken glove box) I'm altering my review to one star. Not only did they never give us a manual and we still don't know everything. They also sold us a tire with THREE plugs in it. From day three we kept losing air. (They has to add air to have us buy it I'm sure). A week later lost air again. And now we've had to replace the tire. They had to have knowledge of this but because sold "as is" they made it ok in their eyes. From the manual they said to get in contact but never returned messages left and now this. I'm so disgusted. Update: well things got worse. We found out the maintenance we were told was done was not. We bought the car at 28,982 miles and told all work was done. Found out the 30,000 mile work was not. Including the air filter. I hate my car at this point. This whole transaction has been miserable and I wonder what else we were lied to about and what issues we are going to have. The auto start is already having issues. I'm so angry and have no idea what we will find as time goes on. We wanted to have a tow hitch put on and warranty work done but I'm afraid to let them touch it at this point. We tried to work with them and have been ghosted. Hinshaws Jason and Ryan had told us they'd figure it out. Tim texted me asking how happy we were with the service and when I expressed our issues he just totally quit responding. It's amazing that Honda is ok with this representation. We need recall work, a hitch and 30,000 mile work done and I need to find a dealer to do so. read more

I brought my car into Hinshaw's Honda service department with a check engine light for emissions system problem and loss of power and rough and louder sounding turbo spooling sound when giving it gas. All of these symptoms were exaggerated when the vehicle was lower on gas. I also had asked for an estimate for new tires and rims for mine sustained damage after hitting a pothole. The first time I took in my car they said it was just a rogue check engine light that happens occasionally. That there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my car! I took a technician on a test drive and showed him the noise my car was making and loss of power and I was told that's how it's supposed to sound and drive! They gave me back my car and told me there was nothing more they could do my car was fine. So I drove my car away and on the way home the check engine light came back on for the same emissions system problem. So I brought my car back in for a second time. This time I was told I had a " tweaked" exhaust from an accident the car must've been in and given an estimate for over $10,000 in repairs and was told that an accident of some sort tweaked the exhaust by causing it to have a space in it so now nothing lined up and the whole system needed replacing. So I took my car in for another opinion at a different shop. After a couple of hours I was told my car was done and given a bill of $0.50.....yes 50 cents! The problem was my turbo was barely hanging on my car because it was missing some bolts! With new bolts and my turbo now bolted down tight my car runs amazing and I've had zero issues! And 2 second opinions have both told me there's NOTHING wrong with my exhaust it's pristine! read more

Avoid this Honda dealership if you are looking to buy a new car. They have a DISHONEST sales team. My sales guy got me into making a trip to the dealership (1 hr drive) by texting me and calling me indicating that they would beat a competitors price on a new car. But once I got there, his price was far off from what he quoted on the phone. He wasted my time and was also very rude when I was there. I went back to the original dealership and got my car. You will experience a much better car buying experience at other dealerships in the area. The ownership should invest in training for their staff. read more

Caleb has been a joy to work with on all of our cars and he continues to take his time when working with easy, reactive buyers like myself and also hesitant, hard to sell buyers like some in our family. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! This dealership is awful and dishonest. I bought a brand new 2017 CR-V there on 4.26.2017. They wouldn't negotiate the price AT ALL. They also gave me a horrible price for my trade in, which was immaculate and only 4 years old. I wouldn't have gone through with the deal, but the other dealerships I went to did not have the model/features I wanted in stock. 9 days after buying this brand new car, it broke down. I called the dealership and they told me it was a battery issue and just needed to be jump started. I told them there was no way it was a battery issue because A. It was a BRAND NEW CAR and B. I had just driven it home and it worked fine. I went inside for 10 minutes and came back out and it wouldn't start. But they insisted that I had to call Honda Roadside Assistance to ask for a jump start. The jump start didn't work (big surprise) so they told me to have it towed to the dealership. However, the dealership would be closed before I could get it towed there so I had to take an Uber there to get a rental car (at MY expense). They told me it was a simple issue and would be fixed the next day. However when I called the next day, they told me that the computer diagnostic system couldn't diagnose the problem and they would have to keep my car for at least 4 more days. So obviously it was NOT a simple issue. As you can imagine, I was very concerned after spending $33,000 on this vehicle only to have it break 9 days later. Everyone at the dealership acted like it was no big deal and I shouldn't be concerned. They even accused me of harassing them because I called twice in one day, trying to find out if they had determined the problem. They refused to replace it with a different CR-V, and they even straight up LIED to me about what the Lemon Law in Washington is. Long story short, the whole computer system has to be replaced. It's working now, but who knows how long it will last. I'm lucky I bought the full warranty. I wish I would have been a smart consumer and researched the dealership before I went there. Seeing how many awful reviews they have on here makes me realize that this is pretty much their standard of customer service. They just don't care. As far as I'm concerned, they should have been bending over backward to help me after something like this happened. Unfortunately they did the opposite. If you value your time, your money and your peace of mind, do not go there. read more

I purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V from Auburn Honda, August 2019 and in negotiating with the sale person, we came to an agreement, for the sales.The sales rep said he would include my first oil change on him. He was courteous and helpful, however after taking delivery of the car and getting it home, the next day it would not start,I called the dealership and they recovered the car , at that point needless to say I was not happy and was ready to give the car back to them. The General manager stepped in to rescue the sale by offering a new battery ,which was the problem and a oil change , he was not aware that the sales rep had also offered an oil change, so that was two oil changes on them ., I made an appointment for Tuesday (couple days ago) to collect on my first oil change that the sales rep offered as part of the deal to purchase.My boyfriend was a witness to all the proceedings. While he was waiting for the car to be serviced he saw the General manager and told him he was there to have the first complementary oil change and that I had one more to go , the manager said no he did not make an offer of a complimentary oil change he just ok the oil change that the sales rep made . Which was not true, he did make that part of his rescue effort to go forward with buying the car, it was not in writing which I did not think he would renege on his word,with my boyfriend who was sitting right there as a witness. My advice to all that may be in the market for a vehicle and it is your plan to do business with Hinshaw Honda just beware of any offers that are made to have you to move forward with the sale GET IT IN WRITING. )) as when the time comes that you go in too collect on the offer. I can tell you from my own experience with that dealership the Manager will " renege on his word even with a witness . -I found damage on my car that I did not see until the next time I drove it, the second time ever driving it. When I left the lot the first time it was dark so I didn't see it. When I went back, they suggested that I'd caused the damage!! :-/ WOW. That alone made my experience terrible. Shameful! -I requested two extra keys when I purchased. I was told I'd be called when they were in. No call received. I emailed them, was told I would get a call within a day. No call received. Still trying to get extra keys, two weeks after purchase. Quite ridiculous. -They send these emails after purchase saying hope you had a good experience, let us know if we can do anything, etc. Yet, when I requested keys (again) they do not follow through. So, they are all talk. -ZERO warranty on a 4 year old car with only 45,000 miles -- not even ONE WEEK. I had to buy coverage (I did not have to, but if they were giving zero warranty I was suspicious). If the car had broken down the minute I drove off the lot they did not have ANY liability. So, when a dealership gives zero warranty on a 4 year old car, what does that mean except they do not trust the car they are selling. I want to sell the car and get another somewhere else just to wash my hands of the whole experience. read more

Very responsive with communication however suspicious about their practice. Figured out my starter didn't work for my Honda CRV so I took it in to get it changed. I should have checked their reviews first before handing it over because their prices are robbery. I paid over $1k for the whole service (approx $400 labor and $500 for the part). The part alone typically costs $300. (The only reason I agreed was because I couldn't change it myself with my limited tools. Usually I always see if I can fix it myself.) A few minutes driving it off the lot when done, I smell a burning coming through my vents while going up a large hill. I didn't feel like it was coming from any other cars considering there was no one in front of me.  My check engine light comes on and I turn back around to the dealership. Sure enough, they tell me that "it had nothing to do with what they did, it was coincidental, and that I needed my knock sensor replaced because of the cars age - they quoted another $500 (for labor and a small part that costs $50) and had the gall to insist that it was coincidence and that the burning smell came from another car on the road because when they let my car idle in the shop, they didnt smell anything. Although the car is old, not once has my check engine light come on, ever since owning this vehicle in 2014. It was insulting to be told, "I can assure you that it had nothing to do with what we did. The mechanic has 25 years of experience and I trust him." Well, I don't know you or him...and experience doesn't mean you are entitled to customer trust. 25 years of experience means nothing if your knowledge, competency and professional practice are outdated or dishonest. Was it really coincidence or are you guys that eager for another chance at extortion? No thanks, I will take it from here. read more

I had an pretty good experience buying a used car from this dealership. My concerns were addressed about the car's interior condition and the sales rep arranged a free detail to be performed during a rock chip protection installation. The service department was professional and courteous and I was given a loaner until my car would be ready. The car was immaculate when I picked it up - pristine inside and out. I was very satisfied. It was later in the day when the sun came out and I went to grab my sunglasses when I noticed them missing. Two pairs, nowhere to be found, 100% were in my car when I dropped it off at the dealership. Giving them the benefit of the doubt (maybe they removed them from the center console while vacuuming and forgot to replace them, even though everything else that was in there was back where it should be), I called the service department to inquire about my belongings. I talked to the service manager who took my info down and told me he would look into it and get back to me. This never happened. I cannot return to, nor can I recommend in good conscience, a service department that has betrayed my trust. This one issue completely sullied a pretty great experience overall, which is really too bad. I won't be returning. read more

Years ago, had a good relationship with Hinshaw (both Honda & Acura). Over the years, they became increasingly brazen in the pricing for their service work. As the economy turned down, they kept the lights on by charging higher and higher prices for service. Well, now that the economy has rebounded, they are still charging ripoff pricing. Example - called for quote on 15,000 mile service for my rig. Honda of Burien quoted $133, Honda of Fife quoted $143, Honda of Sumner $249, and Hinshaws $440!!! Holy moley - it's just an oil change, diff oil change, and tire rotation for crying out loud!!! Service tech didn't know much, was getting "coached" in the background by his manager... Sad to see the customer service focus from Hinshaw decline so much. After purchasing 2 rigs and getting service from them over 20 years, they have turned into the sludge in the Puget Sound Honda/Acura service marketplace. If you can get a great price on your car there - great, but get it serviced elsewhere. read more

Went in a few weekends ago to look at their used vehicle inventory. The salesman was patient and worked with us as my girlfriend wanted to look at several cars and view the Carfax report for each one. She finally narrowed it down and decided on the car she really liked. Sales Manager checked credit and let her know that she would have to look at another car because the lender would not provide enough to cover the cost of the vehicle. The dealership did inflate the amount that they were willing to give her on a trade in, and that helped some, but it meant getting another car. She was "approved" for credit and signed all the paperwork and took the car home. 4 days went by and she got a call from the dealership asking her to return the car because the lender could not "approve" the loan. She had been driving this car for 4 days and her kids finally were excited to go for rides in the car again because it was a much better and safer car. Today they were in tears as they left for school asking if they would ever be able to get another car. It was very clear when she got the car that the financing was still continent upon some approvals and instead of putting another sale on the board, they should have been thorough and honest and had her wait instead of creating false hope. Note to sales management: do things right the first time and these situations won't happen. Not only have you lost a sale you have lost a customer who is going to tell all of their friends about their experience via social media. read more

Unfortunately the Grinch tried to steal Christmas by breaking the window of my VW Beetle. The window repair cost more than the car is worth. So I decided to call Ricky Washington down at Hinshaw who I previously purchased a car from. Just like last he was able to get me into a car staying within the budget I laid out before I arrived. The whole process was painless. I now have a beautiful new car with four windows and a couple of other cool features. I am a repeat customer. I had the first appt of the day at 7am and the mechanic already seemed annoyed and that he hated his job. I described the problems I was having. They took me for a test drive and told me nothing was wrong. I asked if I could drive while mechanic was in the car to show him the problem he said no. He said there's nothing he can do, come back when the problem is worse and warning lights start flashing on the dash. Waited an hour to be given no advice. Won't come back to this place. read more

Words can not express how aggressive the managers are at this particular dealership. I had wanted to drive a CR-V after test driving a few other SUV's from another dealership to get a feel for what I wanted. Loved the car but was not ready to buy. The salesguy was friendly enough but didn't want to take no for an answer. Be aware of the MSRP on their vehicles, when asked why this so high they gave an anything but honest answer and we let them know that other Honda dealerships were not doing this. We thanked them for their time but needed to leave. The manager was so aggressive that he continued to hassle all the way to our vehicle even though we had repeatedly let them know that we were done talking. It was one of the worst test-driving experiences ever!! read more

Granted, this may be an unfair review given that this happened a number of years ago but to this day, I still remember how terrible I was treated --- good opportunity to write reviews now that I have yelp :) The Auburn Hinshaw Honda dealership service department screwed me over years ago charging me for a ignition switch that I did not need ...because they misdiagnosed the problem. I came into the dealership after I had googled "Honda service," as the Honda I bought had an issue with the key being stuck in the ignition all of the time. My temporary solution was to get a brake lock and a spare key to prevent my car from being stolen. I figured the Honda dealership would be the experts at fixing the problem. Wrong. They charged me $100 diagnostic fee which I was fine with and after "diagnosing," they told me the issue was the ignition switch and noted that it was $300 something to fix and I Ok'ed the charge. A month later, the key got stuck again. I came in and they said for them to look at it again it would be $100 diagnostic fee. But wait, you charged that a month ago and sold me a part that didn't fix the problem? They wouldn't refund me for their mistake and then wanted to charge me another diagnostic fee. Really?? If you can't back up your own work, don't do the work. I'll take it elsewhere. I ended up taking it to some place called Central Collision and my car insurance covered the problem after my car got broken into. (See why I wanted the issue fixed so bad?) This place was just not worth the cost given comparable auto servicers given their mistake and lack of customer service. I would never come back. read more

Came in for an extended warranty on my wife's car due to her ac not working. Looked like they didn't want to get the work done from the start, waisted an hour of wait time, and in the end they told me it wasn't fixable, everything is contaminated, and to "sell her car". Luckily Im a mechanic and what they said made zero sense so I went to Honda of Bellevue the following day and they covered all 4 hours of labor, parts, and a recharge for free under the extended warranty, and gave us a loaner. What I difference an extra 20 minute drive could make. Don't even waist your time here to service your vehicle. read more

First of all, they raised the price because of "maintenance" when it's their job to and it's not my fault it's been sitting there. Usually when a car is sitting so long (about 6-7) months for this one, you lower the price not raise it, especially on a 2018 with 56k miles. I went in with my boyfriend and the dealer knew it was for me would ignore me and and only talk to him. I felt really disrespected especially because it was a car for ME. Anyways, he said we can do the price we go ahead and start with the estimated monthly payments and I fill out my information and his manager runs if (mind you, HE KNEW THE PRICE I WANTED) he went ahead and ran it and as soon as they did they were like ok so we can do xx,xxx. Which was 5 THOUSAND MORE than the price they agreed to. The manager really had the audacity to say (I would hate for you to go to other places and keep running your credit because it hurts it). If you knew you weren't going to be able to do the price, don't act like you would. I would've appreciated honesty. I wanted to follow up on this review and say that 5+ years later this is still without question the worst customer service experience of my life. We are in the process of looking for a new car to replace the Honda. We won't be considering Honda this time around or ever again and that's a direct result of the horrible customer service experience we had at Hinshaw Honda. We would rate the service department of this dealership "0" if we could. $667 for a 60,000 mile service is absolutely ridiculous. This pack of thieves will never see us again. I don't pay that much for my Mercedes service. At this point we will not buy another Honda, although we love them. The dealerships are forever behaving badly and cannot be trusted. Found a car I liked on craigslist...turns out it was at a dealer. I was a bit skeptical, but after I texted back and forth with Patrick Maloney (who did a totally awesome job), he gave me all of the information I needed before I came in. I came in, and I was able to drive the car while they checked out my trade in. The trade in was fair, the negotiation was straightforward, and I love my new car. I've been to Hinshaw's 3 times within the last 2 weeks to get 2 of my car serviced. All 3 times Bob assisted me with my cars. He was not pushy with any additional services recommended from the technicians. Bob is always very friendly and helpful. He is now my go to service rep at Hinshaw's! Today I brought in my accord for the air bag recall. I had lose dash cam charger chord tucked to the side of the front windshield but it's still very visible and can get in the way. I've wanted to take apart the front dash and tuck in the chord myself but was afraid I'd end up messing up the car! As I was driving away I noticed that my charger chord was not in the way as usual. The tech helped me tucked it in the windshield so it's not visible and no longer in the way! I'd recommend Hinshaw's Honda over fife. read more

I bought a used Honda this past week here. I have bought many many cars, but I was still surprised at the ease on this one. Ricky, my salesman, was polite and helpful. I honestly didn't expect to leave there in a Honda, I only came to check it out! I felt no pressure but they did everything they could to make the process simple. Ricky was very easy to work with and great to talk to, its always nice meeting another car guy! I was given more for my trades than anyone else offered and still got a fair deal on their car. I got everything I asked for. I cannot stand the sales lines and lies dealers will use as they try to rip you off, but these guys used none! The finance team was again, very easy to work with and didn't pressure me. I cant stand when you work out a deal then have to have finance try to push a bunch of expensive garbage you don't want. He didn't push or pressure me into anything! I couldn't have been happier! The service department was easy to work with and fast! I scheduled a timing belt and water pump replacement and they got me in early, and out within a few hours! All around very good experience and I look forward to working with these guys on my next purchase, which lets face it, there will be several of. Thanks for your help Ricky! read more

Buyer beware.. very unethical practices. Son in law bought a truck Barely got it home and heat and air conditioning quit working. Luckly he bought a warranty, but who know if they will honor it. I think you are better off buying from an individual stay away from this lot. You guys should be ashamed of youselves.. luckily with social media we inform others and maybe save someone else from getting ripped off. read more

We have used Hinshaws Honda since the early 1990's. Even though we did not buy our Honda's from Hinshaws, their service has always been exemplary. We leased a 2014 Honda Accord two years ago and we would have leased from Hinshaws, but because of a Costco deal, we ended up leasing from another Honda dealership. While the salesman was awesome, the finance department was anything but. I took the 2014 Honda Accord to Hinshaws for service and the last time I was in, they told me that the new 2017 Accords have some additional great features (remote start, Apple iPlay, etc.) and we could actually end our lease early. I loved my 2014, but I felt there was maybe a little bit of a black cloud over it. I decided to meet with Charles Fellows to "crunch numbers" to see if leasing a new 2017 Honda Accord would be an option. While I told him that I only had 30 minutes during lunch break to see if this would be an option, I found myself leaving the dealership 90 minutes later with a brand new Accord! Whew! They are so friendly and Devon in the finance department was great! This is my 4th new Honda purchase since 1990. I'm happy! read more
