DO NOT GO TO HITECH NAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went once before with 2 other friends, they filed all of her nails crooked and the polish job was awful! They did a mani pedi on me in 10-15 minutes!!! They can't paint worth sh!* So today I thought I would give it another shot because I broke a nail and my place was super busy, again they were rude and did a TERRIBLE job just fixing a broken nail. She left paint all over my cuticles and fingers!!! I had to make her take the polish off my fingers while I was paying, I should have just walked out! They are the WORST nail salon I have ever been too!! I will never go back! My nail looked better broken!! read more

I have gone here every month for 3 years. Although it wasn't luxury, it fit the need and I was happy. What I am not happy about is, over the years every time I used my credit card here within 10 days I had fraud on that card and had to get a new one issued. Also, as someone (despite thinking she was being criminalized, and just started paying cash instead to avoid the issue) that is how much location connivence meant to me. I am extremely unhappy about my last visit. Hello I have been going there for 3 years, I am reliant, I keep my booked appts (I even forgive for potentially stealing my CC as I know it is not the immediate girls on the floor) but to get to your appt early and run out to the parking lot for 5 mins and to come back and to have them seat 5 freakin people in that small span of time. My water and pedicure was already filled and waiting, and because they lied to everyone and told Them all it would only be 5 mins, I got the worst shortest and horrible job ever. And normally u get use to this mentality at nail salons like this, but I have given them 3 years of business and never been weak on my end of making appointments or giving nice tips. So now I have to go out of my way to make sure they lose a customer of at least $500 a year Hello, know your customer base u assholes... Today was my first time here, and mainly, I was looking for a place close by my boyfriend's place in case I needed to do my nails or I had time to do them. I stopped by in the morning, to see how late they were open and to get a price guide. They were empty when I got there but also, they only opened about an hour and a half ago. So after thinking about it, I decided to come check it out. I'm glad I did. She was pretty nice, even though I don't know her name, and did a pretty good job on my nails. I like the hot towel cleaning, and the color I got was a plum purple color called "Can You Dig It". Cool color with a white flower. But she didn't let the pink center dry before putting on the clear top coat, so it ran a bit. Other than that, I was also talking to another customer, and she says she likes it here and that she's been coming for the past few months. The place is about a year old, and it's very clean and bright. They are very thorough in cleaning their pedicure spas (so I'm told) and throw away things that can be discarded after each use. So I tried....really tried giving this place a shot.... I honestly have NEVER had such a bad set....I would have had a better chance going to a beauty school! I have gone to Serenity Nails over by Campo De Bocci and when we moved to this side of town I was just sick of driving that far.....the commute is worth it I have learned. I typically do a thin layer of acrylic with gel over that.... Pricey but worth it when your hands are constantly in water....these are the thickest bumpiest nails ever....on top of that I can't wash or blow dry my own hair let alone someone else's without ripping out a minimum of seven strands and that's just from one nail!!!!!! I get the best pedicure offered at the same time....it wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either. After spending $90 the last two times (i tip each person $10 every time as I feel this is deserved when the job is done correct and a massage is good....at least that was right out of all this) I will be driving back to a nail salon and spa that takes their time, pays attention to detail and is worth the money I spend on pampering myself.....oh and who doesn't put on a top coat on a pedi!?!? These ladies work very hard! They want to please and do a great job. They have awesome new massage pedicure chairs, and offer a great spa pedicure that's worth every penny! It's clean, and I also get my nails done (acrylic with shellac) and they remember my favorite color every time! They stay late to squeeze you in, and always welcome you in. Horrible! I took my daughter to get her eyebrows waxed and she butchered her, literally missing half of one eyebrow & had the nerve to ask as she did it who waxed her last cause they waxed it off! I would have put no stars is possible. I went in a couple weeks ago and looks like owner and her 2 daughters?? were there. She was real busy and one of the young girls was taking off my old gel by scraping it off very hardly with a metal tool, prying it off. My eyes had tears. Since I talked my son into going in with me since we were on a bike ride I would've walked right out after this girl put me in pain. I will not be going back to this place ever again. read more
