I had the worst experience and I wasn't even able to view a property. Apparently the property I was to be shown today at 11 was cancelled but the company never left me a voicemail and sent an email to inform me, only called but never spoke with me. I drove from San Diego to Lakewood and dealt with multiple accidents, having my drive be close to 4 hours and when I called to alert them I would be a few minutes late I was informed the showing was cancelled. We have had our rental in Pomona for 10 + years and up until we met Daryl we managed it ourselves. That can be difficult when you work and live 45 minutes away. And getting a call in the middle of the night is not good. When we called Daryl we were really only looking for support in finding a renter, but Daryl showed us all the services he can offer and we were sold. We felt comfortable with him and so far things have been great. We like having a buffer between us and the renters so we don't have to get caught up in any issues. If I could give this place 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. The lady that helped us NAMED BRISA was no help! She was rude, judgmental, and straight out a CRUEL PERSON! My family and I applied for a home and everyone's credit and income is fine but she denied us and tried to say my mother has an eviction all while laughing at us over the phone!(UNPROFESSIONAL). In all the years I've lived with my parents they've never had an eviction and we have never been forced to leave our home. We rented a home in Ontario where the landlord was going through a divorce with his wife and lost his home so we had no choice but to leave..and even then we continued to pay all the months of rent even though we were no longer living there..we even have all the court documents to prove it. Well either way HMR refuses to work with us. I hope whichever tenant you picked for the house we wanted, doesn't pay like they're supposed to! When we were viewing the property one of the applicants was saying she has a former eviction that may or may not be on her credit history but that she has a lot of money from a family trust...good luck with that!! First off Daryl..it's not an eviction and we have the court documents to prove it 100%. I suggest you sit down with your employee Brisa and teach her how to be more professional in your company instead of laughing at tenants over the phone and arguing with them. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We lived with a great landlord for years and then she sold the property and the new owner hired this company to manage our place. They didn't reach out to us even after the property sold and then all of a sudden our water was turned off. During this time we had zero information on who to call in this situation since they hadn't talked to us and then they finally reached out about us paying rent as it came closer to the end of the month and we told them the situation. They were completely unapologetic even though they forgot to transfer the water over in names when the place sold and it was definitely their fault. We got yelled at for asking for a discount and at one point one of the awful staff literally hung up on me. The woman (Bri) I spoke to was horrible, had a bad attitude and had a hard time understanding basic things. They broke our lease agreement by not providing a utility we had paid for and were completely rude about it like it was our fault. read more

I have owned two rental properties for approximately 8 years. I didn't realize what a stressful situation I had created. I was allowing one tenet to pay bi-monthly because she and her roomate continued to bounce checks. I thought by splitting the rent into two payments, this would help, which accomplished nothing.
