    Vegan peanut butter cookie

Percent vegan burger, wonderful fries, yummy limeade. I took the vegan peanut butter (HUGE) cookie to go, and it was very good too. Service was nice. Will try to go for breakfast before I head back to my state.

We love hob nob, been here a handful of times and it's great every time. Staff is always friendly. Food is comforting and delicious. Love the loaded loaded hashbrowns- the gravy is so peppery and delicious! Fries are also so good, we were a little disappointed by the little bit of queso we got on the fries for $3.00. Would probably skip the queso next time. In the past we have come pretty early on the weekend and typically get seated quickly but we got here around 10:30 today and had to wait 50 minutes to be seated. Definitely will only be going earlier on the weekends from now on!!

Wanted some breakfast and found this place. Walking inside it's a diner feel with plenty of seating. The menu has plenty of options to choose from. I ordered Chicken & Waffles.....waitress told me the chicken was a little small so she ordered another piece for me...which was nice. Chicken and Waffles was good....I got some fresh squeezed orange juice and that was good too. If you're in the area and want some good food swing on by.

My buddy got into town late and after a bunch of walking found this cozy restaurant. Great spot for food and drinks. Service was great, food was tasty and the ambiance is nice and cozy.

Have been coming for bfast here for a while now. So, what can I say about The Hob Nob?! I love it. Everything is always super delicious! Service is always great. I love their skillets and scrambles. Today we tried their crab omelette which is to live for! Their waffles and flapjacks are amazing. The ambience is great and always so lively and yet cozy. 100% recommend it and will always come back. Thank you, Hob Nob. .

Large portions of food. Good selection for vegans/ vegetarians. The service was great - the waitress kept coming to check on us. Our food came out pretty quick. The restaurant definitely has an old feel and the portions were large. I had the vegan scramble with a biscuit and hot chocolate. My husband had a vegan skillet but with eggs. My daughter had the kids pancake tall stack which was a lot!

hob-nob was a hit! we sat at the bar and received friendly service. the place was pretty busy, the wait for food was as you'd expect for how busy it was. we passed the time with a mimosa pitcher which wasn't anything special but was still very much enjoyed (i believe it was about three glasses each split by two people??) we both opted for all day breakfast options - i had the Fiesta Skillet and it was delicious! textures, flavors, everything about it felt good quality and was very flavorful. my friend had The Harvester, a chicken fried steak breakfast burrito covered in gravy and she loved it as well. we left excited to eat our leftovers once we got hungry again!

Flapjacks with hair. This was the replacement because the first plate they brought me had hair, too. (Same as first photo just zoomed in)

Service was slow. They were short-staffed. I ordered flapjacks and immediately spotted a long hair on top. The server apologized and took them back. I joked to my husband that I probably should've kept the plate, because for all I knew they'd just remove the hair and bring the same pancakes back out. Well, when the new plate arrived, I started buttering them. Everything looked good, until I got to the bottom pancake and noticed a chunk missing. At that point I joked that these are the same pancakes and they just cut out the hairy part and hid it underneath. I wish that was the end of the joke. As I kept buttering, I found a hair cooked into the bottom pancake. Not only on it, but cooked into it. You can even see in the photo where part of the pancake is missing. I hadn't taken a single bite yet. I was literally just buttering them. Pretty gross.

Love Hob-Nob- a Tacoma staple, right on the perimeter of Wright Park, so parking can be tricky. The place is huge- plenty of seating. I've visited the lounge, which is in the way back- stiff solid drinks at a reasonable price. Definitely go for breakfast too- place is always packed, food is solid! I've had ok service in the lounge, but in the restaurant, service is always great! The hamburger egg burger is fantastic!

Fried chicken sandwich was super yummy. I did pay a little extra to get some gravy on the potato's and it was worth it. Service was good and the Ambiance was nice. yea, parking is kind of difficult, but other than that a great experience.

Came here for breakfast and had a great experience! I ordered the chicken and biscuits--super flavorful with crispy chicken and sweet, buttery biscuits. The hashbrowns were perfectly golden and crisp. My friend had the grown-up grilled cheese with Parmesan-crusted bread, which they loved. The potato salad was a bit too pickley for their taste, but everything else was on point. Our server was friendly and attentive, and we were seated right away. The atmosphere was vintage but clean and well-maintained. Portion sizes were generous--I even had leftovers. I'd definitely come back!

I'm a big fan of breweries, especially those with several drinks on draught or tap, and if they're really good, I'll buy them in a bottle. However, I read their review and noticed that they had vegan and vegetarian options, so I thought, "You know what? That's a combination I can't resist. Beers with a delicious sandwich!" A few days later, I made plans to visit on Saturday, which happened to be one of the two days this year that it snowed in the Pirec. It was quite amusing with the parking and the snow that stuck everywhere. As soon as I walked in, the bar was buzzing with energy. It had a great vibe. I didn't think I'd get any seats, but I managed to snag one at the bar with a very friendly person. I spent all but about 3 to 4 hours there. The sandwich I ordered was called the Rainier, and it was mentioned in the review, but the name wasn't revealed. It consists of a field roast loaf, Chao vegan cheese, herbed vegan mayonnaise, tomato, red onion, and arugula on sourdough bread. I'm not a big fan of mayonnaise, even if it's vegan, so I swapped it out with some pesto-style creamy cheese, and it turned out even better than I expected. The sandwich was a perfect five out of five. I would definitely order it every time I come. It came with a side of chips, which was a great addition. The sandwich was massive, so I could only eat half of it. I took the other half home for the next day. For my beers, I'm a big stout-and-porter guy, so I went with the Fort George's. They had two options: the Salted Caramel Cavatica & Matryoshka Vanilla. Both were exceptionally flavorful and probably my favorite porters I've had in all of Washington and many other states. Unfortunately, they ran out of the Salted Caramel Cavatica, so I ended up drinking the Matryoshka Vanilla for the rest of the night and didn't mind at all. Overall, I had a fantastic time at this place. I'm definitely going to make it a regular stop in my monthly rotations around Tacoma. Highly recommend stopping by this place. It's definitely a five. Service is amazing, and the drinks are worth the trip. They have an array of options, which is what I love about this place. Until next time!

Inside the store, they have cozy seating areas and board games to choose from if you have company. I've also seen some people bringing small take outs and eating by the countertop seating with beer and that looked like a good idea. The staff is always friendly and can help you make some really good selections if you're interested in trying something new. On most days, I let my curiosity make choices on sour ales/ciders and buy single cans; or when they display a really cool looking can packaging I will for sure gravitate to it. Parking area is ample they also got some good Thai restaurant and Poke place in same lot, and across is hot chicken wing place and Dairy Queen so its golden. As for prices of beer cans, you definitely can find lower prices at local big grocery shops on common local beer labels, but difference is not by much and this is not a Safeway so there's that.
