They would not give a price without seeing the vehicle, and charging a diagnostic fee. Rather frustrating since car needs to be towed because the clutch is blown. This business practice just makes it difficult for consumers to find the best price. It would be great if everyone would boycott Auto Shops that won't give quotes for specifically requested service.
