All three were very good and was impressed. The brisket was probably my favorite. It had a good bark, was very moist, great flavor, and perfect tenderness. They are in the processes of fixing up the slow ride bar and I think they will have a great place once it is done. I look forward to this being a great place to stop by for good BBQ in Lawrence.
