The fish was crispy and well seasoned and the red crispers tasted wonderful with their homemade tarter sauce as the dipper. I wasn't a big fan of the green beans as I prefer mine to be soft though. But I was plenty full with the dish overall. The reason why I gave them 4 stars was service for our group. It wasn't bad as we were attended to by the welcoming staff, but it was 3 total servers which was a little weird. One server was new and messed up some of the orders. And for one person, their dish came out a little different than how she imagined so she sent it back and paid nothing. Again, not bad service but much needed training for the new guy. The Bubba sauce which is a remoulade had a little heat to it and was just right for the sandwich to give it moisture and flavor. The food is made to order so allow time for it to be prepared after you order it. Anyway who wants fried food that has been sitting around. The wait was not very long. There are about 9 tables with a window counter. It was busy but not crowded when we went. The service was attentive. The bags with the food were brought directly to us rather than having us come back to the counter.
